A shocking new report alleges that not only is Fox News headquarters woke and radically pro trans ideology, but that producers had been warned to avoid criticism of Dylan Mulvaney.
A producer for Tucker Carlson Tonight told Daily Signal that “When trans-identifying TikTok star Mulvaney was first gaining prominence last year, producers for ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ had to fight to be able to refer to Mulvaney with male pronouns in the show’s chyrons.”
A source confirmed the directive to The Post Millennial, saying “The mandate is to ‘not be spicy.’”
Mulvaney, a trans TikToker who embarked on a public gender transition journey via short videos called “365 Days of Girlhood,” refers to women’s vaginas as “Barbie pouches,” and did an early segment on how great it is to be a “bimbo.”
The star, who also said it’s time to “normalize the bulge,” and that “some women have bulges,” referring to the bump in Mulvaney’s pleather shorts, brought Bud Light, along with the profits of parent company Anheuser-Busch, to its knees after a marketing affiliation between product and influencer went sideways.
Beyond Mulvaney, it turns out Fox is obsessed with its pro-LGBTQ score doled out by trans lobbyist not-for-profit the Human Rights Campaign, which went hard trans after the legalization of gay marriage in 2015. Fox touts that score in employee trainings, gives employees the option to use preferred pronouns and to transition at work, making others comply with the new speech requirements that come with it.
Women’s bathrooms at Fox are open to men who identify as women, as the handbook reads that employees “may access the restroom corresponding to their gender identity.” They also help employees come up with a workplace “gender transition plan,” according to a 2021 company handbook shared with The Daily Signal.
Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox, and his wildly successful show, on April 24. It was a sudden move and one that left the prime time news spot in flux. Carlson has since said he would continue his show on alternative platforms, such as Twitter.
At one time, Fox News at least aimed toward the middle. Now it seems intent on supporting as much left-wing lunacy as the other three-letter propaganda agencies.

Fox News ratings fall off a cliff after Tucker Carlson‘s departure
Fox News’ ratings for primetime slots among key demographics of cable television viewers have declined sharply since the departure of Tucker Carlson, with the latest figures showing rival MSNBC overtaking the conservative juggernaut.
Cable news ratings show that in the two weeks since the host was fired, figures for Carlson’s former spot have dropped by around 50 percent, while the network’s audience among 25- to 54-year-olds had shrunk by two thirds.
The previously successful news presenter left the network after it settled a defamation casebrought against it by Dominion Voting Systems over claims by Trump allies that the 2020 presidential election was rigged, Fox News announced on April 24. In a statement, it said the two parties had “agreed to part ways” and thanked Carlson for “his service to the network.”
Carlson has said little about his departure as yet. According to a report by news website Axios on Sunday, his team is “preparing for war.” His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told the outlet: “The idea that anyone is going to silence Tucker and prevent him from speaking to his audience is beyond preposterous.”
In addition to losing Tucker, it will be interesting to see how long the Christian voices on Fox remain or start to be silenced
For Monday through Friday, I don’t consume much daytime television. I work during those hours. However, as I edit drawings for use in manuals and complete other tasks not centered on writing, I do listen to the audio of Rumble and YouTube videos and podcasts. Due to that, I run across the words of Harris Faulkner, Shannon Bream, and Kayleigh McEnany. Therefore, I do know that those three (and, I think, several others) have authored Christian books and taken stands on air.
It will be interesting to see the degree to which these voices get allowed to speak from this piont on.

At Target
Target facing boycott over Pride collection with Satan-loving designer
Target is facing a consumer boycott over its Pride Month collection which features transgender swimsuits for children, books called ‘bye bye binary’ and a handful of items made by a British designer whose slogans include ‘Satan respects pronouns.’
While there were some initial grumbles about the ‘tuck-friendly’ swimsuits in the women’s section, much of the expansive collection of clothes, books and home décor has gone unnoticed.
But attention – and outrage – has now turned to one of the designers whose works are showcased, and his apparent penchant for the satanic.
Eric Carnell is the British designer behind Abprallen, an LGBTQ brand that sells t-shirts, sweaters, bags and badges.
Target is selling two of the brand’s items – a $25 slogan sweater with the words ‘cure transphobia not trans people’ wrapped around a sword, an $18 ‘too queer for here’ tote bag, and a ‘we belong everywhere’ fanny pack that now appears to be sold out.
Eric – a transgender man – proudly shared photos of the collaboration on Instagram.
‘These have already got the transphobes infuriated with me and I feel like quite the celebrity to think that they believe this is all some big conspiracy and I have any power to brainwash anyone when I’m just some guy drawing pictures!’ he said.
A closer look at his other work reveals some more sinister material.
Badges with slogans like ‘Satan Respects Pronouns’, ‘Young, Queer and Willing’ and a lighter pin with the words ‘burn down the cis-tem’ are among other products.
To my knowledge, Target has never caved to the first boycott based on their allowing anyone who “feels like a woman” into the woman’s changing areas.
Maybe a number of Christians have been cowed into submitting to the LGBTQ+ agenda. Maybe they have not seen the need to protect children from exploitation.
If that is the case, have those Christians looked at the labels at Target?
Why is “tuck-friendly construction” needed except to hide the fact that clothes made for a boy are being worn by a girl? Why is “extra crotch area” needed except to allow a boy to wear clothes made for a girl?
Calls to boycott Target have spread on social media after the retailer released another line of LGBT clothing for kids, including for newborn children.
According to Target’s website, it recently released its so-called “Pride Collection” for 2023, including onesies for infants that feature pro-LGBT content coming in sizes of zero to three months. One onesie includes the text “Bein Proud,” while another features what appear to be LGBT rainbows and hearts along with the transgender flag colors.
The Minneapolis-based retailer is also selling child LGBT books, including “Bye-bye Binary” and “What Are Your Words,” which tells kids how to use transgender pronouns. Some products for kids also appear to feature drag queens, according to products sold on the company’s website.
Broadcaster Megyn Kelly wrote this week that “we don’t need our kids seeing this [expletive] when we walk down the aisle at Target,” while Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren added that “Target has gone full woke and it’s repugnant.”
Conservative commentator Candace Owens was more explicit in her criticism and suggested a boycott of the retailer.
“I cannot state enough how important is for people to choose not to shop at target. There has never been a company that has been more pro-transgenderism than Target,” she wrote. Meanwhile, another conservative commentator, Steven Crowder, simply wrote: “Boycott Target.”

And more controversially, Target is allegedly selling so-called “tuck-friendly” swimwear for children, according to videos posted online from inside a Target location. “Did you know @Target also sells ‘tuck-friendly’ bathing suits for children in the Pride section? Well now you do,” reads one social media post.
A spokesperson for Target told The Associated Press that the “tuck-friendly” swimsuits are only offered for adults and the children’s line of clothing doesn’t feature that label. “The ‘tuck-friendly’ swim suits are for adults only,” the spokesperson told the newswire service.
But in response to the controversy, Daily Wire commentator Matt Walsh wrote that “what Target is doing is far worse than anything Bud Light did,” referring to the controversy and boycott of Bud Light after it produced a can with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney’s face on it. “They are selling chest binders and ‘tuck-friendly’ bathing suits for children,” he added.
Obviously, the gay-themed onsies for newborns are directed at ultra-liberal new parents who want to proclaim their allegiance to the gay agenda
Clothes for babies and toddlers with messages on those clothes are really only proclamations by the parents. Just as no one-year-old has expressed an interest in some football team or college, not one of them has debated for the queer cause.
However, when it comes to Target selling “tuck-friendly” clothing for children or “binding” for young girls, then that seems to point to an effort of grooming on the part of forces aligned with Target.

