Problems Democrats should have been able to avoid by studying history

By just studying the failure of Obama’s PROMISE program that released violent youth into American schools, Biden should reject this problem

Biden’s equity agenda will make schools less safe

The Washington Examiner comments on the ways Biden’s equity agenda will will create problems in our nations schools.

To comply with President Joe Biden’s racial equity executive order, the Departments of Justice and Education will likely reinstate, and possibly strengthen, Obama administration rules for public schools that judge student punishments by quantity rather than context. Mere numerical race disparities become de facto discrimination.

This puts teachers in a tenuous position. While American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten pushes a social justice agenda embracing critical race theory, she must also have the backs of members who will be judged by metrics portraying them as vicious racists. A union’s first obligation is protecting members who pay their dues. Weingarten risks becoming, as the woke folk say, “literally Hitler.”

Even though teaching is among the most woke vocations, applying statistics to race-neutral discipline policies will make monsters out of one of the White House’s most loyal and fervent constituencies. It will also spoil educational opportunities for innocent children this president says he deeply cares about.

The root problem is reliance on a disparate-impact approach to analyze student discipline. It essentially sets up racial quotas on how many members of a particular minority can receive appropriate punishment at a given school. This creates a death spiral for quality of life among large minority student bodies. When students are less likely to receive punishment for their misbehavior, students around them are affected.

Under this proposal, discipline means disparity, and disparity means discrimination. That’s what teachers and administrators want to avoid.

In the White House announcement of its intent to resurrect disciplinary quotas, it cited a report on such alleged disparities from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. It failed to note this report was rebutted by Commissioner Gail L. Heriot. In her first dissent to a report in her 14 years of service on the commission, Heriot wrote that her colleagues “seriously misunderstood the empirical research that purportedly forms the basis for its conclusions.”

The commission’s report alleged students of color “do not commit more disciplinary offenses than their white peers.” But Heriot noted her colleagues “provide[d] no evidence to support this sweeping assertion and there is abundant evidence to the contrary” and that this “is a slap in the face to teachers.”

Heriot concluded:

“I can only surmise that the Commissioners who voted in favor of the Finding have misread the studies that purport to find that discrimination may account for some portion of the differences in the rate of discipline imposed on African American students. Somehow they have conflated that with a finding that all of the differences in rates of school discipline are caused by discrimination or by some factor other than differing behaviors. To my knowledge, no researcher makes such a claim.”

Factors in increased disciplinary problems affecting minority schools include disproportionately higher reports of gangs, guns, drugs, and fights.

It’s wise to incorporate Heriot’s warning when crafting new rules. Or, perhaps, this idea should be abandoned altogether as it will likely lead to chaos in the classrooms and destroy the reputations of well-meaning educators.

Do you remember how Parkland shooter (Nikolas Cruz) was on Obama’s PROMISE program? Biden wants to return to this

As we are reminded by looking back at a 7 May 2018 Miami Herald article, the Parkland shooter (who killed 17 and wounded 17) was in Obama’s PROMISE program.

After denying for months that Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz had any connection to a program created to soften school punishment and reduce student arrests — and characterizing assertions to the contrary as “fake news” — the Broward County school district is now acknowledging that Cruz was in fact referred to its PROMISE program.

On Sunday, district spokeswoman Tracy Clark told Miami Herald news partner WLRN that Cruz was referred to the program in 2013 after he vandalized a bathroom at Westglades Middle School, located just down the road from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Cruz killed 17 students and wounded 17 more at the high school on Feb. 14.

Clark admitted the referral after two sources with knowledge of Cruz’s discipline records told WLRN that he was referred to the so-called PROMISE Program for a three-day stint for committing vandalism at his school. Clark said it was unclear whether Cruz actually attended the PROMISE program. She said he appeared at Pine Ridge Education Center in Fort Lauderdale — an alternative school facility where PROMISE is housed — for an intake interview the day after the vandalism incident, but it didn’t appear that Cruz completed the recommended three-day assignment.

“We continue to review records and systems to determine if the disciplinary placement was modified by school administration or the individualized education plan committee,” Clark said in a statement. “Rather than speculate about the possible reasons for his not returning, we feel it’s important to wait until we have the facts associated with his specific circumstances.”

Clark said Superintendent Robert Runcie has correctly stated Cruz wasn’t in PROMISE when he was in high school at Stoneman Douglas. In a March 23 editorial, for instance, Runcie pushed back on “fake news” that Cruz was “assigned to PROMISE while in high school.”

Then again, why should we expect Dementia Joe to remember something from 4 years ago? When he was younger and less likely to stumble over the words on his cue cards, he was not the sharpest tack in the box. Now, he needs help finding directions between Marine One and the White House.

Biden downplays inflation concerns as Congressional Commies pushes for more spending

The Washington Examiner points to the current push by “giants” like AOC, Pressley, Tlaib, and Omar to increase spending despite growing inflation.

Price inflation could undermine President Joe Biden’s sweeping infrastructure agenda, but the White House will not admit it.

Consumer prices last month were 5.4% higher than July 2020, reaching the same elevated level as June and the largest spike since 2008. But while the White House focused on how increases were less than expected, the data have left centrist Democrats skittish about their party’s spending priorities and Republicans gleeful about next year’s midterm elections.

Millions of voters are feeling economically squeezed, especially with food and gas, according to former Kansas Republican Rep. Tim Huelskamp.

“If Biden and his Democrat allies continue their government spending binge this fall, I predict they will be blamed for an overheated economy in November of 2022,” the ex-Tea Party Caucus chairman told the Washington Examiner.

Biden conceded Wednesday during an economic speech that middle-class families were “feeling the pinch.” But he painted a rosier picture of the problem before contending his infrastructure frameworks would provide struggling families with more “breathing room.”

“If your primary concern right now is the cost of living, you should support this plan, not oppose it,” he said from the White House.

Biden promised he would “keep a careful eye on inflation,” trusting the Federal Reserve Bank to take action if required. He also said his administration was looking at global supply chain kinks and cracking down on monopoly-like practices to improve competitiveness and lower costs. His chief economic adviser Brian Deese, for example, had asked the Federal Trade Commission to monitor the energy sector and stop price gouging at gas pumps nationwide.

West Virginia Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin stepped on his party’s success in kick-starting the budget process this week by repeating his opposition to their $3.5 trillion Democrats-only social welfare and climate reconciliation bill — the counterpart legislation to the $1.2 trillion bipartisan bricks-and-mortar infrastructure measure he helped negotiate.

“Given the current state of the economic recovery, it is simply irresponsible to continue spending at levels more suited to respond to a Great Depression or Great Recession — not an economy that is on the verge of overheating,” he wrote in a statement.

Manchin secured a third term in 2018 by 3 percentage points, representing a state former President Donald Trump seized last year by almost 40 percentage points. His reservations are being amplified by Republicans hoping to tip the balance of power in Congress, as Democrats have a slim three-seat majority in the House and Vice President Kamala Harris has the tiebreaking vote in the evenly divided Senate.

Liberal Democrats pounced on Manchin’s comments Wednesday, including Justice Democrats spokesman Waleed Shahid. Justice Democrats is a political action committee critical to the rise of the so-called “Squad.”

“Overheating? West Virginia’s poverty rate is 16%” Shahid tweeted.

Mind you, it would take looking back to when Nixon was spending on both the Viet Nam War and War on Poverty fronts

The last time that things were worse than this (considering that it went from manageable to full-blown, record-setting inflation in less than 6 months) was during the Nixon administration.

Mind you, Nixon was closing out a war in Viet Nam that had been going on for too long (since the 1950’s). Additionally, since Nixon was a Republican by voice, but a Democrat by action — he was so involved in maintaining the Great Society programs of Johnson and establishing his own liberal legacy (by establishing OSHA, MSHA, NIOSH, and EPA) that he had to remove America from the gold standard. Starting with Johnson’s 6% inflation and gradually ramping up through the one and a half terms of Nixon, inflation was at 15%.

Problem is that we don’t figure inflation the same way as we did then. Additionally, the press doesn’t report on anything that looks bad on Biden or his socialists.

Defund the police (except for those around AOC)

AOC: Defund the police means defund the police

The Washington Examiner reports that AOC reiterated her demand that “defund the police means defund the police.”

U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) speaks to media before participating in a Census Town Hall at the Louis Armstrong Middle School in Queens, New York CityThe suckers who have spent the last few weeks arguing that “defund the police” does not literally mean “defund the police” should be feeling pretty annoyed right now with Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The way the freshman congresswoman tells it, “defund” means exactly what it sounds like.

On Tuesday, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and the City Council reached a tentative deal to cut $1 billion from the New York Police Department, “though nearly half will be through shifting school safety from the police to the Department of Education,” according to Gotham Gazette senior reporter Samar Khurshid.

Ocasio-Cortez, who represents New York’s 15th District, did not take the news well.

“Defunding police means defunding police,” she said in a statement. “It does not mean budget tricks or funny math. It does not mean moving school police officers from the NYPD budget to the Department of Education’s budget so that the exact same police remain in schools.”

It continues, “It does not mean counting overtime cuts as cuts, even as NYPD ignores every attempt by City Council to curb overtime spending and overspends on overtime anyways. It does not mean hiring more police officers while cutting more than $800M from NYC schools. If these reports are accurate, then these proposed ‘cuts’ to NYPD’s budget are a disingenuous illusion. This is not a victory. The fight to defund policing continues.”

This statement puts Ocasio-Cortez with Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, who has called for the disbanding of the Minneapolis Police Department, and opposite Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who states specifically that he opposes the “defund” movement.

That seems slightly awkward, considering it was not too long ago that Ocasio-Cortez campaigned for Sanders’s failed 2020 Democratic primary campaign.

AOC uses campaign funds for private security

The Mediaite reports that AOC and other liber whack jobs that used campaign funds for private security.

Anti-Trump lawmakers like Congresswomen Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez and Liz Cheney and Congressman Eric Swalwell have spent tens of thousands of campaign dollars each for security since the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.

On the 100-day mark post-insurrection, Punchbowl News reports that lawmakers have privately said “that they got a flood of death threats after opposing Trump, and feared for their own safety and the welfare of their families and staff.”

And Punchbowl dug into campaign finance reports, finding security expenditures from a raft of Democrats and Republicans who opposed Trump. Among them were:

→ Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) cut checks for nearly $70,000 on security. His campaign spent $39,000 with T&M USA LLC, which provides a variety of security services; $18,376 with Altronics, which provides closed-circuit security monitoring; $7,300 with Fortified Estate, which brands itself as “The Leader In Refined Ballistic Doors, Windows, Walls & Panic Rooms”; $3,900 at Tint Pro, which provides shaded windows; and $650 with Lehigh Valley Paladin LLC, security and intelligence professionals.

→ Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) spent $43,633 with Ambolt Security Group in Utah. This company is run by a former police officer and two former FBI agents.

→ Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) spent $50,400 with three former Secret Service agents and Command Executive Services.

→ Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) spent $44,400 with Global Guardian in Virginia. Swalwell was also temporarily assigned a Capitol Police security detail after he was an impeachment manager.

→ Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) spent more than $45,000 on security — including during a trip to Houston. AOC is one of the most-high profile members of Congress, and she’s come under intense criticism from right-wing media.

Poll: 72 percent of voters support Second Amendment

Newsmax reports on a recent poll finding 72% of voters supporting the Second Amendment.

Seventy-two percent of registered voters support the Second Amendment, according to a poll released Thursday by McLaughlin & Associates.

