In the matter of the three weeks after Joe faked a move to close the border with an executive order, what has happened?

On 4 June 2024, Joe Biden issued a sham executive order that he undermined by way of at least one memo (if not two).

The Associated Press reported on Biden’s sham executive order as if he would allow it to do anything (even with the out-in-the-open provision of not kicking in until at least 4,000 illegals per day had crossed).

President Joe Biden on Tuesday unveiled a halt to asylum processing at the U.S. border with Mexico when illegal entries reach a threshold that he deems excessive.

The measure takes effect immediately because the new policy is triggered when arrests for illegal entry reach 2,500. About 4,000 people already are entering the U.S. each day. It was a major policy shift on a critical election-year issue that’s exposed Biden to Republican criticism over an unprecedented surge in new arrivals in an election year.

THE MEASURE

Advocates say it will put migrants in danger and violate international obligations to provide safe haven to people whose lives are threatened. The Biden administration denies that.

Legal challenges are imminent.

There are also serious questions of whether the new measure can stop large-scale migrant entries. Mexico has agreed to take back migrants who are not Mexican, but only in limited numbers. And the Biden administration doesn’t have the money and diplomatic support it needs to deport migrants long distances, to China and countries in Africa, for example.

Those who claim asylum today are generally free to live and work in the United States while their claims slowly wind through overwhelmed immigration courts.

The problem with this slight of hand is that Biden sent at least two memos telling his CBP to release illegals into the interior

As discussed in previous posts, there was first a memo to Southern California border patrol agents telling them to release illegals into the interior despite Biden’s ban. Next came a memo telling border agents to release all illegals (except for those originating in six former soviet republics).

So this is how it is with Joe: shut down the border (except for the first 4,000 and except for all that come in and you release into the interior). As long as the press will not report it, the American people will not vote on it.

Two Venezuelan illegal aliens have been arrested in strangulation of 12-year-old Houston girl whose body was found in a bayou.

Microsoft Network picks up the story of how two Venezuelan illegal aliens (who MSN just calls “men”) strangled a 12-year-old girl and threw her body into a bayou.

Two men who were seen on surveillance footage with a 12-year-old girl before her body was found in a Houston creek earlier this week were arrested Thursday in her death, police said.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, each face a charge of capital murder in the killing of Jocelyn Nungaray, police said. The medical examiner has determined that her cause of death was strangulation.

It was unclear if the two suspects had attorneys yet to speak on their behalf. Their names were not listed in jail or court records as of Thursday afternoon.

Jocelyn’s body was found in the shallow water of a creek early Monday morning. Police have said that she sneaked out of her nearby home the night before.

Police said that surveillance footage showed the men meeting up with Jocelyn before walking to a convenience store with her.

The three then walked to the bridge together where Jocelyn was killed, police said. It was not known yet if Jocelyn knew the men, who were roommates, police said.

Funny thing is that, on the morning that the two illegals were to appear in catch-and-release Judge Josh Hill’s court, the Houston Chronicle led with an article on Lina Hidalgo offering salsa lessons as part of a fund raiser.

On the day after this girl’s killers were identified through the use of surveillence cameras, MSN distributes the above article taken from a paper situated over 1,000 miles from Houston. Additionally, a review of Houston’s “paper of record” does not reveal any article within the first section on this murder. Likewise, a search of their site yeilded no articles on the murder of Jocelyn Nungaray. Instead, the Chronicle has an article on Judge Lina Hidalgo and how she is offering salsa lessons as part of a fund raiser.   Never mind that three of Lina Hidalgo’s staff are under indictment. Never mind the corruption that has been discovered around Houston (in the water works department, in programs to aid the poor, and elsewhere) as the Turner administration exits.

Never mind the murder of a 12-year-old girl at the hands of two Venezuelan illegal aliens who should not have been here in the first place.

Still, with their case being heard in the court of catch-and-release Judge Josh Hill, what will it matter? Just as Biden’s porous borders let these thugs in, Democrat Judge Hill’s turnstyle courts will likewise release them into the communities that keep voting Biden and Hill into office.

This shows how the media has downplayed Biden’s border crisis.

In another instance, when Georgia nursing student Laken Riley was killed by a Venezuelan illegal alien in February, media outlets purposely left out the fact the man had entered the U.S. illegally.

Several outlets such as CBS News and CNN, didn’t mention that he was an illegal immigrant until several paragraphs down the article.