Target to pull some LGBT-themed merchandise after customer backlash
Target said Tuesday it would remove some products related to Pride Month from stores after a backlash from customers caused employees to feel unsafe, becoming the latest company to get drawn into the U.S. culture wars.
Times that there have been offenses against the Left, the announcement has been “store shelves have been cleared overnight”
If Target really has committed to divorcing itself from this attempt to let the LGBTQ+ forces use their shelves to groom our children, then why the slow-motion removal of LGBT-themed merchandise? Is it merely a shuffling of products to stores situated in gay-friendly communities?
…
After sowing the wind, Target never expected to reap the whirlwind
“Violent incidents are increasing,” Target CEO says.
Target CEO Brian Cornell offered a sobering warning to investors during the company’s post-earnings conference call on Wednesday.
“The unfortunate fact is violent incidents are increasing at our stores and across the entire retail industry,” Cornell said. “Beyond safety concerns, worsening shrink rates are putting significant pressure on our financial results.”
If you plant a row of corn seeds, you don’t wake up several weeks later with apple trees.
As Galatians 6:7-10 reminds us, we get what we put out there. If we plant lawlessness (as in ignoring condemnation of homosexuality, effemininity, and other sexual sin), then we cannot expect to gather a harvest of lawfulness (as in not having your stores experience stealing). Additionally, planting one seed usually doesn’t result in getting one seed back. If you plant a corn seed (and who just plants one?), you usually get at least five cobs of corn per plant (and each cob holds up to 200 seeds).
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. (Galatians 6:7-10 NASB)

Target told Christians to butt out when it came to morals. Now they complain about the immoral behavior of those who frequent their stores
Target expects profits to take $1.3 billion hit from “theft and organized crime”
The New York Post outlines a case study in idiocy when it comes to picking a market to base a business upon. You see, Target chose to drive away customers with morals that prohibited cross-dressing and homosexuality. Nonetheless, Target somehow expected their remaining customers to retain morals like “do not steal.” Looks like Target missed its target.
Crime-battered retail giant Target said it expects to suffer as much as a $1.3 billion hit to its bottom line because of “theft and organized crime,” according to the company’s first-quarter earnings report released Wednesday.
The Minneapolis-based chain said its profit will be squeezed by “$500 million more than what we saw last year” – when the company lost as much as $800 million from “inventory shrink.”
“While there are many potential sources of inventory shrink, theft and organized retail crime are increasingly important drivers of the issue,” the company said. “We are making significant investments in strategies to prevent this from happening in our stores.”
Inventory shrink is an industry term that refers to fewer products being on its shelves than what’s reported in its inventory catalog.
“We are working with legislators, law enforcement and retail industry partners to advocate for public policy solutions to combat theft and organized retail crime,” a company spokesperson told The Post on Wednesday.
Despite the rampant shoplifting, Target recorded a 0.5% growth in sales — which it attributed to new locations — and a nearly 1% growth in traffic, the earnings report said.
Rather than working with lawmakers (since I think stealing is already illegal), why doesn’t Target try an alliance based on Biblical standards?
Since I am fairly sure that stealing ranks as one of the most common illegal activities (maybe just behind crossing the border illegally) and people obviously do it frequently at Target, why don’t they try another tack?
Why not completely drop the immoral clothing (and, yes, there are t-shirts with naked women and transitioning men on them)? Why not then create alliances with local churches to support traditional values like the value of mothers and fathers who direct their children?

Anheuser-Busch has lost a staggering $15.7 BILLION in value since Bud Light controversy began
Bud Light’s parent company Anheuser-Busch has seen its market value plunge $15.7billion since the disastrous campaign with transgender-influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
Since April 1, the company has consistently been dropping down the rankings, with experts saying it ‘just keeps getting a little worse each week’.
But their competitors have added $3.2billion in market value to their brands in the same time.
Molson Coors, which owns Coors Lite, has seen an increase of $2.2billion market value, around 20 percent, while Heineken has a spike of $1billion – an increase of 1.7 percent.
Sales of Bud Light are down more than 23 percent as of the week ending May 6, according to JPMorgan beverage analyst Jared Dinges.
He said the bank expects a 12 to 13 percent volume decline over the course of a year in the US.
‘We believe there is a subset of American consumers who will not drink a Bud Light for the foreseeable future,’ the analysts said on Tuesday.
He added: ‘Shares have underperformed EU Beer peers by 15% since the start of April.
‘We believe this is due to U.S. uncertainty, as investor focus has shifted squarely to the potential impact from the Bud Light controversy.’
The expected decline in earnings, before interest and tax, will follow a 12 percent drop in volume and a 10 percent decline in sales.
In the company’s latest attempts to deal with the backlash, Anheuser-Busch has told wholesalers it will buy back unsold cases of Bud Light that are past their expiration date.
Obviously a portion of the beer-drinking public has tired of the liberal/progressive indoctrination that has come to the forefront of a lot of advertising
Since the Bud Light fiasco has been going on for over a month, it seems that beer-drinking America has informed Bud Light and the rest of progressive, corporate America of something: consumers in America don’t like to be the subject of un-invited preaching. If we don’t run in the trans crowd, we don’t like having it waved in our faces.

LGBTQ group slashes Anheuser-Busch’s “perfect rating” after AB backtracks on the Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light controversy
The hits keep on coming for Anheuser-Busch after the largest LGBTQ advocacy group told the Belgian beer giant on Thursday that they will be stripping the company of its former “perfect rating” after they decided to back peddle following the Bud Light controversy with Dylan Mulvaney.
USA Today reports that the Human Rights Campaign, which rates companies based on their policies towards the LGBTQ community through a Corporate Equality Index (CEI), told Anheuser-Busch that they will be losing their 100 percent perfect score, according to a leaked letter that the outlet obtained.
“Anheuser-Busch had a key moment to really stand up and demonstrate the importance of their values of diversity, equity and inclusion and their response really fell short,” Human Rights Campaign senior director Eric Bloem told the outlet.
Anheuser-Busch was previously listed on the website under “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” after being issued a perfect score in the categories that include protections from workplace discrimination, inclusive benefits, corporate social responsibility and responsible citizenship.
While HRC did not inform them of what their new rating will be, the group told the beer giant that they have 90 days to respond, according to the outlet.
On Friday, HRC updated its website which displays a “points deducted” notice on Anheuser-Busch’s page.
An Anheuser-Busch representative told the outlet, “Our ERGs (employee resource groups) are intended to be a safe space for those who identify with a given community and those who wish to be allies.”
Maybe, just maybe, AB might now see the problem of marketing for the 2% when you want sales from the 98%
We will see how much pull the Human Rights Campaign continues to have once the entire Bud Light episode completes. So far, we are only in the first month or so of it.
I don’t know about you, but I have never consulted the Human Rights Campaign before buying anything.

Dodgers’ latest reversal on anti-Catholic group’s invite to Pride Night draws backlash
The Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday decided to invite the Sisters of Indulgence back to their Pride Night event next month after initially removing the left wing group of so-called “trans nuns” from their honoree list.
“After much thoughtful feedback from our diverse communities, honest conversations within the Los Angeles Dodgers organization and generous discussions with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, the Los Angeles Dodgers would like to offer our sincerest apologies to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, members of the LGBTQ+ community and their friends and families,” the organization said.
“We have asked the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence to take their place on the field at our 10th annual LGBTQ+ Pride Night on June 16th. We are pleased to share that they have agreed to receive the gratitude of our collective communities for the lifesaving work that they have done tirelessly for decades.
“In the weeks ahead, we will continue to work with our LGBTQ+ partners to better educate ourselves, find ways to strengthen the ties that bind and use our platform to support all of our fans who make up the diversity of the Dodgers family.”
The MLB team announced that it would be honoring the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a group of “queer and trans nuns,” during a June 16 event, but quickly received backlash from religious groups for the decision given the history of anti-Catholic messaging and shocking performances.
The team said last week it would no longer be honoring the group during the upcoming LGBTQ event.
“Given the strong feelings of people who have been offended by the sisters’ inclusion in our evening, and in an effort not to distract from the great benefits that we’ve seen over the years of Pride Night, we are deciding to remove them from this year’s group of honorees,” the Dodgers said Wednesday.
The next day, LA Pride announced it would no longer be participating in the event.
The Dodgers received backlash from Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and religious advocacy group CatholicVote for allowing the group to participate in its festivities.
The Dodgers’ decisions on the anti-Catholic group come amid a trend of well-known companies being called out for sponsoring individuals with controversial viewpoints and lifestyles.