Additionally, 73.4 percent agreed that the Founding Fathers “understood the importance of law-abiding citizens right to legally own firearms for things like hunting, sport and personal protection” and that the Second Amendment is “one of our most important and cherished civil rights in the U.S. Constitution.”

The survey comes as President Joe Biden and Democrats consider gun control legislation in wake of mass shootings in Boulder, Colo., and Atlanta. The president last week issued a handful of executive orders that he says will address the nation’s “epidemic” of gun violence, including instructing the Department of Justice to issue new rules about the sales of “ghost guns” and pistol arm braces as well as model “red flag law” legislation for states.

The shootings in March left 18 people dead.

The poll also found:

  • 58.1 percent said they were more likely to support a candidate “who supports the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms,” compared with 21.9 percent
  • 55.6 percent said they believe enforcement of existing laws is more important than the passage of gun control, compared with 36.1 percent

“As we’ve been saying for years, gun control extremists have been completely wrong in their desire erase the Second Amendment and turn a right to bear arms into a heavily-regulated privilege. That notion doesn’t even square with non-gun owners, as the McLaughlin survey results confirm,” Second Amendment Foundation founder and executive vice president Alan Gottlieb told Breitbart.

“Americans are protective of their constitutional rights, and we will use these poll results to fight the attacks on gun owners happening right now on Capitol Hill and in the Oval Office,” he added.

Biden never mentioned those shot in Democrat Chicago.

Considering the numbers killed in the cities where gun control sits on the books, but Democrat activist judges and District Attorneys like Harris County D.A. Kim Ogg continually let felons off on no bond or low bond, maybe Biden was just trying to keep us from seeing the obvious. We need fewer liberals in government.

I will bet that my poll will say nearly 100% of Americans hate being lied to by politicians

Of course, I could not poll Democrats. That goes without saying.

Points of hope in Biden’s America

Federal judge prevents Biden administration from pausing deportations for two more weeks

The Texas Tribune reports that Judge Drew Tipton ruled that an extension was necessary for “the record to be more fully developed” in the case brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton who challenged Biden’s 100-day moratorium on deportations.

A federal judge in Texas has extended the block on President Joe Biden’s deportation moratorium for two more weeks as the case continues to play out in court.

JudgeTiptonJudge Drew Tipton said in an order dated Monday the extension was necessary for “the record to be more fully developed” in the case brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton who challenged Biden’s 100-day moratorium on deportations.

Tipton originally issued a 14-day suspension of Biden’s moratorium on Jan. 26. The pause in deportations was part of Biden’s attempted day-one overhaul of several of former President Donald Trump’s immigration policies. But Paxton quickly filed a lawsuit in response to Biden’s moratorium claiming the state would face financial harm if undocumented immigrants were released from custody because of costs associated with health care and education.

In his order Tipton, a Trump appointee who took the bench last year, said Texas would face more harm than the federal government if the extension was not granted.

The moratorium was announced as part a review of enforcement policies within Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agencies as the Biden administration developed its final priorities, according to the Biden administration.

Days after Tipton issued the first order, a witness to the El Paso Walmart shooting was deported after being pulled over during a traffic stop. Her attorney said the woman, who was cooperating with persecutors in El Paso, would not have been sent back to Mexico had Paxton not filed the lawsuit.

After having liberal judges block every move Trump made, it is nice to see a few that come from the other side

Now that Joe Biden has to contend with judges that will hold him to as much account as possibly the judges held Trump to meet their opinions, maybe we have learned something significant. Maybe we should take up the tactics used by the left.

In addition to encouraging lawsuits, we need to organize letter writing campaigns. We need to write our representatives, our senators, and any politician at the center of public attention.

We (that is, I) need to write about laws we need (like paper ballots, the ability of the governor to ignore unconstitutional acts by Biden, getting the state in Article V Convention of States, and more). We need to write the bad politicians to tie them up responding to us. We need to write to the good politicians to let them know who supports right acts.

The Bruce Springsteen Jeep ad jumps up quickly and bites its owner

Jeep Super Bowl ad: Bruce Springsteen encourages Americans to meet ‘in the middle’ (but forgets to get cooperation from Joe)

CNBC gushes over the Bruce Springsteeen ad for Joe Biden Jeep.

BruceSellsJeepsBruce Springsteen is encouraging Americans to meet “in the middle” during a Super Bowl LV ad for Jeep – his first-ever appearance in a commercial.

The iconic musician, known as “The Boss,” stars in and narrates the scenic two-minute ad, which features far more Americana and landscape than Jeeps. The only vehicles in the ad are a 1980 Jeep CJ-5 and a 1965 Willys Jeep CJ-5. Both models are predecessors to the brand’s current Wrangler SUV.

During “The Middle,” Springsteen talks about a chapel located in the center of the country called U.S. Center Chapel in Lebanon, Kansas. He uses the extremely small chapel as the basis to talk about the country needing to “meet here, in the middle” before the ad ends with “To the ReUnited States of America.” That’s followed by a website and logos for Jeep, which is celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2021.

“It’s no secret … The middle has been a hard place to get to lately. Between red and blue. Between servant and citizen. Between our freedom and our fear,” Springsteen says. “Now, fear has never been the best of who we are. And as for freedom, it’s not the property of just the fortunate few; it belongs to us all.”

The ad is reminiscent of past Super Bowl ads from Olivier Francois, chief marketing officer of Jeep’s parent company, Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler). Specifically, a 2013 Super Bowl commercial called “Farmer” that featured the voice of iconic radio broadcaster Paul Harvey and another semi-political ad starring Clint Eastwood called “It’s Halftime in America” in 2012. Both were scenic, pro-country ads featuring few actual vehicles.

“It is absolutely meant to be a successor,” Francois told CNBC. “This is our style. This is our language. This is our approach to Super Bowl. We really were trying to achieve a little bit of what we achieved in these other commercials, which is really relevance and meaning and something that will really tap into the moment.”

Timeliness and relevance are pillars to Francois’ advertising style. He’s also well-known for casting A-list celebrities that aren’t usually associated with advertising in unconventional commercials. Past Super Bowl ads have included Detroit rapper Eminem, musician Bob Dylan as well as a voiceover by Oprah Winfrey. Last year, Francois convinced elusive actor Bill Murray to reprise his role from the 1993 film “Groundhog Day” for a Super Bowl ad.

A company spokeswoman declined to say how much the ad cost, including the fee for Springsteen, who is not known for appearing in ads but did lend his voice to a campaign commercial last year for Joe Biden.

Francois said Springsteen was intimately involved in creating the ad, and worked closely with director Thom Zimny. He wrote and produced the original score for the commercial with another one of his frequent collaborators, Ron Aniello.

“Olivier Francois and I have been discussing ideas for the last 10 years and when he showed us the outline for ‘The Middle,’ our immediate reaction was, ‘Let’s do it,‘” Springsteen’s manager, Jon Landau, said in a statement. “Our goal was to do something surprising, relevant, immediate and artful.  I believe that’s just what Bruce has done with ‘The Middle’.”

Why didn’t Jeep come out with this in 2016?

Considering the gas-guzzling nature of Jeeps, why is Jeep making someone so closely associated with an anti-oil-industry, anti-coal politician their hood ornament?

For those of you who boycotted the Super Bowl or did something constructive, here is a copy of the commercial (bookended by commentary from Bill O’Reilly — since Jeep pulled their commercial after Bruce’s November DUI in New Jersey became public — refer to the article below).

Here are some more questions I have:

I think the only reason that Bruce wants us to come to the center is that it would make it easier for Joe Biden to send his troops over to drag us into the socialist left from there.

Therefore, this ad doesn’t fool anyone.

Bruce Springsteen arrested on DWI charges in November

CNN reports that Bruce Springsteen was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated during November 2020.

Bruce Springsteen was arrested in a national park in New Jersey in November on charges of driving under the influence, according to a spokeswoman for the Gateway National Recreational Area in Sandy Hook, NJ.

He was charged with DWI, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area, spokeswoman Brenda Ling told CNN.

“Springsteen was cooperative throughout the process,” Ling added.

CNN has reached out to representatives for Springsteen for comment.

Over Super Bowl weekend, Jeep debuted an ad starring Springsteen that calls for national unity.

In light of Springsteen’s arrest, a spokesperson for Jeep told CNN in a statement Wednesday that the company will pause the spot.

Springsteen is expected to have his first hearing in the case “towards the end of February,” according to Matthew Riley, a spokesman for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.

(Read more at CNN)

Jeep had to know about this November DWI before 10 February

Surely Jeep must have heard of either the goings on of Bruce Springsteen or heard of this one instance sometime in November. News like this usually makes its way into places of power when large expenditures are in the balance.

So did Jeep think that they should be represented by drunk? Did they think that we should approve of getting behind the wheel with a few under our belts?

Did they think that “Come to the middle” might mean that Biden might abandon his “no gas cars after 2035” (or that it might grandfather them out)?

Encouraging ads I never saw

Although I will keep my powder dry regarding support for any candidate in 2024, I would support any presidential candidate in 2024 that cogently presented a case for the things that President Trump has supported.

The gift of a lie from AOC that keeps giving

Mace lives rent-free in AOC Twitter account

Fox News reports the continued feud between AOC and Representative Mace on the events that occurred on 6 January 2021.

Freshman GOP Rep. Nancy Mace fired back at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Sunday after the New York Democrat accused her of “dishonesty and opportunism” for questioning her experience surrounding the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

Mace, R-S.C., and Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., have been in a social media spat all week after she challenged Ocasio-Cortez’s recollection of what happened on Jan. 6 when a pro-Trump mob stormed the Capitol.

After Ocasio-Cortez said in a video last month that she “had a very close encounter where I thought I was going to die,” Mace and others called her out, claiming rioters didn’t enter her office building and suggested that the congresswoman was exaggerating her claims.

Ocasio-Cortez took to Twitter on Saturday to rip Mace for fundraising off the “false” experience and blamed her for intentionally hurting “other survivors and women to make a buck.”

“I simply literally just tweeted one sentence and said there were not insurrectionists in the hallway and I was two doors down from her and it was mass hysteria for like two days and I’ve been living rent-free I guess in her Twitter account all weekend as well,” Mace responded on “The Next Revolution” Sunday.

Mace told host Steve Hilton that she was “kind of mind-boggled” by the New York Democrat’s aggressive response.

“Telling the truth gets you attacked in this country?” she said. “I mean, that’s not the American way.”

The liberal firebrand also went on to accuse Mace of trying to “swindle working people” for campaign donations while still courting corporate PAC money. “Peak scam artistry,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote.

Conservative woman who took action against real violence and the liberal press ignored it

Erin Hawley files criminal complaint against Antifa-affiliated actor who organized protest outside the Hawley house

The Epoch Times points out how Erin Hawley (wife of Senator Josh Hawley) filed a criminal complaint against the alleged organizer of a protest outside their Fairfax County, Virginia, home.

The wife of Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) has filed a criminal complaint against the alleged organizer of a protest outside their Fairfax County, Virginia, home.

Erin Hawley filed a complaint against Patrick Young, an activist who is part of the Black Lives Matter-affiliated group ShutDownDC. A police spokesperson told ABC News that “probable cause” was found to issue a summons for Young.

Young told ABC on Feb. 5 that he hadn’t yet received the complaint, which was filed in Fairfax County.

According to video footage, at least 20 people gathered at the Hawley home on Jan. 4—two days before the joint session of Congress—while Hawley’s wife and their newborn daughter were at home. The protest was ostensibly organized due to Hawley’s public statements that he would challenge the electoral votes for Pennsylvania.

