Are these fifteen stories the last of Biden?

The unmasking section

  1. Biden’s name on list of those who wanted Flynn ‘unmasked’

OneNewsNow points out through a 13 May 2020 article how Biden’s name was on a list of those who ordered the unmasking of Flynn.

BrennanBidenComeyFormer Vice President Joe Biden, then-FBI Director James Comey and intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper are among those on a list of names who requested to “unmask” the identity of Michael Flynn during the presidential transition period in January 2017.

The list was declassified in recent days by Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell.

As Fox News has reported, Grenell made the decision to declassify information about Obama administration officials who were involved in the “unmasking” of former national security adviser General Michael Flynn — whose calls with the former Russian ambassador during the presidential transition were picked up in surveillance and later leaked.

The document appears to contradict what Biden told ABC News just a few days ago. During the interview, he said he knew “nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn,” and called the topic a “diversion” from the coronavirus pandemic.

But when pressed on that response, Biden had a different answer.

“I thought you asked me whether or not I had anything to do with him being prosecuted. I’m sorry,” he told the interviewer. “I was aware that there was—that they asked for an investigation, but that’s all I know about it, and I don’t think anything else.”

(Look back at OneNewsNow for developments)

I sincerely doubt that Biden was not involved in the investigation of Flynn

If Biden was not involved in the investigation and unlawful prosecution of Flynn, then he is an easily manipulated tool that allows his name to be placed on documents without thinking of the repercussions of making such allowances.

Still, in answer to the question posed at the top of this post (Are these stories the end of Biden?), the answer is no. Being a Democrat means never being accountable (or, said in terms of Love Story, being a Democrat means never having to say you are sorry).

  1. Joe Biden admits he was aware ‘they’ asked for investigation of Flynn

Breitbart reports that Biden admitted being aware that “others” were investigating General Flynn.

Former Vice President Joe Biden admitted Tuesday morning that he had known about efforts to investigate incoming National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in January 2017 — after initially claiming that he did not know about it.

Biden, appearing on ABC’s Good Morning America, was asked by host George Stephanopoulos whether he had known about the investigation, and what was discussed at a crucial Jan. 5, 2017 meeting with President Barack Obama in the Oval Office. (Biden had been at that meeting, along with then-FBI Director James Comey and intelligence and law enforcement officials.)

The former Vice President sighed audibly as Stephanopoulos quoted President Donald Trump claiming that the Flynn investigation was “the biggest political crime in U.S. history.” Stephanopoulos also quoted Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) asking, “What did Obama and Biden know, when did they know it.”

“So what did you know about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn and was there anything improper done?” Stephanolpoulos asked.

“I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn,” Biden said, before accusing Trump of using the issue as a “diversion” from the coronavirus crisis.

Stephanopoulos followed up: “I do want to press that. You say you didn’t know anything about it, but you were reported to be at a January 5th, 2017, meeting where you and the president were briefed on the FBI’s plan to question Michael Flynn over those conversations he had with the Russian ambassador, [Sergey] Kislyak.”

That seemed to refresh Biden’s memory.

“No, I thought you asked me whether or not I had anything to do with him being prosecuted,” Biden said. “I’m sorry. I was aware that there was — that they had asked for an investigation. But that’s all I know about it and I don’t think anything else.”

My best bet says that “they” might be named “Obama”

Since conspiracies are best contained when the number of conspirators is limited, the actions against President Trump (considering that the charges against Flynn and the first allegations of a Russian conspiracy came after Trump was elected) were likely initially limited to former President Obama.

The sexual assault section

  1. Biden caves and pens letter to Senate asking for records on Tara Reade

Townhall discusses how Biden caved and wrote a letter asking the Senate for records on Tara Reade.

BidenAfter directly addressing Tara Reade’s allegations of sexual misconduct against him this morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, former Vice President Joe Biden penned a letter to the Secretary of the Senate requesting that documents related to his 36 year tenure in the upper chamber be released. Biden has received criticism for keeping documents under lock and key at the University of Delaware, but it appears that Biden and his advisors believe that any record relating to Reade’s claim would be under jurisdiction of the Senate, after mistakenly claiming that the National Archives would be home to the documents:

“We had understood that the Senate stores records from this office, and from this period, in the National Archives. The Archives now states that the records would have remained under the control of the Senate… I request that you take or direct whatever action necessary to establish the location of the records of this Office, and once they have been located, to direct a search for the alleged complaint and to make public the results of this search…”

This request from the former vice president represents a 180-degree spin from the same candidates’ rhetoric surrounding these allegations during Friday morning’s appearance on MSNBC. Biden claimed complete innocence of Reade’s claims, and insisted that his hidden Senate records contain no relevant information:

In addition to all of this flipping and some of the obvious lies, there are other Biden brain farts

With Biden’s ramblings about “tough” named “Corn Pop,” his pontificating over how children were fascinated with the blond hair on his legs, his rant to the college student he branded a “lying, dog-faced pony soldier,” or the times he just loses his words, you would think the people who came unglued about Trump’s trip-ups would have second thoughts. But, all of Biden’s faults are overcome by a need to succumb to Trump Derangement Syndrome.