This is not just anti-Catholic. You cannot have someone stomp on the toe of the body of Christ and not feel it throughout.
Doctrinal differences aside: they worship Christ and depend on His sacrifice for their salvation. That makes them Christian. Therefore, to have a group denegrate my brothers and sisters like this will not go overlooked.
Bye, Major League Baseball. When you have cleaned up your association, maybe I might visit again.

Now for the Big Guy and sniffer of little girl’s hair
First day in office, Biden lifts transgender military ban
President Joe Biden signed an executive order to repeal a Trump-era ban on most transgender Americans joining the military on Monday alongside Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
“This is reinstating a position that the previous commanders and, as well as the secretaries, have supported. And what I’m doing is enabling all qualified Americans to serve their country in uniform,” Biden said, speaking from the Oval Office just before signing the executive order.
President Donald Trump’s ban has been rebuked by the Democrat-led House of Representatives and condemned by LGBTQ activists as discriminatory. Austin voiced his support for overturning the ban in his Senate confirmation hearing last week.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday that cases in which transgender service members were discharged from the military because of their gender identity would be reexamined.
“No one will be separated or discharged from the military or denied reenlistment on the basis of gender identity, and for those transgender service members who were discharged or separated because of gender identity, their cases will be reexamined,” Psaki said during a White House briefing.
“President Biden believes gender identity should not be a bar to military service and that America’s strength is found in its diversity,” Psaki said. “America is stronger around the world when it is inclusive.”
The federal Department of Education concluded an investigation into a Georgia school district Friday, arguing that the removal of several books containing pornographic material “created a hostile environment” for LGBTQ and nonwhite authors and readers, according to a letter.
The DOE’s Office of Civil Rights launched an investigation into the Forsyth County School District after a complaint was made by an individual, whose identity has not been released, that the district had purposefully gotten rid of books about the LGBTQ community in January 2022, according to The Washington Post.
The department sent a letter to the school district’s superintendent, Dr. Jeff Bearden, on Friday that its investigation had concluded the district was attempting to remove books with “diverse authors and characters, including people who are LGBTQI+ and authors who are not white.”
“Indeed, one student commented at a district school board meeting about the school environment becoming more harsh in the aftermath of the book removals and his fear about going to school, and evidence OCR (the Office of Civil Rights) reviewed to date reflects other students expressing similar views,” the letter read.
“District witnesses reported to OCR that the district has not taken steps to address with students the impact of the book removals. In light of these communications and actions, OCR is concerned a hostile environment may have arisen that the district needed to ameliorate.”
The district had removed eight books after multiple parents complained about the content matter being too pornographic for children, according to The Washington Post. One mother was initially banned from board meetings after trying to read out loud a scene from “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close,” by Jonathan Safran Foer, that describes how to give oral sex.
“All Boys Aren’t Blue” by George Johnson follows the story of a black boy growing up and learning about different sexual experiences. It goes on to describe several graphic sexual situations, including two boys performing oral sex on each other.
Another book removed by the district was “The Bluest Eye” by Toni Morrison, about an 11-year-old African American girl who enters puberty in the 1940s, because of its “heavy sexual content,” according to a review from Squeaky Clean Reviews.
“Sexual content includes but is not limited to incest, pedophilia, a graphic description of one married woman’s distaste for intercourse with her husband, an odd description of the same woman’s affinity for masturbating with a pet in her lap, and a graphic flashback in which Pauline recalls when intercourse with her husband was pleasurable,” the review read.
The book was one of several that President Joe Biden defended in a video announcing his reelection campaign in April, in which he called out “MAGA extremists” for banning certain books from the classroom due to pornographic material.
Newsmax, the niche conservative news channel that has long played David to Fox News’s Goliath, has seized on Tucker Carlson’s shock dismissal from its rival network and declared itself the true TV home for right-wing Americans.
So far, the strategy is showing some promise.
Viewership of Newsmax remains far below that of Fox News. But its audience at certain hours has doubled, and in some time slots tripled, in the immediate aftermath of Mr. Carlson’s exit — an abrupt spike that has turned heads in conservative circles and the cable news industry.
On Monday evening, Eric Bolling’s 8 p.m. Newsmax program drew 531,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. One week earlier, it had 146,000. On Tuesday, Mr. Bolling’s audience grew to 562,000 viewers, equal to about 80 percent of Anderson Cooper’s CNN viewership that evening. Newsmax’s other prime-time shows also experienced big jumps.
The sharp rise in viewership can be timed almost to the minute of Fox News’s announcement on Monday that it was parting ways with Mr. Carlson, in part because of private messages sent by the anchor that included offensive and crude remarks.
Executives at Newsmax quickly sensed an opportunity.
Starting on Monday, Newsmax programming has aggressively pushed a narrative that Mr. Carlson’s dismissal was a capitulation to the left by Fox News and the Murdoch family.
One pundit mused on the air that Lachlan Murdoch, the executive chairman of the Fox Corporation, was “much more liberal” than his father, Rupert. Andrew Napolitano, a Newsmax pundit who was fired by Fox News in 2021 over a harassment allegation, said Fox News dismissing its top-rated anchor “is like the 1927 Yankees firing Babe Ruth for his table manners — I don’t get it.”
Anchors and guests harped on a recent appearance by Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York Democrat, in which she called for Mr. Tucker’s firing. “A.O.C. speaks, and now Fox listens,” grumbled the Newsmax anchor Chris Salcedo. “These really are end times.”
(continued)
At the time, Newsmax saw a burst in viewership, even recording higher ratings than the Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum one evening in December 2020. (Ms. MacCallum was switched to a different time slot not long afterward.) But its audience eventually shrank. And despite Mr. Trump’s complaints, Fox News continued as the undisputed ratings king of cable news, powered in part by Mr. Carlson’s increasingly provocative program.
The Tucker viewers will not go to CNN, no matter how much the Times wishes
No matter how much body english the Times applies to its words, they will not be able to bamboozle conservatives by twisting the facts. First off, any conservative reading the Times is doing it with an eye not to be fooled. They know the constant Marxist diatribe to be expected from the Times. Second, in sheer numbers, those numbers of conservatives reading the Times are small.
…
Now we know how much more Tucker knows his brand than Fox
One thing is for sure: Tucker Carlson understands branding. Whether you like him or not, the conservative firebrand knows his brand and appreciates all its benefits.
His departure from the “fair and balanced” network — FNC, has prognosticators speculating on what happened, leading to the news of why he left the Fox News Channel.
Some have identified his moving on from being one of the casualties of the Dominion Voting Machines lawsuit, where Fox had to pay over a half-billion dollars in damages, to speculation there were additional lawsuits that Carlson was involved in, to the simple old idea, that Rupert Murdoch didn’t like Tucker.
It is no secret that the news business is a personality industry replete with egos that can turn a career faster than a speeding bullet or, for that matter, a news cycle.
There is also the theory that Mr. Murdoch was over Carlson’s prima-donna antics. His airing of additional January 6 footage challenged the Democrat’s insurrection theory, his anti-Ukraine anti-war position, and his many other nonconventional opinions that only reinforced his brand to his countless and loyal audience.
This series of events didn’t wear well with the elder Murdoch and led to the parting of ways between these grand brands.
If Tucker understands his brand, what can be said about the Fox News Channel? It doesn’t say a lot. From a branding perspective, Fox has lost sight of its brand and appeal to its loyal audience over the years.
I do hope that Tucker enjoys greater success, at least for the short term, than Fox.