The Missouri Republican wrote at the time on Twitter, “Tonight while I was in Missouri, Antifa scumbags came to our place in DC and threatened my wife and newborn daughter, who can’t travel. They screamed threats, vandalized, and tried to pound open our door. Let me be clear: My family & I will not be intimidated by left-wing violence.”

The crowd yelled “shame on you” and “stand up, fight back” in front of their home. Protesters also knocked on the door, according to footage and Erin Hawley.

“The doorbell rang, and from downstairs, I could hear loud noises at the door: knocking, stomping, shouting, or some combination,” Erin Hawley wrote in her statement, according to the Washington Examiner. “I went upstairs to see what was happening. … The protestors were screaming with bullhorns and shouting ‘Come out, come out!’ I was frightened.”

Young told ABC News that the incident was a “candlelight vigil” and said the complaint was harassment.

“If a summons has been issued, it is outrageous that a rich and powerful person—a United States senator—can go to their magistrate to get a summons to harass a normal person,” Young said.

On the ShutDownDC website, a post reads: “None of us have actually received any formal notification of a summons, but we need to hire lawyers to defend us in court.”

Video footage taken from the scene shows the senator’s wife opening the front door and telling the crowd to “clear out please.”

“We’ve got neighbors and a baby, thank you,” she is heard saying in the video.

Minutes later, a protester says via a bullhorn that “a few of us are going to go up [to] knock on his door, we can maybe leave some signs, and we’ll leave a copy of [the] Constitution in the hopes that Sen. Hawley actually reads it … and he quits his dangerous attack on our democracy.”

According to The Hill, the group ultimately left after police arrived and told them that demonstrating outside the house was illegal.

Try searching “Erin Hawley” and “Patrick Young” with “New York Times.” You will not find any article in the Times on the Hawley plight. Likewise, if you repeat the exercise by substituting in the “Washington Post,” you will find that the Post did not publish any article on the event.

A little push back in Joe Biden’s America

Lindsey Graham threatens to switch focus to Kamala Harris at Donald Trump’s Senate trial

Newsweek uses a 3 February 2021 article to question Senator Graham’s logic in bringing attention to the dealings of Kamala Harris.

GrahamHarrisSenator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) suggested the focus could be shifted to Vice President  Kamala Harris at Donald Trump’s upcoming impeachment trial if it is drawn out, telling Democratic lawmakers: “Be careful what you wish for.”

Graham has repeatedly insisted witnesses should not be called, saying that if this is done by Democrats then Republicans in turn will want to call their own.

This could see the process drawn out for weeks or even months, Graham said previously, adding that in his opinion the proceedings should run as quickly as possible.

Speaking to Sean Hannity on Fox News, he made these same points on Tuesday before turning his comments to Harris.

“If you’re going to pursue this, and you wanna start calling witnesses, and you want to drag this thing out, it would be fair to have Kamala Harris’ tape play where she bailed people out of jail,” he said.

“What more could you do to incite future violence, than to pay the bail of the people who broke up the shops and beat up the cops.

“How’s that not inciting future violence? Be careful what you wish for my Democratic colleagues, be careful what you wish for.”

It is unclear what Graham is specifically referring to when he mentions letting the “tape play.”

However, Harris shared a link to a bail fund last June in the midst of protests, encouraging people to “chip in” to “help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.”

Newsweek has contacted Graham’s office for further comment. The White House has also been contacted for comment on Graham’s remarks.

Graham has repeatedly said he thinks Trump’s Senate trial should only take a few days but the timeframe is dependent on Democrats’ actions.

“If there’s an effort by the Democrats to call a single witness in the United States Senate, they had no record in the House, there will be delay of this trial, there will be a Pandora’s box being opened,” Graham said on Fox previously. “We will want witnesses and this thing will go on for weeks if not months.”

He previously suggested Republicans would “want the FBI to come in” if witnesses are called to outline details of the attack on the Capitol—the event at the center of Trump’s impeachment. “Bring in the FBI” then began to trend on Twitter.

Trump’s representatives released details of his defense for his impeachment trial on Tuesday, which is largely focused on an argument that the Senate does not have the power to take action against him because he is no longer in office.

A previous vote on the constitutionality of the trial indicated it is unlikely enough GOP senators would vote against Trump for him to be convicted.

I don’t know what Graham has, but there are posts in my blog that bring up embarrassing points related to Kamala Harris

Naturally, I recognize that this blog does not contain the full record of all of the world’s happenings. However, if you mine this blog, you will come up with a number of infractions committed by Ms. Harris. From Kamala’s involvement in the Biden Chinese financial scandals to recordings of Kamala saying, “Protesters should not let up” to fundraisers where she raised bail three-time felons, we have the goods (and that is just in this blog). Who knows what Senator Graham might have found out by way of the FBI or other government agency.

House Conservatives will ‘Fight back against radical Left,’ new chairman says

The Daily Signal reports that the largest caucus in Congress has committed to pushing back against the radical left.

JimBanksFighting the radical left will be a top goal of the largest conservative caucus in Congress, the incoming chairman of the Republican Study Committee says.

“Rarely do Republicans fight back,” Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., said Tuesday night in a speech to The Heritage Foundation’s annual President’s Club meeting, held virtually because of the pandemic.

“And that’s what I want to do with Republican Study Committee more than ever over the next couple of years, is to fight back against the radical left,” Banks said. “This Democrat Party … is not the Democrat Party of my dad or my grandma.

The President’s Club meeting featured scholars and experts from the prominent think tank as well as leaders in the conservative movement including Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., in addition to Banks.

Banks, elected unanimously Nov. 19 as chairman of the RSC, said the caucus will work against what he called the “fringe, left-wing, dangerous, radical Democrat Party.”

One main priority, the Indiana Republican said, will be “continuing the fight to hold China accountable” on issues from national security to COVID-19 to fair trade.

“President [Donald] Trump has made the Republican Party the party of holding China accountable [and] I promise you, the RSC will be in that fight for the two years that I’m the chairman,” Banks said.

Another of the committee’s top priorities, Banks said, is to work to protect the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits the use of federal funds for most elective abortions. The measure is named for the late Rep. Henry Hyde, R-Ill., who proposed the amendment first adopted in 1976.

The incoming chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., has said she wants to do away with the Hyde Amendment.

“One of the very first issues that we’re going to fight out of the gate is to protect the Hyde Amendment, [which] is no longer a bipartisan issue,” Banks said.

He noted that two Democratic presidents, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, supported the Hyde Amendment—as did Joe Biden as a Democratic senator from Delaware.

Banks said the RSC also “will be on the front lines protecting strong defense budgets, Trump-era budgets,” and fighting as “Democrats try to try to strip defense spending, our resources, traditional legacy issues, and fiscal responsibility and balanced budgets.”

This sounds good

This sounds good, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating. And the proof of the conservative credentials of this group will come to light at the end of this term of Congress.

Representative Mace slams AOC for ‘exaggerating’ Capitol Hill break-in story

The Post Millennial describes how Representative Mace debunked the AOC claim of being attacked during the Capitol breach.

After Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s “near death” experience story was debunked, she falsely claimed that it was Trump supporters who planted the bombs that surrounded the Republican and Democratic National Committees headquarters the night before the Capitol Hill riot on Jan. 6.

In fact, the FBI is still searching for suspects in the case.

“This is the latest manipulative take on the right. They are manipulating the fact that most people don’t know the layout the Capitol complex,” Ocasio-Cortez respond to One America News Network’s Jack Posobiec who had called her out for her hyperbolic account.

The Democratic lawmaker at first suggested that she was on the front line, facing the pro-Trump mob in the halls outside her office. However, it was revealed that Ocasio-Cortez wasn’t in the Capitol at the time of the attack on Congress. She was in another building. According to her official website, Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional office is in the Cannon House Office Building (Cannon HOB), which is accessible to the Capitol via tunnel system.

South Carolina-1st District Debate

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) pointed out Tuesday that her office is two doors down from Ocasio-Cortez’s in the same hallway. The Republican congresswoman also noted that “insurrectionists never stormed” the area at any time. She called out the New York representative for her “egregious” testimony publicized on Instagram and maintained through tweets.

“We were all on the Capitol complex,” the young progressive interjected the truth with her narrative, insisting that the attack “wasn’t just on the dome.” That’s when Ocasio-Cortez scrambled to justify her fear, alleging that Trump supporters had planted the bombs that “surrounded our offices too.”

“This is a dangerous lie and @TwitterSafety should remove it,” BLEXIT founder Candace Owners rebutted. “There were absolutely ZERO bombs planted by ‘Trump supporters.’ Pipe bombs were planted outside of both Republican and Democratic Headquarters the night before Trump’s speech—and the FBI has no idea who planted them.”

The FBI had reported via press release that an “unknown individual” placed two pipe bombs on Jan. 5: one at the Republican National Committee headquarter located at 310 First Street Southeast and the other at the Democratic National Committee headquarter located at 430 South Capitol Street Southeast #3.

According to the wanted poster, the suspect donned a face mask, a grey hooded sweatshirt, and yellow, black, and gray Nike Air Max Speed Turf shoes. The individual also carried a backpack by hand.

Live videos from the security cameras were published by the Washington Post.

To date, the perpetrator has yet to be identified and apprehended by federal authorities—let alone the culprit’s political affiliation.

The FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the location, arrest, and conviction of the person or group responsible for the planted pipe bombs.

In the meantime, Ocasio-Cortez’s hysterical riot fiction prompted #AlexandriaOcasioSmollett to trend on Twitter. The hashtag referenced the infamous hate crime hoax perpetrated by Empire actor Jussie Smollett in 2019.

Examples of double standards in Joe Biden’s America

Biden’s Second in Command at the State Department said in a 2016 Facebook post that police officers are a greater national security threat than ISIS, Russians

The Washington Free Beacon points out the cop-hating past of the second-in-command at Biden’s State Department.

jalina-porterThe State Department’s newly installed deputy spokesperson, Jalina Porter, said in a 2016 Facebook post that the “largest threat to U.S. national security are U.S cops,” according to a screenshot of the post obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

“The largest threat to U.S. national security are U.S. cops,” wrote Porter, who was recently tapped by the Biden administration to serve as State Department spokesman Ned Price’s deputy. “Not ISIS, not Russian hackers, not anyone or anything else.”

Porter’s comments were made on Sept. 20, 2016, and appear to be in reference to video footage released that day of an unarmed black man being shot by police officers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. “An unarmed Black man takes a knee for justice, bigots riot,” she wrote in the post. “An unarmed black man (with his hands raised) takes a bullet and dies, these same bigots are silent. Explain this to me, please.”

Porter, a former top aide in the congressional office of now-top Biden White House adviser Cedric Richmond, added, “If y’all don’t wake up and rise up to this truth, the genocide against Blacks in America will continue until we are near extinct.” At the time of the post, Porter was working as a communications official for the Truman National Security Project, a left-leaning foreign policy think-tank that previously employed Hunter Biden. Porter is also a former dancer for the NFL’s Oakland Raiders and the NBA’s Washington Wizards.

The State Department did not respond to multiple Free Beacon requests for comment on the posting. Emails sent to Porter via her website and to an address provided on it were not returned by press time.

The resurfaced comments could complicate the State Department’s messaging as it seeks to challenge Iran’s nuclear buildup, continue the fight against ISIS, and shape its response to the many ongoing national security threats posed by China, Russia, and the Islamic Republic. Tony Blinken, the department’s new secretary, was confirmed on Tuesday.

