Affidavits on voter fraud and ballot tampering in Georgia
National File reports in a 21 November 2020 article that three counties have sworn evidence of ballot tampering and voter fraud.
In the most critical recount taking place – and not just for the presidential election, officials and observers in recount centers across Georgia are swearing out affidavits about the abnormalities and instances of improper procedures in the recount of the 2020 General Election ballots.
Observers and recount officials in Fulton, DeKalb, and Cobb Counties to include an election official auditor, an election recount monitor, a credentialed statewide poll watcher, and several recount observers, raised red-flags of vote fraud and ballot tampering in sworn affidavits – documents that hold them to penalties of perjury, and filed as exhibits in the Georgia lawsuit brought by attorney L. Lin Wood Jr.
One Fulton County poll manager, with 20-years of experience in that role, said she saw ballot boxes sealed with packing tape and adorned with unsigned Secretary of State seals. She stated there was no way to discern from where the ballots originated.
The poll manager also pointed out that many of the ballots appeared to be “pristine” or unhandled and that several batches had markings for the candidates that were “unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device.” She noted that 98 percent of those ballots were for Biden.
At the end of her affidavit she stated that she was convinced beyond all doubt that, “additional absentee ballots had been added in a fraudulent manner.”
Another observer, this time at the Cobb County Poll Precinct and who identified herself as a Democrat, noted how she saw poll workers counting the ballots in silence and not verifying the names aloud. This constituted improper ballot handling.
She also described unusual sets of ballots as the poll manager in Fulton County had described.
In sworn testimony, the observer said, “hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, with no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made (all within the circle), only observed sections in black ink, and all happened to be selections for Biden.”
The observer continued to testify that “signatures were not being verified” and there “were no corresponding envelopes seen in site.” She concluded her sworn statement, “I believe there was fraud committed in the presidential election and question the validity of the Georgia recount process.”

Lin Wood: Affidavits Can Expose Massive Georgia Vote Fraud
The Tennessee Star likewise reports that cases of ballot fraud have been occurring in Georgia.
Ahead of the emergency hearing, famed attorney Lin Wood shared affidavits indicating a massive, layered orchestration of voter fraud. At the time of publication, Wood attached 17 affidavits.
One of the key affidavits came from a purported aid of former Venezuela dictator Hugo Chavez.
The redacted filing tells the story of an ex-military, ex-security guard for Chavez who witnessed how the dictator “creat[ed] and operat[ed]” a “sophisticated electronic voting system that permitted the leaders of the Venezuelan government to manipulate the tabulation of votes.” The witness stated that they were involved directly in the creation of Smartmatic – a voting software that the witness claimed is a direct ancestor of Dominion Voting Systems.
“I want to alert the public and let the world know the truth about the corruption, manipulation, and lies being committed by a conspiracy of people and companies intent upon betraying the honest people of the United States and their legally constituted institutions and fundamental rights as citizens. This conspiracy began more than a decade ago in Venezuela and had spread to countries all over the world. It is a conspiracy to wrongfully gain and keep power and wealth. It involves political leaders, powerful companies, and other persons whose purpose is to gain and keep power by changing the free will of the people and subverting the proper course of governing.”
Multiple workers’ affidavits reported that they received absentee ballot boxes without any markings to indicate where they come from or who handled them.
One witness reported that several batches of ballots were in “pristine” condition, and had an entirely different texture and feel to them.
“Most of the ballots had already been handled; they had been written on by people, and the edges were worn. They showed obvious use. However, one batch stood out. It was pristine. There was a difference in texture of the paper – it was [as] if they were intended for absentee use but had not been used for that purposes. There was a difference in the feel. These different ballots included a slight depressed pre-fold so they could be easily folded and unfolded for use in the scanning machines. There were no markings on the ballots to show where they had come from, or where they had been processed. These stood out. In my 20 years’ of experience in handling ballots, I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device. By my estimate in observing these ballots, approximately 98 percent constituted votes for Joseph Biden. I only observed two of these ballots as votes for President Donald J. Trump.”
Several other counters submitted affidavits as well. They offered similar testimonies: that the recount was disorganized, and that there were pristine ballots that looked as though they were filled out by machines.
One affidavit from a monitor reported that the hand recount was chaotic. She reported witnessing inconsistent counting methods, incorrectly tallied piles of ballots, counters forgetting the numbers of ballots each candidate received but putting numbers down regardless, absence of independent verification or monitors when inputting the numbers from batch sheets, ballots left unattended while workers left to eat. She reported that there was no way of seeing if the correct candidate was being put in the correct pile, because they were doing a verbal count.
“There had been no meaningful way to review or audit any activity,” the witness stated.
Another monitor’s affidavit concurred: it wasn’t possible to determine if the count was accurate and proper. That witness was prohibited from observing the count because, as she was told, there were too many volunteers on the floor. However, the witness testified that there were few observers walking around the counters.
Other affidavits came from data experts who affirmed that there were statistical irregularities with the reported votes.

Although Democrats and Never-Trumpers want us to Move On
At a minimum, this can wait at least as long as we waited for Gore to finish his “hanging chads.” If need be, we can wait as long as it took to seat President Rutherford B. Hayes (where the election of 1876 did not finish counting the electors until March 1877).

Votes seem to have been flipped in Texas. The first page of an affidavit explains why.
To start with, in a demonstration of the results of hacking a DVS machine, TrumanBlack suggested that 14,954 votes were switched from Trump to Biden in Texas and 30,557 votes were lost.
To explain this, sworn written testimony by a cyber security analyst indicates that (even though Texas dodged the bullet of the Dominion Voting Systems) Texas did not realize that it had purchased the coding cousin of DMS (ES&S — which, like DMS, can trace its roots back to Diebold voting systems).
Since both DMS and ES&S are based on the same kernel of coding, they can be hacked in many of the same ways.
Affidavit pages 2-4 explain why Michigan and other states went from Trump to Biden
By looking at issues like unprotected logs, red flags noted by programmers, red flags thrown up by issues with tabulation batches, and red flags created by statistical anomalies of astronomical proportion — we can expect to see a number of voting anomalies rise out of the fiasco in Michigan.