Fox News Bleeding: $500M Drop in Market Cap, $77M Advertising Revenue in Jeopardy | Facts Matter
Two days ago, in a truly shocking move, Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox News or, as the official statement claims, “Tucker Carlson and Fox News have agreed to part ways.”
Now, to anyone that was actually paying attention to the media landscape over the last several years, this was indeed a shocking development because Tucker’s show was far and above the most popular program over on Fox. Actually, it was one if not the most popular news progam across all of cable tv.
For instance, if you (bringing up the 24 April 2023 edition of TV Newser) look at the ratings on the very weke that Tucker was canned — well (showing Tucker with 270 as opposed to Cooper with 94 and Hayes with 133), you’ll see that in terms of viewership, he was blowing CNN and MSNBC completely out of the water. That’s (of course) not even mentioning ABC, CBS, and all of the different networks.Furthermore, financially, this is going to hurt Fox News quite a bit, because not is only the Tucker show bringing in a cool $77.5 million in advertising per year — but also, right after his departure was announced Fox‘s share price just tanked. Within a matter of hours, they lost close to a billion worth of market value. Eventually, it did bounce back a little bit, but as of this recording, it was still down about $0.5 billion.
Furthermore, you may not know this, but Fox News has a subscription platform called “Fox Nation.” And, while the number of Fox Nation subscribers isn’t publically known, what is publicly known is that (right after Tucker was gien the boot) the hashtag: #CancelFoxNation trended on Twitter.
Tucker Carlson, Fox News Channel’s biggest prime time star, has left the cable news giant.
“FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” Fox News said in statement. “We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.”
The network said Carlson has already hosted his last episode of “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”
“Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday April 21st” the statement continued. “Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.
Carlson was almost always at the top of the ratings in prime time, drawing a massive audience that often dwarfed several of his competitors combined. As The Daily Wire previously reported, Carlson’s show in reruns often eclipsed the audience of original programming at other networks.
A source told The Daily Wire Carlson’s staff was blindsided by the news and only learned late Monday morning when members received an email from the prime time star.
(Read of other media consutant input on Tucker’s exit at the Daily Wire)
So is this how Biden gets back into the White House — by silencing the major voices?
Has Fox just self-neutered itself as part of the cowardly Dominion settlement? Ot was this the action of a nework convinced that it should provide equity, not excellence, in news reporting?
If so, then what liberal outlet should we sue for their suppressing the Hunter laptop story? Should PBS or CBS be the first?
Isn’t a call for the silencing of Tucker Carlson a call for violence?
What is it exactly that Joe and the Democrats have accomplished since 2020?
Have they conquered climate change? (That’s a trick question: you know they never will conquer climate change even if there were a simple answer to the questions at the bottom of the “crisis.”)
Considerting that Joe sent us all home with his COVID restrictions, he can’t take credit for a “recovering” jobs outlook while the economy teeters on banking collapse.
More to the point, why should we re-elect woke, open border politicians of any party
Since I have followed the habits of Senator John Cornyn, I know what a turn-coat he can be for conservatives. Although he seems to pull out the conservative catch words only every six years (and otherwise keeping his liberal likeness to former Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison), he always seems to stab conservatives in the back early in his term.
Therefore, I know that both Republicans and Democrats are to blame for the lousy state of:
The border (where Republicans leading up to and including Bush could have closed it). Likewise, Democrats have opened up the doors to:
Crime (where Republicans accomodated transgenderism, racial equity, equity for other minorities, and other issues). Similarly, Democrats have opened the doors to:
Top-Democratic leaders are funneling millions of dollars into the Democratic Party of Wisconsin ahead of the state’s “nonpartisan” Supreme Court race, according to finance reports released Monday.
Both George Soros and Democratic Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker funded the party with $1 million each, and Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California donated $12,000, according to finance reports for this period, Feb. 7 to March 20. The liberal candidate, Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz, received roughly $8.7 million from the Democratic Party of Wisconsin in funds.
“Janet Protasiewicz’ campaign is being bankrolled by far-left Democrats responsible for soft-on-crime policies, liberal prosecutors, and catch and release DAs nationwide,” Rachel Reisner, a Wisconsin GOP spokesperson, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “George Soros and J.B. Pritzker’s million-dollar contributions underscore that Protasiewicz will simply be a progressive rubber stamp, and they’ll drop whatever cash needed to buy her a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat because her pro-criminal record aligns with their agenda, one that has wreaked havoc on Democrat-run cities throughout America.”
Protasiewicz received just over $8 million in monetary donations and more than $700,000 in non-monetary funds from the state’s Democratic Party, the finance reports show.
Actress Jane Fonda has been reported to the Capitol Police by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., for her suggestion that “murder” is a solution to anti-abortion legislation and its advocates.
During a recent appearance on “The View,” Fonda was chatting with show hosts about abortion and the fact that women no longer have the federally protected right of access to abortion after Roe V. Wade was overturned.
We have experienced, many decades now, of having agency over our bodies, of being able to determine when and how many children to have,” Fonda said on the show. “We know what that feels like, we know what that’s done for our lives.”
We’re not going back, I don’t care what the laws are,” Fonda added as the show’s audience begins to applaud. “We’re not going back.”
The show’s hosts then smiled, agreed and said “there’s the activist” in reference to Jane before asking her what, besides protests and marching, pro-abortion advocates can do in response to anti-abortion legislation and its advocates.
Well… murder,” Fonda says with a straight face.
Sounds like @CapitolPolice needs to investigate Fonda. Calling for murder of pro-life politicians like myself and many others is not only sick but should be investigated. https://t.co/FETIq2pkjU
If ABC doesn’t agree with this, why is The View still on the air?
This, in contraposition to what the press now says, was not a joke. Look at the video and see. This was a point of agreement to murder the opposition. Joy Behar, Jane Fonda, and the rest all agreed with the outcome.

Katie Hobbs’ press secretary obviously also believes in Jane Fonda’s solution as it would apply to those who disagree with trangenderism

A social media post from Gov. Katie Hobbs’ spokesperson suggesting the use of violence against those who disparage transgender people has prompted a backlash and calls for the governor to take action.
Hobbs spokesperson Josselyn Berry late Monday posted an image on Twitter from the 1980 movie “Gloria,” showing a woman with a handgun in each hand. “Us when we see transphobes,” Berry wrote in an accompanying post that followed a prior message.
The post was made hours after a mass killing at a Nashville school where the shooter was identified by law enforcement authorities as a transgender person. The tweet was amplified Tuesday by Republican lawmakers and consultants, who panned it as tone deaf and advocating violence.
The Arizona Freedom Caucus, which includes the state Legislature’s farthest-right members, called for Berry’s dismissal, saying that “calling for violence like this is un-American & never acceptable.”
The caucus and its leader Sen. Jake Hoffman, R-Queen Creek, is often at odds with Hobbs and has threatened to sue her over her first executive order. That order expanded protections from discrimination to include gender and reaffirmed that in matters of state employment and contracts, sexual orientation could not be considered. Hoffman charged that Berry was “threatening to shoot people Democrats disagree with less than 12 hours after the Nashville shooting.”
It turns out that this spokesperson was eventually let go
Although the spokesperson was eventually let go, the lag time between the event and the dismissal shows (like the event on The View) there to be a degree of agreement between the governor and her murder-preoccupied spokesperson.
So, if you are pro-life and have a meeting with the Arizona governor, watch your six.