Rochester officer suspended, two on leave after 9-year-old girl was pepper-sprayed by police

USA Today spotlights the chaos in Rochester after police were called to deal with a suicidal 9-year-old and chose to pepper spray her to subdue her.

rochesterA Rochester, New York, police officer is suspended and two others were placed on administrative leave in the aftermath of an incident on Friday that resulted in a 9-year-old girl being pepper-sprayed.

A total of nine officers attended the scene, but the action was taken against these three at the order of the mayor, a release Monday from Rochester Police Department interim chief Cynthia Herriott-Sullivan confirmed.

The officers are suspended with full pay as per state civil service law.

A total of nine officers attended the scene.

Police released two bodycam videos Sunday that showed officers restraining a distraught 9-year-old girl who was handcuffed and pepper sprayed when she disobeyed commands.

In the videos, the girl repeatedly and frantically screams for her father as officers try to restrain her after responding to a call over “family trouble” Friday afternoon.

My first question is: “Where are the social workers?”

When Rochester and other East Coast cities started their pushes to “defund the police,” one of their solutions was that social workers would go answer calls that police had formerly been sent to. It seems that the case of a 9-year-old suicidal girl would have been an ideal situation to send a case worker. Why didn’t the Democrats come through with this one? Why do we have another case where police were put into a situation and liberals are rioting again?

Ted Wheeler pepper-sprayed a man who confronted him as he left a restaurant Sunday evening

CBS News regurgitates some of the facts but does not challenge the leftist mayor of Portland.

Mayor Ted Wheeler pepper-sprayed a manPortland, Oregon, Mayor Ted Wheeler pepper-sprayed a man who confronted him and a former mayor as they left a restaurant Sunday evening, according to a police report. Wheeler and Sam Adams, who served one term as Portland mayor from 2009 to 2013, had been eating in a tented area at McMenamins Hillsdale Brewery and Public House in Southwest Portland.

When the two left, Wheeler said a man, whom he did not recognize, approached him, videotaping the mayor and accusing him of dining without wearing a mask.

According to a statement the mayor gave to police, Wheeler told the man of current COVID-19 regulations, which allows people to take their mask off to eat or drink.

“He then accused me of other things to which I indicated he did not understand the rules and should probably have a better understanding if he was going to confront people about them,” Wheeler said in his statement.

Wheeler said the man was not wearing a mask and stood close to him, which made him concerned about the risk of contracting COVID-19. When the man allegedly followed Wheeler to the mayor’s car, Wheeler “became immediately concerned for my personal safety,” he said to police in a statement, CBS affiliate KOIN reports.

Wheeler told the man to “back off” and that he was carrying pepper spray, which he would use if necessary. When the man did not listen the mayor said he sprayed him in the eyes.

The Federalist points out how Democrats never wanted law and order before 6 January

The Federalist digs into the discrepancy dividing the history of Biden and the rest of the Democrats from their current complaining about the Capitol invasion.

President-elect Joe Biden demanded Wednesday that “just simple decency” be brought back to America after a pro-Trump, “stop the steal” peaceful protest at the U.S. Capitol devolved into a riot. A group of demonstrators stormed the Capitol while lawmakers were trapped inside. One female protester, a retired Air Force veteran, is confirmed dead.

“At this hour our democracy is under unprecedented assault unlike anything we’ve seen in modern times,” Biden said, adding that what unfolded was “an assault on the rule of law like few times we have ever seen it.”

To be clear, Americans have seen a protracted assault on the rule of law recently. We witnessed the downfall of law and order in America all summer. For months, American cities were under siege, at the mercy of Antifa and Black Lives Matter thugs. At least 30 people were killed during the BLM riots while the corporate media stood in front of burning cities, characterizing them as “peaceful protests.” Yet never did Biden use the forceful language he did yesterday, calling it an “assault on the rule of law.” One of those cities was Kenosha, Wisconsin, where I spent days reporting on the riots this summer.

In August, a Kenosha policeman shot Jacob Blake, an armed black man with a criminal record who was resisting arrest. Following the shooting that left Blake paralyzed, the citizens of Kenosha became victims of domestic terrorism. Although the first night after the incident was relatively peaceful, after the second night, when outside leftist agitators (some of whom I met) flocked to the city, fire and looting consumed uptown and downtown Kenosha.

What I saw the following night after Blake was shot was something I only recognized from photos of war-torn countries. Men and women stood with baseball bats, hand-guns, semi-automatic rifles, and shotguns in front of their businesses and homes. A woman, who said she has lived in Kenosha for more than 40 years, broke down in tears, saying her city felt like a “war zone” and she was “terrified.”

Many Kenoshans explained to me that police officers lacked the necessary numbers to control the situation, forcing law enforcement to focus on defending public buildings and leaving citizens to fend for themselves.

Citizens forced to take matters into their own hands included Chuck, who owns an uptown tire shop. Chuck said he had been spending every night on his roof guarding his shop with weapons. Chuck was exhausted from several sleepless nights and fed up with his life being upended and his livelihood threatened by Black Lives Matter rioters.

“Come to my shop and I’ll blow your heads off,” Chuck said to the rioters. “I’ll even tell you where I’m at,” he added. “C’mon, boys, I got something for your -sses.”

Another citizen unacknowledged by Joe Biden was Sam, an Indian immigrant who owned a family-run car dealership in downtown Kenosha. Sam lost “every dime” he had, and the 20 people Sam employed have all lost their jobs “for nothing.”

BLM rioters burned his lot two nights in a row, destroying all the cars and looting his office before burning that as well. “I’m a taxpayer. This is not the America I came into,” the shattered man said. “What did we do to deserve all this?” he asked. “I’m a minority too. I’m a brown person. I have nothing to do with this.”

Several weeks later, I returned to Kenosha. I could still smell burning tires at Sam’s torched dealership. Protesting Donald Trump’s arrival in Kenosha, the leftist demonstrators excused the rioting that took place just a few weeks before because it “gets attention.”

A young woman I spoke with explained the rationale: “Riots work. Burning down buildings works and it gets the attention of people to make real change… People that aren’t white cis males wouldn’t have rights if it weren’t for burning down a f-cking building.”

Let’s not have any false assumptions on who the real condoners of violence are. This summer, Democrat leaders, including Biden, refused for months on end to condemn the seemingly endless rioting. In doing so, they endorsed the rhetoric I heard from the young woman, making them complicit in the destruction of American cities and the livelihoods of countless law-abiding citizens, like Chuck and Sam.

Republican lawmakers, including Trump, have unanimously condemned the siege of the U.S Capitol. You may not know that because Trump is being censored by big tech giants like Twitter and Facebook, who are are invested in the narrative that Trump endorses lawlessness.

On Kenosha, Biden ultimately vaguely denounced rioting, refusing to name BLM and Antifa. Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, widely considered a symbol of the future of the Democrat Party, said people have no choice but to violently riot, arguing “marginalized” communities must stand up against their so-called oppressors.

Leftist media darling CNN’s Chris Cuomo condoned the violence, telling his viewers, “Please, show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful.” However, his tone has mysteriously changed now that the protesters are Trump supporters. Perhaps most telling was in July, when Democrats killed a resolution introduced by Republicans aimed at curbing mob violence.

Biden’s pleas  for unity and a return to peace would be helped if he would condemn Antifa

Antifa and Black Lives Matter are not “just an idea.” They have been burning down cities across America since 2016. Therefore, if Biden or any Democrat wants an ounce in the first jigger of respect, they need to denounce both Antifa and Black Lives Matter.

AOC: Marginalized communities “have no choice but to riot’

The National Interest points out how AOC excused rioting in marginalized communities.

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said in an interview Tuesday that marginalized communities in the U.S. and across the globe “have no choice but to riot” under certain conditions.

“I believe that injustice is a threat to the safety of all people, because once you have a group that is marginalized and marginalized and marginalized, then you create a … like, once someone doesn’t have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot,” the New York socialist said during an interview on “Ebro in the Morning,” a radio show on the New York hip hop station Hot 97.

“And it doesn’t even have to be that way,” she added.

Ocasio-Cortez was discussing Israel and Palestine when she made the remarks, but included poor communities in the U.S. and across the world.

“I’m not even talking about Palestinians,” Ocasio-Cortez said about halfway through her almost hour-long interview, which The Hill flagged. “I’m talking about communities in poverty in the United States. I’m talking about Latin America. I’m talking about like all over the world.”

She noted riots in 1968, which occurred in numerous U.S. cities in the wake of civil rights activist Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination.

“Social destabilization is what happens when people do not have a plan or feel like there’s no vision for their future,” said Ocasio-Cortez.

Ocasio-Cortez did not address other riots that have transpired in U.S. cities, such as riots in Baltimore in 2015 in the aftermath of the death of Freddie Gray. Gray died after suffering injuries while riding in the back of a police van following his arrest. Baltimore’s prosecutor charged six police officers with manslaughter and other charges, but they were ultimately acquitted due to lack of evidence that they caused Gray’s death.

Former President Barack Obama addressed the riots at the time, saying that riots occur when “you have impoverished communities that have been stripped away of opportunities, where children are born into abject poverty.”

Since AOC has not stepped back from this or any of her other incendiary statements, I will not hold my breath for any future statement from her

Since AOC has not stepped back from this or any of her other incendiary statements, I will not hold my breath for any future statement from her. However, at the same time, I encourage all Republicans to boycott working with her and considering any laws she promotes. We need to fight fire with fire.

Is the press treating these equally in Joe Biden’s America?

AOC says she feared GOP lawmakers would lead rioters to her: “I thought I was going to die”

The Washington Post parroted the words of AOC without questioning her accusations (although the FBI reported weeks ago that this attack was pre-planned and Antifa/BLM was included in the attacks) and her further arguments.

As rioters pounded on doors and smashed through glass windows at the U.S. Capitol last week, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) says she worried her own colleagues in Congress might divulge her location to the mob outside, putting her at risk for kidnapping or worse.

In the midst of the chaos, the lawmaker revealed on Tuesday night, she also experienced “a pretty traumatizing event” that left her fearing for her life.

“I can tell you that I had a very close encounter where I thought I was going to die,” she said, noting she couldn’t get into specifics for security reasons. “I did not know if I was going to make it to the end of that day alive.”

Those revelations came in an hour-long Instagram Live video that drew moe than 100,000 viewers late Tuesday, in which Ocasio-Cortez blasted the GOP for instigating the insurrection and alleged some of her colleagues hold white-supremacist beliefs.

In addition to her accusations above, AOC accused Senator Cruz of attempted murder

In addition to the tripe quoted above, AOC accused Senator Cruz of attempted murder. Nancy Pelosi calls Republicans “the enemy … within” when she speaks of Congressional colleagues. However, in neither AOC’s nor Nancy’s case, did either Congresswoman specifically say how they were threatened. We just need to take it on their word that they were threatened — kind of like an impeachment without a prosecution in the House, without a defense in the Senate, and without a ruling justice over it all.

Antifa and BLM participated in the Capitol attack

As mentioned here on 22 January 2021, an Antifa member disguised himself as a journalist and stabbed several Trump supporters during the Capitol attack.

Additionally, John Sullivan of Utah’s BLM and Antifa was found on camera just behind Ashli Babbitt.

Likewise, Jake Angeli (aka Jacob Anthony or Jake Angel or Jacob Chansley) has a history with the Phoenix BLM.