The media has not only ignored Biden’s border crisis, but it has tried to deceive Americans into believing it’s a lie being peddled by Republicans.

However, since Biden took office, more than 17 million illegal immigrants have entered the U.S.

Courtroom gasps after illegal alien apparently admits he filmed himself raping 13-year-old in NYC park

The Blaze documents how an illegal alien has admitted to recording himself raping a 13-year-old girl in New York’s bastion of liberalism and lawlessness.

People gathered in a New York City courtroom audibly gasped while listening to prosecutors read a transcript that apparently showed a suspect admit to police that he filmed himself raping a 13-year-old girl, the New York Post has reported.

Last Thursday afternoon, Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, a 25-year-old Ecuadorian national who entered the U.S. illegally in June 2021, reportedly came upon two 13-year-olds, a girl and a boy, hanging out together at Kissena Park in Queens. Inga-Landi then allegedly drew a “large machete-style knife” and forced the teens to a remote, wooded area of the park, where he allegedly bound the victims together and raped the young girl, as Blaze News previously reported.

Five days later, Inga-Landi was apprehended in a citizens’ arrest and then handed over to police. Not only did Inga-Landi match images of the suspect shared by law enforcement, but he also has braces and a boar tattoo across his chest, as the victims had described.

Inga-Landi has now been charged with 11 total counts, the vast majority of which are felonies. His charges include rape, predatory sexual assault, robbery, and kidnapping.

On Wednesday, he appeared in court for arraignment, his face still marked with scratches. Prosecutors did not have to do much to convince Judge Joanne Watters to deny him bail.

All they had to do was read the transcript of a video of Inga-Landi speaking with investigators. The details of the transcript included in the Post’s report are bone-chilling.

During their conversation, Inga-Landi not only admitted to police that he committed the crime, but he also bragged that he filmed it, the transcript showed. “I was nervous at first, then got comfortable and recorded it,” he apparently said on video, an admission that prompted “sighs from the audience,” according to the Post.

Despite the insistence of Joe Biden, this illegal alien did not need to be here to rape this girl.

Despite the blathering of the demented old guy, we don’t need more criminals. We don’t need more rapists. We don’t need to indiscriminately open our borders to the whole world in order to ensure one party or the other maintains a lock on their power.

Rather, we need to vet those who come in and equally apply the law to all of us who operate under the law.

According to a sheriff, Biden’s open border “allowed” an illegal alien to kill mom of five.

Fox News tells us about the murder of Maryland mother-of-five Rachel Morin at the hands of an illegal alien from El Salvador.

A Maryland sheriff has ripped America’s open southern border after an illegal immigrant – who was already wanted for the slaying of a woman in his native El Salvador – was arrested Friday and charged with the rape and murder of Rachel Morin, a mother of five who was killed while on a hiking trail last year.

Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler of Harford County said illegal immigrant Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, 23, should not have been in the country in the first place to carry out the horrific crime.

He was nabbed “casually sitting” at a bar Friday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma with investigators saying a police tip and DNA evidence allowed them to crack the case and track him down.

“He killed a woman in El Salvador and that’s why he fled there, to come here through our open border,” Gahler told “America’s Newsroom” Monday.

“He tried to come in legally and he was turned away. And yeah, that didn’t deter him because we have such a porous border and he came right through… and this is the result.”

Morin’s naked and beaten body was found in a culvert on Aug. 6 after the 37-year-old had gone missing the day before while out on the Ma and Pa Trail in Bel Air, a quiet and typically safe town about 28 miles northeast of Baltimore.

Gahler said that Martinez Hernandez was free to roam all over the U.S. having entered the country illegally in February 2023, about a month after he was wanted in El Salvador for homicide. Police linked Martinez Hernandez’s DNA to a March home invasion in Los Angeles where a mother and her 9-year-old daughter were assaulted. 

“To my citizens here in Harford County, to every citizen in this country, this is a public safety crisis and one that we can so easily fix by really coming up with a workable immigration policy for our country. It’s just insane that we would allow things like Rachel’s murder to happen, and when I say ‘allow it,’ we allowed it by letting him into this country unchallenged.”

“That shouldn’t happen to families in our country. This is preventable.”

Since Dementia Joe has allowed his Solicitor General, Elizabeth Prelogar, to meet with those prosecuting President Trump — hopefully there will be meetings that will result in the prosecution of Joe for these deaths.

I have always heard that turn about is fair play. When it comes to Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and other criminals, I hope that this can be put into practice.