Just when the press was resisting reporting on one attack by a transgender
Stop me if you’ve heard this: In little over 4 years, 4 transgender-identifying mass murderers have attacked
Breitbart lays out the facts regarding mass murders perpetrated by men identifying as women and women identifying as men.
In November of 2018, Snochia Moseley, a man who identified as a woman, wounded three and killed three after opening fire at his place of employment in Aberdeen, Maryland.
In May of 2019, a Colorado woman who identified as male shot up a school, killing one and wounding eight.
In November of 2022, a Colorado man who shot up a gay nightclub, killing five and wounding 18, was identified as transsexual.
On Monday, 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a woman who identified as a man, entered a Nashville Christian elementary school with a firearm. She murdered three adult staffers and three nine-year-old children.
In less than five years, that’s four mass shootings committed by people who make up about one-half of one percent of the population. So that works out to around 2.75 mass shootings per million transsexuals over four years.
Something tells me that, were this reversed, we would not be hearing the mocking of Christians across the air waves
Were this a case of four pastors having each committed multiple murders (the most recent including three children), we would be hearing of the dangers of Christians daily.

After Matt Taibbi explains how Biden and his FBI collude with Twitter to suppress free speech, …
Biden’s IRS visits Matt Taibbi and the Biden regime remains silent (since the IRS owes Taibbi money)
The White House declined to comment Wednesday on an IRS agent’s visit to journalist Matt Taibbi’s home on the same day that he testified to a House subcommittee investigating the “weaponization” of government.
The surprise March 9 door-knock came as the “Twitter Files” collaborator described his reporting on how the government pressured social media platforms to censor online speech.
The Post asked at the first White House press briefing since the news of the visit broke Monday about whether the visit was “part of a campaign to harass or intimidate [Taibbi] related to his journalism.”
White House spokesman John Kirby, coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council, declined to provide a substantive reply.
“I’m afraid I’m going to have to refer you to the IRS,” he said succinctly.
“Federal law prohibits the IRS from commenting on individual taxpayer matters,” spokesman Robert Marvin told The Post.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, whose department includes the IRS, also was pressed for answers Wednesday by House lawmakers.
“What are the chances of that being just luck?” Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) asked Yellen of the timing of the visit.
“That the IRS appeared at someone’s home while he’s testifying about the weaponization of the federal government before Congress? Because I think it’s minuscule. I think it’s one in a million or less,” Stewart said.
“It’s certainly something that I would want to look into,” Yellen replied.
Think about this. Biden using the IRS as a weapon. Biden using the courts as a weapon. Biden using the FBI to pressure the instant press (Twitter) to publish only what he approves. Does this sound like a dictatorship?
If you read the heading above and come to another conclusion than that of a dictatorship, I would love to see your full reasoning and would invite you to comment below. Be forwarned, though. I will erase all profanity.