I don’t remember the press or the politicians complaining about Seattle, DC, and other Antifa or BLM riot locations

Even when there were murders in the CHAZ, I don’t remember the Democrats in the media or the FBI calling for prosecution. All I remember was the “summer of love” and silence from Pelosi.

However, I do remember DC when Republicans were attacked in August 2020. I remember life savings burning in Minneapolis while Democrats gave Antifa and BLM space to riot. I remember monuments across America being destroyed by Anitfa and BLM and we were told to understand.

I even remember that AOC and Pressley raised bail funds for Antifa members who attacked police in Boston.

To be consistent with their previous 2020 silence on Antifa, neither the political Democrats nor the press Democrats have mentioned the January Antifa riots

Even when Antifa attacked the Portland Democrat headquarters on Inauguration day, Democrats in office did not comment on them. Likewise, the national broadcasters did not make any mention of the violent riots in Portland.

To underscore the lack of attention to the riots by the national broadcasters, Seattle’s KTTH provides the following tongue-in-cheek assessment of the Portland riots.

Antifa, the mythical group invented by right-wingers for reasons unknown, peacefully rioted in Seattle and Portland. Though they posted flyers on social media saying they would turn violent, some were caught off-guard.

Joe Biden’s America, am I right?

After several acts of non-violent property destruction and love taps the police foolishly label “assault,” Seattle police arrested at least two freedom fighters. Portland police arrested eight, with police clearly planting a large knife on one of the suspects (who was possibly seen on video brandishing the “weapon” before police made contact).

In Seattle, the heroic activists valiantly fought to protect Black lives from police brutality by destroying the storefronts of Starbucks and Amazon Go, the only retail locations offering jobs Antifa activists are (barely) qualified for.

Meanwhile, in Portland, Antifa activists rearranged the glass and exterior of the Democrat Party headquarters with hammers and spray paint. But this was merely a belated “thank you” to the party that offered the definitely-not-domestic-terrorists support for six months last year.

Though Antifa activists used Twitter and Facebook (but not Parler) to openly plan their non-violent block parties, sharing flyers detailing their peaceful plans to burn property, some locals and news outlets were caught off guard by the sheer love and sunshine the groups provided the Pacific Northwest.

Antifa violence will continue in Seattle and Portland

While Democrats pretend to take political violence seriously, only calling it out when conservatives infrequently engage in the odious form of activism, Antifa continues to roam the streets of their communities committing blatant acts of destruction.

You’ll get a dozen press releases after an “insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol, but months of nonstop violence will hardly earn a tweet from a Seattle councilmember. Their inaction in condemning their supporters has consequences.

Consequently, aimless, privileged, 20-somethings douse themselves with too much Axe body spray, leave their parents basement or mother-in-law apartment in Kirkland or Woodinville for the first time in days, and descend upon Seattle for destruction. The mostly-white, Socialist/Progressive degenerates think they’re fighting for a just cause. Or at least we pretend they do. Many are just looking to cause problems, disappointed that their lives are directionless.

The problem is this: we know Democrats to be biased

During the Fall 2020 Antifa riots in the Pacific Northwest, AP tells reporters to change terms

As previously blogged here, AP issued guidance for reporters to lie about left-wing violence.

Mobs of violent left-wing kooks have been roaming the streets of American cities for months terrorizing residents, murdering Trump supporters, beating people to a pulp, shooting police officers, and assaulting people in their vehicles. But you wouldn’t know any of this if you consumed news exclusively from the mainstream media because the mainstream media doesn’t want you to know about it.

The Associated Press (AP) issues guidelines, closely adhered to by many journalists, dictating what words are politically correct at the time and what words to avoid. The AP issued new guidance on Wednesday telling journalists to avoid using the word “riot” when covering leftwing events and refrain from reporting on property destruction because, according to the AP, such reporting has been used in the past as a way to stigmatize protests against lynching and racial injustice. To the AP, it’s not the job of journalists to report the news. It’s the job of journalists to advance a left-wing narrative.

The AP dictates that “unrest” should be used instead of the word “riot” because it’s less “emotional.” The AP then points out how great the words “protest” and “demonstration” are because both words can technically refer to violent and peaceful gatherings alike and help gloss over the violence.

However, while Joe Biden may be biased toward his own power, he once knew the line between dictatorship and democracy

As once reported on ABC News, Joe Biden did once draw a line between dictatorship and democracy. Of course, that was well before his record-setting bout of writing executive orders.

U.S. ‘actively looking’ at mandating COVID-19 testing for domestic air travel

Reuters reports that the Biden administration seems to be looking into restricting travel from what seems to be domestic ports of entry (or is it more?).

The Biden administration is “actively looking” at expanding mandatory COVID-19 testing to travelers on U.S. domestic flights, a senior Centers for Disease Control and Prevention official said on Tuesday.

On a call with reporters, Dr. Marty Cetron, director for the Division of Global Migration and Quarantine at CDC, was asked about whether new domestic travel testing requirements might be employed. Cetron replied that there were “conversations that are ongoing and looking at what the types and locations of testing might be… We’re actively looking at it.”

Last week, President Joe Biden directed U.S. agencies to make recommendations to “impose additional public health measures for domestic travel” and to consider new requirements for people crossing land borders. Reuters reported Friday that administration officials said that could include requiring negative COVID-19 tests before flying domestically.

“We realize that there’s been a dramatic evolution and increase in both testing platforms and testing capacity. I think this is a really important part of our toolkit to combat this pandemic,” Cetron said.

On Tuesday, new CDC rules took effect requiring nearly all international air travelers aged 2 and older to present a negative coronavirus test taken within three calendar days of travel or proof of COVID-19 recovery to enter the United States.

In discussions with airline officials, the CDC has said it is considering requiring domestic testing, too. Some airline officials worry such requirements could curtail already weak demand for air travel.

The CDC said Sunday it would not grant waivers to exempt travelers from some countries with limited testing capacity. Numerous U.S. airlines had sought waivers.

Acting Assistant Secretary of State Ian Brownlee told reporters CDC was “not at this time issuing federal quarantine orders” but recommends self-quarantining for seven days after returning from a trip and getting post-arrival COVID-19 tests.

Pentagon declares climate change a “national security issue”

A 27 January 2021 article by The Hill points to the liberal bent of the Pentagon established by the Obama administration. Here the brass established by Obama express a desire to use global warming as an excuse to establish a “national security issue.”

The Pentagon will now consider climate change when planning war games and will incorporate the issue into its future National Defense Strategy, according to a Wednesday announcement.

“There is little about what the [Defense] Department does to defend the American people that is not affected by climate change. It is a national security issue, and we must treat it as such,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in a statement.

“The Department will immediately take appropriate policy actions to prioritize climate change considerations in our activities and risk assessments, to mitigate this driver of insecurity.”

Austin announced the change after President Biden earlier on Wednesday signed a series of executive orders aimed at addressing the climate crisis.

The shift means the Department of Defense (DOD) will now “include the security implications of climate change in our risk analyses, strategy development, and planning guidance,” according to Austin.

“As a leader in the interagency, the Department of Defense will also support incorporating climate risk analysis into modeling, simulation, wargaming, analysis, and the next National Defense Strategy. And by changing how we approach our own carbon footprint, the Department can also be a platform for positive change, spurring the development of climate-friendly technologies at scale,” he said.

The Pentagon since 2010 has acknowledged that climate change could pose a threat to where the military operates and its roles and missions.

Heavy downpours, drought, rising temperature and sea level, and repeated, raging forest fires affect the military not only at home but extending to abroad as they can have significant geopolitical impacts.

Townhall comments on Pelosi’s and Schumer’s reaction to a Trump rejection of the COVID relief bill.

Pelosi And Schumer Offer Prebuttal To Trump's Address To CongressPresident Donald Trump on Tuesday evening said he would not sign the $900 billion COVID relief package that passed both chambers of Congress on Monday. Instead, he wants them to up the direct cash payment amount that Americans will receive and to cut out the unnecessary spending.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) late Tuesday night said she agreed with President Trump, that the American people should receive more than $600 in direct cash payments.

“Republicans repeatedly refused to say what amount the President wanted for direct checks,” Pelosi said in a tweet on Twitter. “At last, the President has agreed to $2,000 — Democrats are ready to bring this to the Floor this week by unanimous consent. Let’s do it!”

Oddly, neither the Democrats nor Townhall mentions the Trump opposition to pork-level foreign aid

In fact none of the main stream media sources mentioned Trump’s objection to all of the foreign aid. However, it did appear in a hand full of tweets.

I can understand why lying Democrats would just recognize half of President Trump’s statement, but why the “conservative” press?

Just as the formerly conservative Fox, there have been instances where NewsMax claimed that Trump’s claims of fraud were baseless due to the appeals being thrown out of courts (however, the news outlet did not consider that the 60 court cases were thrown out on procedural bases — not on the basis of fact).

AOC claims “national security policy” is why she got vaccine before more vulnerable people

Breitbart reports from the slimy lies on COVID-19 department. It seems that Ms. Cortez has guzzled the COVID Kool-Aid to the point that she wants to protect herself from a disease survived by 99.985% of those in her age bracket.

Alexandria Ocasio-CortezRep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) explained over the weekend why she received her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine before more vulnerable populations, attributing it to a national security policy that aims to “ensure the continuity of governance during national emergencies.”

“I was actually surprised by this too,” Ocasio-Cortez said during a Q&A posted to her Instagram over the weekend, taking questions after sharing a video of herself receiving the vaccine:

“I was expecting we’re going to get it a lot later,” the 31-year-old congresswoman continued. “But– and healthcare workers for the record, health care workers have started to receive it.”

“Not everybody obviously yet has been vaccinated but when it comes to Congress’s access, it’s due to something [called] continuity of governance planning, which is essentially national security planning,” she continued.

“So this actually came from a national security policy and directive to ensure continuity of governance during national emergencies,” she added:

Rather than worrying about the most vulnerable that Democrats harp on, this “Representative” worries about herself

In years past, we could call certain politicians “public servants” because they served the public first (George Washington, John Adams, and Abraham Lincoln come to mind). Recently, the term was tarnished when it was applied to Joe Biden by Mitch McConnell. Therefore, maybe this is why AOC seems so emboldened to snatch the award that really is due to healthcare workers and those with the gray crown of age.

The Democrat infighting continues

Democrat infighting: Tulsi Gabbard edition

Townhall comments on the Democrat infighting centered on Tulsi Gabbard’s proposed legislation.

TulsiGabbardRep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) is getting lonely on her side of the political aisle. First she celebrates the Supreme Court’s ruling that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) edict to limit gatherings in Catholic diocese and synagogues was unconstitutional as a religious freedom win. Then she sides with President Trump on his decision to oppose the NDAA because of Section 230, a provision that protects tech firms from liability over third-party content on their platforms.

And her next move isn’t pleasing many liberals either. On Thursday, the Democrat introduced a bill with Republican Oklahoma Rep. Markwayne Mullin called the “Protect Women’s Sports Act of 2020,” which bans transgender individuals from competing in women’s sports.

Gabbard explained that her intent is to protect Title IX, which has been “weakened” by some states’ misinterpretations.

“Title IX was a historic provision championed by Hawai‘i’s own Congresswoman Patsy Mink in order to provide equal opportunity for women and girls in high school and college sports,” Gabbard said in a statement. “It led to a generational shift that impacted countless women, creating life-changing opportunities for girls and women that never existed before. However, Title IX is being weakened by some states who are misinterpreting Title IX, creating uncertainty, undue hardship and lost opportunities for female athletes. Our legislation protects Title IX’s original intent which was based on the general biological distinction between men and women athletes based on sex. It is critical that the legacy of Title IX continues to ensure women and girls in sports have the opportunity to compete and excel on a level playing field.”