Controversial group behind “Trans Day of Vengeance” raised money for firearms training
Despite three nine-year-olds being gunned down by a transgender shooter at a private Christian school in Nashville, activists are still rallying the troops to protest for a ‘Trans Day of Vengeance’ – months after raising money for firearms training.
Transgender shooter Audrey Hale opened fire on the Covenant School in Nashville at 10.30am on Monday, killing Hallie Scruggs, William Kinney and Evelyn Dieckhaus during her rampage at the school.
But despite rising political tensions across the country, which saw a press secretary for Arizona Democrat Governor post a Tweet about shooting transphobes, the Trans Radical Activist Network (TRAN) is pushing forward with their protest in DC.
The Virginia chapter of the group held a ‘dance party fundraiser’ in Richmond ‘benefiting firearm/self-defense training for trans-Virginians’ on March 7, before the mass shooting had taken place.
In statements, the group has taken pains to distance themselves from Hale, and her actions, and changed the name of the protest before the brutal slayings.
The protest on Saturday was initially meant to be called a ‘day of visibility’ but rebranded before the shooting to vengeance because it means ‘fighting back with vehemence’ – though the group was quick to say they do not ‘encourage or promote violence’ when contacted by DailyMail.com.
But one activist appears to have taken the movement to the next level, posting a picture of a heavily armed person with an assault rifle and threatening to ‘kill christcucks’ – as Twitter removed thousands of posts with flyers for the event.
Twitter has been removing the posts that could be deemed threatening or involve guns associated with the ‘TransDayofVengeance’ hashtag – but it is unclear exactly how many were others posing with weapons as they have since been deleted.
Ella Irwin, Twitter’s head of trust and safety, wrote that the company removed more than 5,000 tweets that included a poster for the event.
She said: ‘We do not support tweets that incite violence irrespective of who posts them.
‘Vengeance’ does not imply peaceful protest. Organizing or support for peaceful protests is ok.’
Two other trans activists have since posted footage and photos of themselves with rifles, which appear to be in direct response to the Nashville shooting.
One says that she will use the weapon for ‘protection’ against ‘transphobes’ who target them.
Kayla Denker, who describes themselves as a ‘communist, archaeologist and writer, posted the video of herself with her gun after the incident in Nashville – despite saying ‘advocating for trans people to arm ourselves is not any kind of a solution to the genocide we are facing’.
I support anyone’s right to protect themselves; however, I don’t support intimidation
Protect yourself and I am behind you. Start inciting violence against others and you will have won an enemy.
Additionally, be forwarned that (unlike the liberal press that will call laws forbidding talking about sex with children under the age of majority to be “killing transgenderism”) I see these matters as black and white. Protecting children from pornography is not book banning. Protecting children from inappropriate topics that their parents have not approved is not killing. However, making verbal and printed threats are a form of assault. Therefore, to encourage people to “behead christcucks” is to promote violence and should be punished as such.
Suspended.....??????? after calling for murder?? so many people have been thrown off of Twitter for so much less, not just suspended....What say you @Elonmuskpic.twitter.com/13MsG1L3cG
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s congressional Twitter account was restricted Tuesday after the Georgia Republican shared an image about a “Trans Day of Vengeance.” Greene said the graphic was promoting an “Antifa” event next month in Washington, D.C. Twitter has since removed the post, with the company’s head of trust and safety, Ella Irwin, explaining that Twitter had to automatically remove more than 5,000 tweets and retweets of the poster. “We do not support tweets that incite violence irrespective of who posts them,” Irwin said. “‘Vengeance’ does not imply peaceful protest. Organizing or support for peaceful protests is ok.” Irwin also wrote that Twitter “did not take a ‘strike’ approach with restricting” the tweets sharing the poster, instead only restricting the media being shared. “There is no impact to users for having tweeted it unless it is reposted after removal or was posted with additional calls for violence/ wishes of harm,” Irwin added. Using her personal Twitter account, Greene later wrote: “Twitter’s [Ella Irwin] claims no one was given a ‘strike’ for warning the American people of political violence planned at the Supreme Court. Yet my official CONGRESSIONAL account was banned for 7 days for exposing Antifa’s plan for violence on the ‘Trans Day of Vengeance.’ [Elon Musk], can you explain?”
The Environmental Protection Agency sent a letter to the railroad company, Norfolk Southern, Friday, documenting contaminants that could have been released into the environment, including three that had not previously been reported. The agency also notified the company that it is potentially liable for the cleanup costs under the federal Superfund program.
Of the roughly 50 train cars that derailed on Friday, Feb. 3, about 20 were listed as carrying hazardous materials. On its website, EPA posted a list, provided by Norfolk Southern, of the chemicals in the cars involved in the derailment.
(continued)
EPA stated that “materials released during the incident were observed and detected in samples from Sulphur Run, Leslie Run, Bull Creek, North Fork Little Beaver Creek, Little Beaver Creek, and the Ohio River.” The letter also stated that materials were observed entering storm drains.
Five cars with vinyl chloride were intentionally breached, according to EPA’s letter, diverting the chemical to an excavated trench and then burning it off. The EPA states that areas of contaminated soil and liquids were “observed and potentially covered and/or filled during reconstruction of the rail line including portions of the trench/burn pit that was used for the open burn off of vinyl chloride.”
Under the Superfund program, the company is potentially liable for cleanup. EPA’s letter said it “encourages” the company to agree to reimburse the agency for costs it incurred to date and to voluntarily perform or finance the response activities that EPA determines are required.
It’s still unclear what caused the Feb. 3 train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, but Donald Trump and his opponents aren’t letting the tragedy go to political waste. The former President on Wednesday lambasted the Biden Administration’s response during a visit to the rural Ohio town, while Democrats spin a progressive parable of corporate greed.
Local public anger is boiling over amid a lack of certainty about what caused the Norfolk Southern Corp. derailment, how long it will take to clean up the disaster, and what the long-term environmental harm might be. Enter Mr. Trump, who on Wednesday donned a superman cape and handed out bottled water while denouncing Biden officials. “They were doing nothing for you,” he said. “They were intending to do nothing for you.”
(continued — Here the WSJ emphasizes Biden & non-Trump actions resulting in more train transport)
The costly rule provided marginal safety benefits, but it would have advanced the left’s anti-fossil fuel agenda: First, block pipelines. Then make it prohibitively expensive to move oil by rail. Industry groups sued, and Congress instructed the Transportation Department to re-evaluate its analysis and the Government Accountability Office to do an assessment.
(continued)
The GAO in 2016 identified myriad problems with the government’s cost-benefit analysis, and the Trump Administration rescinded the rule in 2018. There’s no evidence ECP brakes would have prevented the derailment, and the Obama rule wouldn’t have applied to the Norfolk Southern train because it wasn’t classified as a “high hazard flammable unit train.”
(continued)
Mr. Buttigieg also criticized Norfolk Southern and other railroads for deploying technology to inspect track, which labor unions oppose. Automated inspections are more efficient and can detect safety problems better and more quickly than the human eye. But Biden regulators have limited the technology’s use, and there’s no evidence it contributed to the derailment.
Mr. Buttigieg also claimed that the accident supports the need for union-backed regulations requiring a minimum of two crew-members on trains. Technology is making it safer and more efficient to operate freight trains with one worker in the cab, as many passenger trains do. Regardless, the East Palestine train had three crew members.
Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg had a weirdly tense and terse reaction when a reporter asked him about the residents suffering in the wake of the East Palestine train disaster, refusing to answer questions, saying he was on “personal time.”
Buttigieg was in Washington D.C. Tuesday, when a reporter with the Daily Caller approached him and asked what he would say to the folks in East Palestine. His response — “I’d refer you to about a dozen interviews I’ve given today, and if you’d like to arrange a conversation, make sure to reach out to our press office.”
When the reporter persisted, Buttigieg, who was walking with his husband Chasten, brushed her off, saying, “… I’m taking some personal time and I’m walking down the street.”
Biden did not jump to fix the baby formula crisis. Biden has not jumped to fix inflation. Biden has not jumped to fix high gas prices (beyond draining the SPR just prior to mid term elections).
…
While thinking that she is delivering a crippling blow to Trump and his voters …
Joy Behar summarizes the problem that Biden voters face when dealing with this train wreck of a president
“The View” co-host Joy Behar lashed out at East Palestine, Ohio, residents on Thursday while blaming former President Donald Trump for the train derailment and said, “That’s who you voted for.”
“I don’t know why they would ever vote for him, somebody who, by the way, he placed someone with deep ties to the chemical industry in charge of the EPA’s chemical safety office. That’s who you voted for in that district — Donald Trump, who reduces all safety,” Behar said while pointing at the camera.
Behar also said East Palestine residents need to “look past the photo ops,” referring to Trump’s visit to the town on Wednesday, and see “who is doing the job here.”
In a perverse way — in a way she did not intend — she is right. But not about Trump
Although the train wreck of a president was not at East Palestine (since he obviously is not Scranton Joe), he did send his EPA. And that EPA oversaw the draining of rail cars of vinyl chloride onto the ground (out of fear those cars would explode). Furthermore, that EPA oversaw the burning of the chemical.
Additionally, although this train wreck of a president reversed President Trump’s deregulations and has introduced a number of green-friendly regulations, what were the changes that Biden’s actions caused here?
Some outlets say that the initial wreck (not to be confused with the disaster of pouring a chemical out and burning it) was caused by an overheated bearing. Will Biden rule that all train bearings be greased on a regular schedule (although most are sealed)? That would require some sort of lubricant, which would possibly come from either the oil industries or the graphite industries (one of which he doesn’t want pumped and the other he doesn’t want mined).
So, after you consider that Biden’s actions and those of his cronies all result from the fact that Biden got into the Oval Office, then — yes, this (along with the inflation and the lawlessness and the downgraded job numbers and gaffes and the stumbling up staircases) is what someone voted for.
…
President Trump brings trucks of bottled water and treats crowds to a “Big Mac attack” in East Palestine
Then DOT Head Buttigieg drops his “personal time” to visit Ohio train wreck site
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will visit East Palestine, Ohio, the site of a train derailment and chemical spill earlier this month, on Thursday, a day after former President Donald Trump’s tour of the site, NBC News reported.
“The secretary is going now that the EPA [Environmental Protection Agency] has said it is moving out of the emergency response phase and transitioning to the long-term remediation phase,” a department spokesperson said in a statement to NBC News. “His visit also coincides with the NTSB [National Transportation Safety Board] issuing its factual findings of the investigation into the cause of the derailment and will allow the secretary to hear from U.S. DOT [Department of Transportation] investigators who were on the ground within hours of the derailment to support the NTSB’s investigation.”
Trump on Wednesday visited the small town of about 5,000 people where a Norfolk Southern 150-car freight train carrying 20 hazardous material cars went off the rails Feb. 3, resulting in a massive fire and later a controlled release and burn-off of toxic chemicals such as vinyl chloride, causing a large mushroom cloud of black smoke rising over the community and the settling of the particles into the ground.
Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg finally visited the beleaguered town of East Palestine, Ohio, and his appearance was — to put it mildly — a bit underwhelming and reeked of amateurishness.
First, his press secretary did not want to be on camera as she dodged reporters, and then he made a massive verbal error during his official press conference. If he was hoping to display confidence and trust and engender goodwill amongst a town wondering where on Earth the Biden administration has been since the train derailment-turned-toxic inferno disrupted their way of life, he assuredly missed the mark.
What is likely to be a clip to be played over and over again was his moment of forgetfulness, where he had to find his words. That is normal. It happens to the best of us. But the difference is that Buttigieg is the transportation secretary on the ground responding to a railroad accident.
What he said was, “Sorry, I lost my train of thought,” before regaining his footing.
Ooops…That’s a huge PR fail! This really highlights the importance of media training before going on air.
Some might say that’s a bit of a cheap shot and not necessarily indicative of his actual response. Optics matter, though, and in contrast to former President Donald J. Trump marching through the crowd, looking in command only the day before, it’s the worst possible look for the Biden administration.
In a statement sent Thursday afternoon, the EPA said, “A total of 1,715,433 gallons of contaminated liquid has also been removed from the immediate site of the derailment. Of this, 1,133,933 gallons have been hauled off-site, with most going to Texas Molecular, a hazardous waste disposal facility in Texas. A smaller amount of waste has been directed to Vickery Environmental in Vickery, Ohio.”
(Read of the voluminous complaints by liberal Lina about these chemicals being brought here at KTRK)
Over a half-million gallons were brought before the liberals in Harris County found out about it
Additionally, this plant has handled larger waste water conversions.
The Washington Post slammed President Joe Biden in a statement Friday for shielding Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman from a lawsuit on Thursday over his involvement in the murder of Jamal Khashoggi, one of the newspaper’s columnists.
The Biden administration said Thursday evening that MBS’ status holding a high office “allows immunity” in response to a lawsuit filed by Khashoggi’s fiancée and by the rights group he founded, Democracy for the Arab World Now.
“In granting legal immunity to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, President Biden is failing to uphold America’s most cherished values,” Fred Ryan, Publisher and CEO of The Washington Post, said in a statement. “He is granting a license to kill to one of the world’s most egregious human-rights abusers who is responsible for the cold-blooded murder of Jamal Khashoggi, a Washington Post columnist.”
“While legitimate heads of government should be protected against frivolous lawsuits, the Saudis’ decision to make MBS prime minister was a cynical, calculated effort to manipulate the law and shield him from accountability,” Ryan added. “By going along with this scheme, President Biden is turning his back on fundamental principles of press freedom and equality. The American people-and those wronged by MBS in Saudi Arabia and around the world-deserve better.”
When addressing a president who won’t speak up for people being welded into buildings now, why does the Washington Post focus on Khashoggi?
First off, let us remember that the Washington Post has done nothing but support Biden.
Further, this saber rattling after the midterms constitutes nothing but gas-baggery, bloviation, and verbal flatulence.
If you ask how I can make such assertions, please consider:
Jamal Khashoggi was a citizen of Saudi Arabia and reportedly met his end at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul (which, technically, is Saudi soil). Although America can stand up for right causes, it cannot protest every event against every foreign citizen on every foreign land.
Khashoggi did not work exclusively for any English-language publication; therefore, those liberal companies like the Washington Post and the New York Times have only a moral standing to protest (and, considering that they don’t protest Chinese atrocities which prove much worse, this only furthers the proof of their hypocrisy).
Since this is obviously all about supporting liberal pie-in-the-sky objectives, why doesn’t Biden go all the way? If Biden feels so strongly about the rightness of all of his causes, why doesn’t he send the following delegation on a whirlwind tour of the Middle East, starting with Saudi Arabia?
If this commander-in-chief believes so much in the policies he pushes on us and if he has the full force of a ready military behind him, why doesn’t he put these representatives of his policy out there where they might meet some change?

At least one judge does not believe in separate levels of justice for liberals and conservatives
Judge turns down former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s effort to quash a subpoena
A U.S. judge in Virginia has turned down the bid by former White House press secretary Jen Psaki to quash a subpoena ahead of her scheduled deposition in a case dealing with Big Tech censorship.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Ivan Davis declined to rule in favor of Psaki, who was President Joe Biden’s press secretary until May, during a hearing in Alexandria on Nov. 18.
Davis instead transferred the motion to quash back to the same judge who ruled that Psaki must sit for a deposition.
That judge, U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, has already rejected government efforts to quash subpoenas for several officials U.S. lawyers claim are high-ranking and thus should not be deposed, including U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.
Doughty, a Trump appointee, has said the need for the depositions outweigh any inconvenience because evidence indicates the government colluded with Big Tech firms to censor users, raising concerns of constitutional violations.
Psaki had argued, with the government’s backing, that she should not be deposed because she lacks information about the censorship despite speaking about it during press conferences. Psaki’s lawyers also said she’d need to invest several days in preparing for the deposition.
Psaki was allowed to file a separate opposition in Virginia because she lives in the state and would be deposed there.
Davis, though, said it makes no sense for him to wade into the questions of whether Psaki’s testimony is relevant when the judge in Louisiana is more familiar with the case.
He also said Psaki failed to show how sitting for a deposition in her home state would be an undue burden. In fact, he said that if Psaki has little information to contribute, as she alleges, it shouldn’t be much of a burden at all.
“How much time does it take to prepare a witness for deposition when she doesn’t really have anything to say?” Davis said.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Saturday launched a new office that will be focused on the needs of minority communities overburdened by pollution and oversee the delivery of $3 billion in environmental justice grants created by the recent passage of new climate legislation.
EPA Administrator Michael Regan announced the creation of the Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights, which will be staffed by 200 EPA employees and led by a not-yet-announced Senate-confirmed assistant administrator.
He launched the new office at an event in Warren County, North Carolina, which was the site of protests 40 years ago that is regarded as the birthplace of the environmental justice movement.
“With the launch of a new national program office, we are embedding environmental justice and civil rights into the DNA of EPA and ensuring that people who’ve struggled to have their concerns addressed see action to solve the problems they’ve been facing for generations,” Regan said in a statement.
It was the latest move by the Biden administration to prioritize environmental justice in its policymaking. The Justice Department in May announced the launch of a new office to help low-income areas and communities of color battle the disproportionate impact of air and water pollution.
President Joe Biden has often cited protecting poor and minority communities from industrial pollution as a top priority and has pledged that 40% of federal clean energy investments will be channeled to the cause.
If Joe cannot get his eyes onto the real target (the economy), he always has the press to cover for him
It seems that, if bumbling Joe cannot do anything to improve the economy (or at least take steps toward doing that), he only has the main stream press to cover for him. Hopefully the alternative press will be able to pull back the curtain (as it has with these articles and the ones that find their ways into conservative blogs like Bunkerville, Not of this World, and others).

News that obviously untrustworthy due to the history of lies within Facebook
Meta says it disables the Russian and Chinese propaganda permeating Facebook
A sprawling disinformation network originating in Russia sought to use hundreds of fake social media accounts and dozens of sham news websites to spread the Kremlin’s talking points about the invasion of Ukraine, Facebook parent company Meta said Tuesday.
The company, which also owns Instagram, said it identified and disabled the operation before it was able to gain a large audience. Nonetheless, Facebook said it was the largest and most complex Russian propaganda effort that it has found since the invasion began in February.
The operation involved more than 60 websites created to mimic legitimate news sites including the Guardian newspaper in Britain and Germany’s Der Spiegel. Instead of the actual news reported by those outlets, the fake sites contained links to Russian propaganda and disinformation about Ukraine. More than 1,600 fake Facebook accounts were used to spread the propaganda to audiences in Germany, Italy, France, Britain and Ukraine.
The findings highlighted both the promise of social media companies to police their sites and the peril that disinformation continues to pose.
“Video: False Staging in Bucha Revealed!” claimed one of the fake news stories, which blamed Ukraine for the slaughter of hundreds of Ukrainians in a town occupied by the Russians.
The fake social media accounts were then used to spread links to the fake news stories and other pro-Russian posts and videos on Facebook and Instagram, as well as platforms including Telegram and Twitter. The network was active throughout the summer.
“On a few occasions, the operation’s content was amplified by the official Facebook pages of Russian embassies in Europe and Asia,” said David Agranovich, Meta’s director of threat disruption. “I think this is probably the largest and most complex Russian-origin operation that we’ve disrupted since the beginning of the war in Ukraine earlier this year.”
The network’s activities were first noticed by investigative reporters in Germany. When Meta began its investigation, it found that many of the fake accounts had already been removed by Facebook’s automated systems. Thousands of people were following the network’s Facebook pages when they were deactivated earlier this year.
(continued)
Researchers at Meta Platforms, which is based in Menlo Park, also exposed a much smaller network that originated in China and attempted to spread divisive political content in the U.S.
As many times as Facebook has lied, worked against us, and worked for the communists, this deserves a second and third consideration before giving them slack.