LGBTQ leaders and organizations said they were furious but not surprised by her bill.

Although I do not agree with Gabbard’s other political positions, I agree with all of those called out in this article

I agree with the Supreme Court that religious freedom does not take a holiday when emergency powers come to the mayor, governor, or other politician. I feel that social media has abused its position to become editors of all of our content (not an open forum for all). Finally, I believe that (if women’s sports are to exist at all, they must be reserved to only humans with only XX chromosomes — no XY chromosomes).

AOC and Ilhan Omar want to block Biden’s former chief of staff

Axios reports in a 24 November 2020 article pointing out how the “progressives” are fighting among themselves.

OmarCortezReps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar are boosting a petition against Joe Biden nominating his former chief of staff to a new role in his administration, calling Bruce Reed a “deficit hawk” and criticizing his past support for Social Security and Medicare cuts.

Why it matters: Progressives are mounting their pressure campaign after the president-elect did not include any of their favored candidates in his first slate of Cabinet nominees, and they are serious about installing some of their allies, blocking anyone who doesn’t pass their smell test — and making noise if they are not heard.

Driving the news: Some progressives have privately said the order of Biden’s announcements was important to send an early signal the incoming administration took them seriously. So far, they’re suspicious of some of the people being named or rumored for jobs — but happy with John Kerry, Janet Yellen, Alejandro Mayorkas and Linda Thomas-Greenfield.

Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Omar (D-Minn.) and fellow Squad member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) are the first sitting members of Congress to sign the petition, which objects to Reed potentially serving as head of the Office of Management and Budget. It was launched by Justice Democrats.

  • “Rejecting Reed will be a major test for the soul of the Biden presidency,” it says, demanding that OMB “be staffed with people who will prioritize working people, not Wall Street deficit scaremongers.”
  • Reed led the Bowles-Simpson Commission under Barack Obama, which progressives opposed because it made cuts to Social Security and Medicare. “Biden must not repeat Obama’s mistake,” the petition says.
  • The Biden transition team didn’t respond to a request for comment by publication time.

What they’re saying: Omar told Axios she’s “proud to join Justice Democrats and our progressive coalition in saying no to deficit hawks.”

  • “If the Biden administration is serious about protecting Medicare and Social Security, they must not appoint one of the biggest champions of cuts to lead their budget agency,” she said in her statement.

The backdrop: Incoming Reps. Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush — who are also backing the petition — attended a protest last week outside the Democratic National Committee urging Biden to keep his promise to pass a $2 trillion climate policy.

  • Separately, the Progressive Change Campaign Committee employed the help of actor Mark Ruffalo today to blast an e-mail to their nearly 1 million members. It urged Biden to pick Rep. Deb Haaland — a progressive elected in the 2018 midterms — for secretary of the Interior.
  • The group also celebrated Kerry and Yellen’s inclusion in Monday’s administration announcements, saying: “This shows that the hard work of progressives has paid off, and there’s more to come.”

Progressives scored a win this week when the transition team said it will name a “high-level White House Climate Policy Coordinator” next month.

  • Sunrise Movement, the progressive climate change group, Justice Democrats, as well as incumbent and incoming members of the Squad have been pushing for Biden-Harris administration to create a climate mobilization office.
  • They’re happy with Kerry’s announcement as a special presidential envoy for climate change, but want a domestic equivalent, like John Podesta or Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee.

The bottom line: While left-wing Democrats have had a seat at the table, they don’t want Biden-Harris administration to morph into a third Obama term.

Let them destroy one another

In attempting to not be seen as Obama retreaded, they can only go further left of Obama. If they repeat the track record of Obama or go further to socialism, they will only promote the next and more radical move to the right.

Trump was not elected out of a vacuum. Rather, he was elected despite his flaws due to the excessive socialistic tendencies of Obama and his cohort of Democrats.

The dueling minorities

Six ways the Democrats have twisted the narrative

  1. Rudy Giuliani: Possibly 900,000 illegal ballots were cast in Pennsylvania. Enough to flip to Trump

LifeNews reported on 10 November 2020 that Rudy Giuliani suggested that 900,000 illegal ballots were cast in Pennsylvania.

GiulianiFormer new York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is helping President Donald trump with his election challenge, says as many as 900,000 illegal ballots were potentially cast in Pennsylvania. With Joe Biden having less than a 50,000 vote lead over the president, that could potentially swign the state to Trump’s column and tilt the balance of the election.

Here’s more from his interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo:

Giuliani said the lawsuits being filed by the Trump campaign might reveal that up to 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in the state of Pennsylvania, a key election swing state several news outlets projected presumptive President-elect Joe Biden would win. “Do you believe that you have enough to actually change the fate of the election?” Bartiromo asked.

“Well, I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania election was a disaster,” Giuliani said. “We have people that observed people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it. I’m giving you the big picture.”

Giuliani described details of its investigation in Pennsylvania, which may translate to new lawsuits this week, as early as Monday. He alleged Republican observers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, were “kept out of the room or kept away from the room” for 24-hours where mail-in ballots were counted, adding that 135,000 ballots were counted during that time period.

“Even though we went to court, and we were allowed to move 6 feet closer, the Democrat-machine people moved the counting place six feet further away. This is documented on videotape. There are upwards of 50 witnesses,” Giuliani said, which would be the subject of a Monday civil rights lawsuit on Monday.

Giuliani said the Trump team was also looking into whether ballots were cast in the name of people who are already dead and if ballots were “back-dated.”

“We have evidence now, from not only the Post Office but from others, that there was back-dating. I can only tell you right now that that amounts to about 2,000 or 3,000 votes,” Giuliani said.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has officially clinched victory in the state of North Carolina. Fox News and the liberal media have come under fire for prematurely declaring Joe Biden the winner in Pennsylvania and Arizona while not certifying the state of North Carolina, where Trump leads his pro-abortion rival by well over 70,000 votes.

But the Decision Desk today finally awarded the tar heel State to Trump a week after election day. Election projectors were awaiting on mail-in and military ballots to make the final call, though President Trump held a significant lead throughout the week.

Trump will win North Carolina’s 15 Electoral College votes and pro-life Republican Sen. Thom Tillis will defeat Democrat Cal Cunningham.

Meanwhile, the Trump campaign’s fight against election fraud in the remaining battleground states continues. Attorney General William Barr signed off on a probe into potential voting irregularities in a memo to attorneys and assistant attorneys general, The Associated Press reported Monday.

Barr wrote that “inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State,” according to the memo, AP News reported.

Barr wrote that any allegations of fraud that might not impact the election should be delayed, AP reported.

“While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely and effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution and maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality and non-partisanship,” Barr said, per AP.

The Trump campaign has filed several lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan following Election Day. The campaign announced another lawsuit Monday that seeks to stop Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar from “hurrying” to certify the results of this election.

If there have been 900,000 votes were illegally cast in Pennsylvania, then just recount without the illegal votes

It’s not that difficult. From childhood, we have sent cheaters packing from our games and eliminated the points that they scored from the scoreboard.

If we can do that for childhood games (like football, baseball, and basketball), then why not apply the same standard to the leader of the free world?

  1. Milwaukee Elections Chief lost elections flash drive in morning hours of November 4th when Democrats miraculously found 120,000 votes for Joe Biden

The Gateway Pundit reports on a Milwaukee elections official who copied election data to a thumb drive and then “lost” it.

At 3 AM Central time (an hour after President Trump’s speech) Joe Biden overcame a 4.1% Trump lead.
The media reported the next day that Wisconsin, thanks to Milwaukee, had a 89% turnout — something that is unheard of in the US.
Now we are putting together how this all happened.
The Milwaukee Elections Chief lost a flash drive on the way to the county election commission.

Via Wisconsin Right Now:

A flash drive that contained crucial absentee voter information in the 2020 presidential election was briefly lost during the early morning hours of Wednesday Nov. 4 as the world waited for Milwaukee to reveal its ballot counts.

Sources within Milwaukee County law enforcement told Wisconsin Right Now exclusively that the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, Claire Woodall-Vogg, realized she had lost the flash drive when she left, with police escort, the Central Count building where ballots were tallied. She was en route to the county courthouse to report “the results of more than 169,000 absentee ballots collected in the City of Milwaukee,” the Hill previously reported.

There’s more…
Reporters actually FILMED Milwaukee Election Commission Senior Executive Claire Woodall-Vogg feeding totals into a machine in the wee hours of the morning WITHOUT any election observers!

Woodall-Vogg purposely broke all protocol by transferring numbers to a flash drive at the Milwaukee center.

More from Wisconsin Right Now:

Three days after this story first ran, Woodall-Vogg wrote a letter to the Wisconsin Election Commission in which she explained her side of what happened. In the letter, she admitted that, when she got to Milwaukee County with the flash drives, she couldn’t find one of them. She says the flash drive was sitting in a tabulator machine, a senior staff member removed the flash drive and turned it over to a Milwaukee police officer who then delivered it to her 10 minutes later. She alleges that the incident did not alter the results of the election and that the District Attorney’s office conducted an investigation to establish chain of custody.

Calls and emails for comment were also made to Mayor Tom Barrett’s office, and the Milwaukee County Election Commission. There have been no responses at all. Our sources did not want to be named for fear of retaliation, although they are in a position to know the information they imparted; such is the urgency behind the scenes over the matter. One officer reported the incident to a supervisor out of concern, we were told.

Looks like this mid-level Democrat might spend some time out in jail

Unless Ms. Woodall-Vogg has some dirt on someone that can keep her out of the slammer, this video evidence looks damning enough. Hopefully this woman will see the inside of a jail cell nonetheless.

  1. ‘Smoking gun’ data reveals Google showed voting reminders only to liberals for days before election

The Western Journal reports how Google sent voting reminders exclusively to liberals as shown by a study.

One expert is now saying data shows that tech giant Google pushed liberal voters to vote in this month’s elections, but not conservatives.

Robert Epstein, a senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, presented his data in an interview with The Epoch Times.

Epstein released his data findings to members of Congress investigating the biases of Big Tech.

In a letter to Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Republican Sens. Mike Lee of Utah, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Ted Cruz of Texas noted that Epstein had informed Johnson about his research into potential bias.

“One of our most disturbing findings so far is that between Monday, October 26th (the day our system became fully operational) and Thursday, October 29th, only our liberal field agents received vote reminders on Google’s home page. Conservatives did not receive even a single vote reminder. This kind of targeting, if present nationwide, could shift millions of votes, in part because Google’s home page is seen 500 million times a day in the U.S.,” Epstein told Johnson at the time, according to the letter.

During his interview, Epstein noted, “I should also say — I think it’s relevant to this issue — that I was contacted by a pretty prominent Washington, D.C., attorney a few days ago who thinks I should go into hiding.”

He added that based on 733 of what he called “field agents” in three states, “We have indeed found evidence of bias.”

“We’ve also found what some people might want to call a ‘smoking gun.’ We found that during the week of Oct. 26 — that’s quite close to the election — only our liberal field agents were getting vote reminders on Google’s homepage. I deliberately began to go public with this information on Thursday, Oct. 29,” he said.

Epstein went on to say that two things happened next. First, he shared his data with the New York Post, which he said had a story ready to run. That story was later spiked.