News that reveals the deception inherent to Facebook
Facebook spied on private messages of Americans who questioned the 2020 election
Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of American users and reporting them to the FBI if they express anti-government or anti-authority sentiments — or question the 2020 election — according to sources within the Department of Justice.
Under the FBI collaboration operation, somebody at Facebook red-flagged these supposedly subversive private messages over the past 19 months and transmitted them in redacted form to the domestic terrorism operational unit at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, without a subpoena.
“It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause,” alleged one of the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
“Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.”
These private messages then have been farmed out as “leads” to FBI field offices around the country, which subsequently requested subpoenas from the partner US Attorney’s Office in their district to officially obtain the private conversations that Facebook already had shown them.
But when the targeted Facebook users were investigated by agents in a local FBI field office, sometimes using covert surveillance techniques, nothing criminal or violent turned up.
President Joe Biden’s plan to forgive hundreds of billions of dollars in student loan debt violates both federal law and the Constitution, according to a just-filed lawsuit from the Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF), a libertarian law firm.
“This isn’t how laws are supposed to be made,” Caleb Kruckenberg, an attorney for PLF, tells Reason. “Only Congress has the power to pass laws and spend money under the Constitution. The administration’s actions here are flagrantly illegal.”
This is the first serious challenge to Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan, which he announced last month. The lawsuit’s plaintiff is Frank Garrison, who’s also an attorney at PLF. Garrison borrowed federal student loans to pay for law school, but according to him, Biden’s debt forgiveness plan will actually subject him to a financial penalty in the form of a state tax. This gives him standing to sue the U.S. Education Department, his lawsuit argues.
“Despite the staggering scope of this regulatory action, it was taken with breathtaking informality and opacity,” the lawsuit claims. “In the rush, the administration has created new problems for borrowers in at least six states that tax loan cancellation as income.”
President Biden called three Florida mayors Tuesday as Hurricane Ian nears Florida’s western coast — hours before reaching out to Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, with whom he has clashed on issues such as COVID-19 policies and migration.
As the devastating Category 3 storm approached, Biden first spoke with Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, St. Petersburg Mayor Ken Welch and Clearwater Mayor Frank Hibbard. Castor and Welch are Democrats, while Hibbard is a Republican.
The president waited until Tuesday night to phone DeSantis.
The two discussed “the steps the Federal government is taking to help Florida prepare for Hurricane Ian,” said White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. “The President and the Governor committed to continued close coordination.”
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at her regular press briefing that Biden “held separate calls” with the mayors and “discussed planning and preparation for Hurricane Ian.”
Biden “underscored his commitment to the people of Florida and made clear that impacted communities will have the full support of the federal government to augment state and local emergency response efforts,” Jean-Pierre added.
Deanne Criswell, administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, joined Biden for his calls with the mayors and Criswell said Biden delegated to her the responsibility of liaising with DeSantis on Friday.
“The president directed me to contact the governor early on before we even did the declaration. I did that,” she said. “My regional administrator is with the governor right now making sure that we’re understanding what the needs are and our focus is on the current life safety needs.”
A sizable group of Democratic politicians have pressured President Joe Biden to declare national emergencies on the climate and abortion rights in recent weeks, but nearly 80 of those lawmakers attacked his predecessor’s use of emergency powers.
Former President Donald Trump declared a national emergency at the southern border in February 2019 as a means of bypassing Congress and securing funding for the completion of his campaign-promised border wall. The move was heartily opposed by Democrats at the time as an abuse of executive power.
“The President’s unlawful declaration over a crisis that does not exist does great violence to our Constitution and makes America less safe, stealing from urgently needed defense funds for the security of our military and our nation,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and then-Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said in a joint statement at the time. “This is plainly a power grab by a disappointed President, who has gone outside the bounds of the law to try to get what he failed to achieve in the constitutional legislative process.”
Even Trump’s final White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows , then a North Carolina Republican congressman and the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus , suggested Trump’s border emergency was a “slippery slope” and predicted “the potential for national emergencies being used for every single thing that we face in the future where we can’t reach an agreement.”
The House passed a bill in late February 2019 seeking to block Trump’s declaration, as outlined in the National Emergencies Act of 1976, but the measure eventually died in the Senate. Biden ended the border emergency in February 2021, shortly after entering office. A year and a half later, he is facing pressure from Democrats to invoke similar emergency powers on abortion and climate.
Eighty-three members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus sent a letter to the president and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra on July 12, urging him to declare an emergency in response to “the Supreme Court’s radical and dangerous decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.“
Sixty-eight of the letter’s signatories voted to overturn Trump’s border emergency back in 2019, and only two of the lawmakers who did not vote yes were sitting members of Congress at the time. Reps. Peter DeFazio (D-OR) and Steve Cohen (D-TN) both abstained from voting.
The White House is weighing declaring a public health emergency to shield doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers who offer access to abortion pills in states with stringent abortion bans, but officials are reportedly concerned about the prospects that Republicans would attempt to file lawsuits over any such declared emergencies. Biden himself said he was open to reevaluating the idea during a meeting with state governors who took action to protect abortion access following the Dobbsv. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling.
Similarly, Sens. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Martin Heinrich (D-NM), Jeff Merkley (D-OR), Ed Markey (D-MA), Alex Padilla (D-CA), Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Brian Schatz (D-HI), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) all called on Biden to declare climate change a national emergency this past week.
Trump used the executive order to advance the wall and secure the border. Although the press loves to overlook the murders perpetrated by illegals and the damage done by border crossers (like the 2,200 deaths, 118,000 rapes, and 138,000 assaults recorded).
Now Biden wants to allow abortion (a.k.a. baby murder) up until birth in all 50 states under his (devoutly Catholic) watch.
Therefore, I dug into the CBS transcript and compared that to reality in order to create the following table. Thence, hopefully the top-rated journals linked in the table might expose either Joe’s lies or his incompetence.
Pelley/Biden exchange
Headlines disproving Biden
Scott Pelley: Sir, with the Federal Reserve rapidly raising interest rates, what can you do to prevent a recession? Joe Biden: Continue to grow the economy. And we’re growing the economy. It’s growing in– in a way that it hasn’t in years and years.
Biden’s statement does not stay in touch with the reality that people who pump gas or buy food have to experience. Wake up, Joe and Scott.
Scott Pelley: Mr. President, first Detroit Auto Show in three years. Is the pandemic over? Joe Biden: The pandemic is over. We still have a problem with COVID. We’re still doing a lotta work on it. It’s– but the pandemic is over. if you notice, no one’s wearing masks. Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape. And so I think it’s changing. And I think this is a perfect example of it.
Too many powerful groups (including cheating Democrats) will stand against this
I’m sorry, but I cannot believe that the Democrat machine that Biden has set up in pharmaceuticals, education, and the voting systems will go away that easily. I don’t believe that people will let the money that was allocated be turned to something out of their control.
Scott Pelley: Have you been briefed, sir, on the top-secret documents that were found at Mar-a-Lago? Joe Biden: No. Scott Pelley: No one has come to you to warn you that important national security secrets were revealed by the storage of those documents at the former president’s home? Joe Biden: I have not personally spoken to anyone on that– in that regard. I’m sure my administration is aware of all of that, and so is the National Security Council. But I have not. Scott Pelley: were you notified of the FBI’s execution of a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago? Joe Biden: No. Not ahead of time.
Biden has attended too many briefings for me to believe this
If all other presidents since Lincoln have had daily briefings on the events occurring within their administration, why wouldn’t that happen with Dementia Joe and his FBI? Even if you ignore the report from the New York Post, I just don’t buy the idea that he was not involved.
Scott Pelley: Which leads to my next question. You are more aware of this than anyone. Some people ask whether you are fit for the job. And when you hear that, I wonder what you think. Joe Biden: Watch me. And ma– honest to God, that’s all I think. Watch me. If you think I don’t have the energy level or the mental acuity, then– then, you know, that’s one thing. It’s another thing, you just watch and– and, you know, keep my schedule. Do what I’m doing. I– I think that– you know– I don’t– when I sit down with our NATO allies and keep ’em together, I don’t have ’em saying, “Wait a minute, w– how– how old are you? What are you– what say?” You know, I mean, it’s a matter of, you know, that old expression: The proof of the pudding’s in the eating. I mean, I– I– I respect the fact that people would say, you know, “You’re old.” And– but I think it relates to h– how much energy you have, and whether or not the job you’re doing is one consistent with what any person of any age would be able to do.
Inserting a video of Biden stammering would be overkill
But I do like SocialistMop.
Scott Pelley: What should Chinese President Xi know about your commitment to Taiwan? Joe Biden: We agree with what we signed onto a long time ago. And that there’s one China policy, and Taiwan makes their own judgments about their independence. We are not moving– we’re not encouraging their being independent. We’re not– that– that’s their decision. Scott Pelley: But would U.S. Forces defend the island? Joe Biden: Yes, if in fact there was an unprecedented attack.
Even if they provided only half of the push back that they gave to President Trump when he mentioned the proven hoax started by Hillary, I might start to watch them for 10 minutes. But I will not watch Sixty Minutes.