“So think about that. That’s a fairly conservative news outlet. In effect, I got censored by this news outlet,” Epstein said.

“The other thing that happened was that targeted messaging on Google’s homepage disappeared. It was like someone flipped a light switch, and it just disappeared. So starting at midnight on Oct. 29, just days before the election, all of our field agents began to receive that vote reminder on Google’s homepage. That continued until the very end of Election Day on Nov. 3,” he added.

Epstein was asked about the possibility of an error on his part.

Tell me again how Google and Twitter act as impartial forums

Explain how they are not publishers.

Explain how they allow free speech when they block people, silence messages, and shadow ban organizations.

Explain how they are not organs of the Democrat party that should be made to declare their in-kind contributions to only one side of the conversation.

  1. Minneapolis considering bringing in more police to combat violent crime after officers quit during unrest

National Review reported that Minneapolis (one of the Democrat “defund the police” cities) has decided to hire police from surrounding towns due to the spiking violent crime in Minneapolis.

copsMinneapolis is reportedly considering bringing in supplemental police officers to assist the city’s police department as the city deals with an uptick in violent crime and a shortage of officers after a large number left during the unrest that gripped the city over the summer.

Officers from the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and Metro Transit Police would work with the Minneapolis Police Department to combat violent crime specifically if the proposal is approved by Mayor Jacob Frey and City Council, the Star Tribune reported Monday.

The mayor has indicated his support for the plan, which is projected to cost the city nearly $497,000.

The officers would be part of Joint Enforcement Teams with city police that would form by November 15 and remain in operation through the end of the year, according to the plan.

“We’re not gonna be having these people out taking bicycle theft reports. These are going to be people out combating crime issues,” John Elder, a spokesman for Minneapolis police, told the paper.

The proposed plan to call in additional officers comes as the city grapples with a surge in violence crime as well as a thinning police force after many officers left the department in the wake of the death of George Floyd and the unrest that followed, some officers filing PTSD claims. Floyd, a black man, died in police custody in Minneapolis after a white police officer knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes, including after Floyd passed out.

Violent crime is up in Minneapolis more than 20 percent compared to this time last year, according to Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo. The department is also bracing for about $12 million in cuts.

No, the city who shuts down its police funding, fires police, and promotes “feel good” Democrat measures should not get off this easy.

Minneapolis should be made to prove it has tried the “social worker” approach to stopping crime.

  1. AOC’s Post-election ‘Trump purge” is Cancel Culture on steroids

The Christian Broadcasting Network comments on the current actions by AOC in her efforts to blacklist Trump supporters.

The latest idea getting traction among the cancel culture in politics is a “Trump purge” of any and all Trump supporters in politics and government, presuming there will be an incoming Biden administration.

The Heritage Foundation‘s Jarret Stepman appeared on the Friday edition of CBN News’ Faith Nation to talk about how even though Joe Biden called for unity after the election, the Left has made it clear they want to punish anyone who has worked for President Trump or supported him in any way.

(See the video at Christian Broadcasting Network)

McCarthyism at one time was a bad thing used against the forces of communism

Now it seems that McCarthyism has found a home in the ranks of the Nuevo-Marxists (AOC and Michael B. Simon for two).

Even though people have deleted tweets and protected Twitter feeds, there are screen shots:

Michael B. Simon was an Obama employee (working for the campaign and then the Department of Health and Human Services).

Luckily, there are many who have determined that once something is on the Internet, it is hard to stamp it out.

These two (Emily Abrams & Hari Sevugan) from the Pete Buttigieg campaign wanted to get the word out about their lack of forgiveness:

  1. Massive proof of voter fraud

The Christian Broadcasting Network comments on the scope of voter fraud in play with this election.

An election training video in Detroit, Michigan made public by #DetroitLeaks shows that ballot counters were instructed to enter challenged ballots into vote tabulating machines in Wayne County. Normally challenged ballots would be set aside and not counted.

White House Press Secretary Kaleigh McEnany told Fox News’ Sean Hannity this week that the Trump campaign has 234 pages of sworn affidavits from witnesses alleging vote fraud.

“They are alleging. This is one county, Wayne County, Michigan. They are saying there was a batch of ballots where 60% had the same signature,” McEnany said. “They are saying that 35 ballots had no voter record but they were counted anyway. 50 ballots were run multiple times through a tabulation machine. One woman said her son was deceased but somehow voted.”

In Nevada, at least 10,000 non-residents were allowed to send in ballots for counting there.

And what about Pennsylvania and other states?

James O’Keefe and McCabe’s organization is known for many undercover videos. CBN News’ The Global Lane program has shown portions of them in the past. They received more than 12,000 tips about fraud this time — some from whistleblowers afraid to come forward.

O ‘Keefe posted a video from Erie, Pennsylvania postal worker whistleblower Richard Hopkins where he witnessed discussions about backdating postmarks on ballots.

“They were talking about the day before which was the 4th they had post-dated all but one of the ballots that were picked up as the 3rd, but they had one that they made a mistake and postmarked it the 4th,” Hopkins said.

Within two days, a federal postal investigator showed up to interrogate Hopkins. He said he was going to put him under stress to make his mind a bit clearer.

“This storm is getting crazy, right? It’s out of a lot of people’s control. and so the reason they called me in is to try to harness that storm. Reel it back in before it gets really crazy,” the investigator said. “We like to control our mind and when we do that, we can convince ourselves of a memory. I’m not scaring you, but I am scaring you.”

The Washington Post reported that after the federal interrogation, Hopkins recanted his story. But Hopkins released a video saying that is not true.

Also Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Project Veritas found destroyed ballots, and the director of elections there verified the authenticity of those ballots.

Back to Michigan, poll watchers in Detroit say thousands of mail-in ballots were counted from people who were not properly registered and at least 10,000 mail-in ballots were returned from dead people.

“We were issued a directive this morning to collect any ballots we find in mailboxes, collection boxes, just outgoing mail in general. Separate them at the end of the day so they could hand stamp them with the previous day’s date. Today is November 4th for clarification,” said a whistleblower at the Barlow Branch Post Office in Traverse City.

Democrats must be as crooked as can be

If Democrats are not as crooked as maintained, why are the following recordings like this:

Eight stories disproving myths about Democrats

  1. Liberals do not have compassion for the worker

American Airlines to begin furloughing 19,000 workers because Pelosi cannot agree to deal

Breitbart reports in a 30 September 2020 article that Pelosi’s dedication to bailing out liberal states outweighs any compassion for as many as 36,000 workers in the airline industry.

American Airlines said it will begin furloughing 19,000 workers after lawmakers and the White House can’t agree on a coronavirus relief deal.

The major airlines have held off on layoffs and mass furloughs under the terms of a $25 billion payroll support program Congress passed in March. The deal was aimed at helping the airlines cope with shutdowns, quarantines, and a crash in bookings, but at the time it was passed, lawmakers believed demand for air travel would recover in a few months.

The March legislation’s ban on cutting jobs expires October 1. Demand for air travel has recovered a bit since the depths of March and April, but passenger volume remains 70 percent below pre-pandemic levels.

Airline executives say they simply cannot avoid eliminating jobs and furloughing employees without a new round of relief from Congress.

American Airlines Chief Executive Doug Parker said in a letter to employees that he stood ready to reverse the furloughs if lawmakers reach a deal, according to Reuters.

Pelosi-MiddleEastPeaceA_DiversionU.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said on Fox News on Thursday that talks with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had made progress, but no deal has been reached. Democrats have resisted reaching a deal with Republicans, with some Democratic politicians and strategists worried that any deal to boost the economy might help Trump’s re-election efforts. Some liberal activists oppose any deals with the Trump administration under any circumstances.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called a proposed $2.2 trillion coronavirus relief  package from the Democrats “outlandish.”

President Trump has told Capitol Hill Republicans that he would prefer a bill that spent more than the earlier Republican proposal that was rejected by Democrats to no deal at all.

If this were only support for the workers, maybe then it would get more support in Congress

However, seeing that anti-American companies like American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Frontier Airlines (who are among a group of airlines who have harried air marshals over politically-correct issues) will be among the companies impinged, I worry about it. If these companies did not fly the BLM flag at their corporate headquarters while they push pc concepts, then maybe I might care.

Here’s an idea for them: since BLM has received billions in donations, maybe they can get a bailout from BLM.

  1. Liberals do not stick up for truth and the little guy

Rittenhouse lawyers demand Biden retract the claim he is a “White Supremacist”

Townhall reviews the demand by Kyle Rittenhouse’s lawyers that Joe Biden retract the comment made during the debate alleging that Kyle is a “White Supremacist.”

Lawyers for Kyle Rittenhouse, one of the alleged shooters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, are demanding Joe Biden’s Democratic presidential campaign retract their claim that the 17-year-old is a white supremacist in a tweet sent on Wednesday.

The Biden campaign tweeted a video overlaid with the question from Fox News anchor Chris Wallace to President Trump to disavow white supremacists. As the video played, it included a picture of Rittenhouse.

Rittenhouse’s lawyers tweeted that the Biden campaign needs to make a public retraction:

“There is absolutely no evidence, not even a pinch, of this defamatory accusation that my client Kyle Rittenhouse is a ‘white supremacist’ — none. My client is a 17-year-old patriotic, dutiful American boy who came to ‘help people,’ that’s in his own words. These words and his Good Samaritan actions are on videos being shared all over social media from that night in Kenosha,” said Marina Medvin, who is also a senior columnist for Townhall and is one of Rittenhouse’s criminal defense lawyers.

“There is no evidence of him being a ‘white supremacist.’ This dangerous storyline was concocted by online trolls and then parroted by mindless politicians and pundits. The flagrant defamation needs to stop. They can retract and apologize, or they can deal with Lin Wood in court. It’s their choice,” she continued. “As for the criminal charges, I am not going to address the issues of self-defense before trial. What I will say is this— there are countless lies being spread about Kyle Rittenhouse— lies about him crossing state lines into Wisconsin with a rifle and lies about him coming to Kenosha to shoot people — and these are absolutely false. The lies and propaganda need to stop.”

Rittenhouse is accused of shooting three people during the height of the riots in Kenosha. Videos compiled from that night, including video taken by Townhall, shows Rittenhouse running away from Joesph Rosenbaum before being cornered in a car parking lot. An eyewitness said Rittenhouse fired after Rosenbaum lunged for his rifle.

Prior to the first shooting, Rosenbaum was seen being aggressive towards the group of armed civilians who were out protecting businesses from rioters.

(Read the closing points at Townhall)

Has Biden been planning this?

Maybe this has been planned from the beginning by the Biden campaign, since the Miami Herald now reports that Rittenhouse’s attorneys have set in motion a lawsuit due to Biden including the claim in an advertisement. At first, it seemed like another stupid statement by brainless Joe, but now it seems to be a campaign in itself to defame Kyle Rittenhouse.

Maybe this is being done to distract the conservatives from the fact that a socialist White supremacist (Richard Spencer) has endorsed Joe Biden.

Or maybe this is supposed to get us to overlook the fact that entering opens up to the Biden fundraising page.

  1. Liberals are not the moral compass of America

Left-wing double standard: Biden good Catholic, Barrett bad Catholic

Breitbart comments in a 30 September 2020 article on Democrat hypocrisy of supporting Biden while condemning Barrett. Think of this: Biden has been a politician who has promoted the killing of babies up to and beyond 9 months of development in the womb. Add to that the other Democrat stances that go against Christian doctrine. Despite this, the press promotes him as a “faithful Catholic” (much as they want to make us think Pelosi is the same). Now consider Amy Barrett, who lives out her faith and is the mother of seven (including 1 handicapped and 2 Haitian girls). Because of her potential decisions that might impinge on abortion, the Democrats are staging another snit-fit lie session much like the concocted Kavanaugh lies by Christine Blasey-Ford.

Democrats, the media, and leftwing activists generally faun over former Vice President Joe Biden for his Catholic faith while claiming Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett’s Catholicism is a threat that must not infiltrate the institution.

This narrative continues even as people across the political spectrum have praised Barrett’s superior qualifications for joining the bench.

Tax-payer funded and anti-Trump National Public Radio (NPR) provides one example of the double standard about the right and the wrong kind of Catholic.

On September 20, NPR reported on Biden’s faith in an article titled, “How Joe Biden’s Faith Shapes His Politics”:

When Joe Biden seeks to inspire or comfort, he turns to his faith. He speeches are woven with references to God, biblical language, or the pope.

Biden, who carries a rosary in his pocket and attends Mass every Sunday, is known as a deeply devout person of faith, and his campaign sees electoral implications in that — in part because Biden has tried to frame this election as a clear moral contrast between Trump and himself.

Some Democrats would go so far as to say that Biden is running perhaps the most overtly devout Democratic presidential campaign since Jimmy Carter in 1976.

NPR did not report on the controversy Joe Biden’s pro-abortion stance has played in practicing his faith, including during the presidential primary when he was denied communion at a Catholic church in South Carolina.

Fast forward to September 29 after President Donald Trump announced Barrett as his nominee. NPR said her “Catholicism is controversial” in its report on her religious background and beliefs:

Not all Catholic justices think alike. Sonia Sotomayor and Clarence Thomas, both Catholic, are ideological opposites. A strict adherence to Catholic teaching may lead a justice in contrasting directions, from opposing abortion and same sex marriage, to advocating for immigrants and expanded health care, or to opposing the death penalty.

If Amy Coney Barrett’s religious beliefs were to be raised during her confirmation hearings, it would presumably be because her Catholic faith appears to be of unusual intensity and character.

The possible impact of Barrett’s Catholicism on her jurisprudence has continued to be a subject of speculation in part because of her reported membership in a conservative Catholic “covenant” community known as People of Praise. The organization, which also includes some non-Catholics, holds to highly traditional social views and has been subject to critical reviews in progressive circles.

After pointing out that Democrats attacked Barrett about her faith three years ago when she was up for confirmation to the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, McGurn cited the upcoming confirmation hearings:

This time the religion-based attacks have largely zeroed in on People of Praise, a charismatic Christian community to which Judge Barrett and her husband belong. Because it holds traditional views of marriage and family, the idea is that anyone who belongs, especially a woman, must be willfully backward and perhaps a little creepy. Newsweek even ran a story claiming — falsely — that People of Praise was the inspiration for Margaret Atwood’s “The Handmaid’s Tale.”

You might think that Judge Barrett’s extraordinary life — as a distinguished law professor, as a highly regarded appellate judge, and as a woman who will become the first Supreme Court mom with school-age children — might occasion a rethink of prejudices against religious moms with large families. Or about Jesse Barrett, the very model of a husband who supports his wife in her chosen career.

Instead, this accomplished professional is painted as a helpless female living in her own little Gilead. If the Democrats and their allies keep it up, these attacks will undo all the work Mr. Biden has undertaken to persuade the American voter his campaign is friendly to religion and committed to restoring decency to our civic life.

McGurn concluded by saying that Biden should be pressed on whether he’ll insist the same standard used to measure his religiosity should also be applied to Barrett.

As far as I am concerned, I got sick of the double standard years ago with Justice Clarence Thomas

However, I also got a refresher course during the Trump-Wallace debate (where Wallace interrupted President Trump five times more often than he interrupted Biden.

You know, maybe President Trump did interrupt. Listen to the recordings of the debate. Both Biden and Trump interrupted one another. However, there was only one who referred to the other as a “clown.”

Back during the Obama administration, a member of Congress shouted out “You lie” in response to a portion of Barack’s lying claims during that year’s State of the Union Address. In response, the Democrat press came unglued (claiming that the proclamation was nothing but disrespectful). Now, the press wants to focus on the Proud Boys, who it calls a White Supremacist group despite the many photographs of members showing Black, Hispanic, and Asian members. Why doesn’t the press focus on the former Senator and Vice President who has not shown respect for the office? Why do they want to allege a racist connection between President Trump and the Proud Boys when there is a known connection between Joe Biden and Robert Byrd and Strom Thurmond (two members of the KKK)? Why not mention the endorsement by the White Supremacist Socialist?

  1. Liberals do not learn from their mistakes

Liberals used the nuclear option, made an election-year Supreme Court nomination, complained when Republicans did the same, and now threaten to add states, kill the filibuster, and pack the Supreme Court if they win the Presidency and Senate

Breitbart quotes Chuck Schumer as he fantasizes over burying Republicans by adding Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as states and packing the Supreme Court.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said that he would “love to” make D.C. and Puerto Rico states and addressed the prospect of ending the filibuster if Democrats take the Senate by stating, “I’m not busting my chops to become majority leader to do very little or nothing. We are going to get a whole lot done. And as I’ve said, everything, everything is on the table.”

Schumer said that Senate Democrats are “using all the tactics we can” to slow down Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court confirmation.

Democrats have already been stabbed on their own knife twice. They are trying for times 3, 4, 5, and 6

After getting stabbed with their own metaphorical knife twice during a knife fight with Republicans, one would think that Democrats would stop providing the means of their own destruction. But if they bring in Puerto Rico and D.C., then Texas could break up into West Texas, South Texas, North Texas, and East Texas. With the same number of House members but four times the Senators, it could make things interesting.

As I understand it, though, D.C. cannot become a state without an amendment to the Constitution.

  1. The Democrat press has doubled down on lying

AP issues guidance for reporters to lie about left-wing violence

Townhall comments on the changes within the Associated Press that should stop our reading of their articles for true information.

We have come to expect that (since the press has reported more negatively on Trump from the beginning)

On 17 August 2020, Fox News reported that the press reported negatively on President Trump 150 times more often than they did with Biden.

Of course, this goes back as least as far as early 2017 (when Pew found Trump gathered 82% more negative coverage than other presidents).

Still, it does not make it any more acceptable to lie.

Forty Minneapolis restaurants ask mayor for help due to fear that perception of lawlessness has impacted businesses

The Daily Caller reports in a 30 September 2020 article that restaurateurs have gone to the mayor of Minneapolis due to the lawlessness of the city.

Forty Minneapolis restaurants asked Democratic Mayor Jacob Frey to prioritize public safety downtown amid concerns that crime in the city could threaten the viability of businesses, CBS Minnesota reported.

The letter urges Frey to create a plan of action to make public safety a priority in order to drive business in the area. Tanya Spaulding, who lives and works in downtown Minneapolis and is representing the restaurants in the letter, says the city is at a turning point and business owners need city leadership to focus on combating crime, according to CBS Minnesota.

“We want them to address that there is an issue in downtown that needs to be fixed now, before downtown Minneapolis goes in the wrong direction for good,” Spaulding said. “What is the plan of action? We want zero tolerance for the crime, for the harassment, for the assaults, for the theft. and we want the greater community to know it is not lawless. There is law here.”

Violence surged in Minneapolis in the weeks following the death of George Floyd.

Floyd died after a Minneapolis Police officer knelt on his neck for nearly 9 minutes May 25. The crime surge came as the Minneapolis City Council voted unanimously to dismantle the city’s police department and switch to a “community-based” public safety system.

Maybe I could remind you of who has garnered the support of police

Let me remind you of the stories from July (when the riots had only been going on for months) where Trump received endorsements from Florida, New York, and nation-wide. Conversely, police groups stood against the Biden campaign.

  1. Democrat talking points for the past 3 years cannot be trusted

DNI letter proves Obama, Clinton approved Russia hoax

One America News Network reports that a DNI letter outlines how Obama was briefed on how Clinton

The Director of National Intelligence declassified documents detailing former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s alleged roles in making false ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.

On Tuesday, John Ratcliffe issued a statement saying he will release handwritten notes of Obama’s meetings with then-CIA chief John Brennan back in 2016 at the request of Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

The notes allege 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Clinton approved plans for her campaign to pin the hacking of the DNC on the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. Further, the document claims the FBI briefed then-President Obama shortly after Clinton’s approval of the plan.

Meanwhile, some reports are saying the declassified information is unverified Russian disinformation. However, Ratcliffe released a follow up statement responding to those claims saying the Intelligence Community has not assessed it as being false.

This all comes amid longstanding concerns the Obama-era Intelligence Community may have had a left-wing anti-Trump bias. Former FBI Director James Comey is scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday about operation Crossfire Hurricane.

Graham has said that hearing will focus on whether there was preferential treatment when it came to alleged corruption in the Clinton campaign compared to allegations against the Trump campaign.

In the least, someone print a copy of this to hang around Obama’s neck every time he enters public life

This really should be his scarlet letter.

  1. For a Democrat, his word is not his bond

Biden keeps flipping on the central issue of energy

The Daily Caller points out how Biden has flipped repeatedly on the central issue of energy.

The fact Joe Biden is trying to rebrand himself as an environmental moderate proves one thing: he really thinks we’re stupid.

During the first presidential debate, Biden told the world he suddenly doesn’t support the radical Green New Deal. However, his fake run to the center is no surprise to those who have followed his fumbling green flip-flops over the last year or even the last month.

In the very last Democratic debate, Biden quickly agreed with Bernie Sanders in saying he wants to ban all new fracking in the United States. Then, just a few short months later, Biden had to face the very energy workers who use fracking to deliver power to our country, where he flipped and said he’s now against a full fracking ban.

The message is simple: No matter if you’re an oil worker from rural America or a socialist congresswoman from New York, Joe Biden needs you to believe he agrees with you about everything.

To be fair, Joe Biden is consistent in his support for fracking under very special circumstances. First, the fracking has to take place in Ukraine. Second, the company doing the fracking has to be delivering his son a paycheck. However, if you’re an energy worker in the United States and you’re not related to Joe Biden, your job is on the chopping block.

After Tuesday’s debate it’s going to be hard for Joe Biden to explain how he is against the Green New Deal even though his running mate sponsored the bill in the Senate. Biden would have us believe he either didn’t know Senator Harris is a major supporter of extreme environmentalism, or that we’re too stupid to figure it out.

The worst part of Biden’s green shell game is what his plan would actually mean for America. On Tuesday night, Biden wanted us all to know he has a different plan than the Green New Deal, but it’s clear he didn’t expect anyone outside of a supportive Chris Wallace to read it.

Spoiler: under the Biden “please don’t call it the Green New Deal” plan, Americans will have to buy a new electric vehicle in the near future while watching their power bill skyrocket. The plan is so extreme, even Biden’s strongest supporters want no part of it.

In energy-rich New Mexico, the Democratic congresswoman who said she will vote for Biden said the plan he supports is “out of touch with the reality on the ground.” The state’s governor, who Biden appointed to lead his transition team, has floated the idea of seeking a waiver from the Biden plan if he’s elected. Keep in mind, those are Biden’s supporters.

I wouldn’t call his supporters stupid, but I might call them crazy

I would call his supporters crazy because they are gambling on this man being true to them while betraying the rest of those to whom he made promises. They may gamble right, but soon, they will not.