  1. National Archives Administration refutes Joe Biden: Tara Reade’s alleged complaint wouldn’t go to our records

Breitbart shows us that the National Archives Administration came to refute Biden.

The National Archives and Records Administration on Friday disputed former Vice President Joe Biden’s claim that the record of a sexual harassment complaint allegedly made by former staffer Tara Reade would be in its possession.

Biden, who faces growing pressure on the topic from both allies and the media, told MSNBC’s Morning Joe that there was no truth to claims he either harassed or sexually assaulted Reade while she worked for his Senate office in the early 1990s.

“No, it is not true,” Biden told the show hosts. “I’m saying unequivocally it never, never happened and it didn’t. It never happened.”

The MSNBC appearance marked the first time that Biden has addressed the accusations directly since Reade reemerged last month.

Reade, who worked for Biden’s congressional office between 1992 and 1993, had initially come forward last April to accuse the former vice president of touching. At the time, she told a local California news outlet that she had filed a complaint noting the misconduct with the Senate’s personnel office when it purportedly occurred. In March, however, she claimed there was more to the story, asserting that Biden had pushed her up against a wall, forcibly kissed her, and digitally penetrated her sometime in 1993.

Reade’s accusation of sexual assault has been difficult to corroborate given, that nearly 30 years have passed since the supposed incident. As such, Reade has sought to make public the sexual harassment complaint she allegedly filed in 1993, especially as former Biden staffers claim no such document exists. Reade, for her part, has contended that not only does the complaint exist, but it is likely within the thousands of Senate documents the former vice president donated to the University of Delaware in 2011. Investigative reporter Rich McHugh, Ronan Farrow’s partner on his Harvey Weinstein exposé, says the Biden Papers are likely to contain such a complaint if it exists.

In recent days, pressure has mounted from both progressives and the media for Biden to make those papers public. Most notably, the calls grew on Thursday after it became known that Biden’s campaign staff had accessed the papers for some unknown purpose since he jumped into the 2020 race.

On Friday, in a lengthy statement released ahead of his MSNBC appearance, the former vice president insisted his Senate papers did not hold the key to Reade’s allegation.

“There is a clear, critical part of this story that can be verified. The former staffer has said she filed a complaint back in 1993. But she does not have a record of this alleged complaint,” the statement reads. “The papers from my Senate years that I donated to the University of Delaware do not contain personnel files.”

Biden asserted that it was the “practice of Senators to establish a library of personal papers that document their public record,” including speeches, policy proposals, and legislative text, the former vice president claimed personnel files would not be among the trove of documents.

“There is only one place a complaint of this kind could be — the National Archives,” Biden said, adding that “the National Archives is where the records are kept” from the Senate Office of Fair Employment Practices, where Reade would have filed her complaint to while working on his staff.

“I am requesting that the secretary of the Senate ask the Archives to identify any record of the complaint she alleges she filed and make available to the press any such document,” the former vice president said. “If there was ever any such complaint, the record will be there.”

The National Archives did not respond to requests from Breitbart News before press time. The organization, however, did inform Business Insider that it does not possess records from the Senate Fair Employment Practices offices. Instead, those records are governed by rules crafted by the Senate, which state that they cannot be made public until 50 years after a complaint has been made in order to ensure the privacy of individuals impacted.

(Read more at Breitbart)

Why would anyone think that the National Archives hold scandalous information on a sitting senator?

When the Vice President’s papers are held at the University of Delaware, that would be the place to search (not the National Archives). Of course, Biden and his people likely know that the University of Delaware would be the place where such records would be kept (since those reportedly were scrubbed).

  1. PBS Uncovers More Alleged Victims of Joe Biden’s Unwanted Touching

Breitbart provides a glimpse at how even über-left PBS has found additional victims of Biden’s unwanted touching.

The far-left PBS NewHour interviewed 74 former Joe Biden staffers and uncovered even more women who claim to be victims of the former vice president’s unwanted and inappropriate touching.

These alleged victims are in addition to Biden’s eight accusers and the female Secret Service agents who say Biden exposed himself to them (without their consent) while swimming in the nude almost daily.

To the surprise of no one, however, even with these bombshell revelations, PBS still tries to exonerate Biden and attack Tara Reade — who has credibly accused Biden of a 1993 sexual assault — as a liar.

PBS glosses over its own bombshell findings of further misconduct by Biden, and does so by way of an over-written, exhausting 3,500-word piece of “BenSmithing.” So what you have here is the taxpayer-funded welfare queens at PBS using new evidence of unwanted and inappropriate touching to smear an alleged assault victim who has seven pieces of corroborating evidence.

(Read about PBS’s victim shaming or the evidence at Breitbart)

Considering the continual membership drives & the $25 Million for PBS in Pelosi’s first coronavirus bill, why torture us with victim shaming?

Is it really so important to PBS that Biden win that they have to exalt him even when they know he has attacked women and children? Do they feel that victims really need to be shamed for the good of the nation?

If they do believe either of these propositions, their liberalism isn’t a belief in liberal values. It is personality worship on the left and probably nothing more than a continuation of the cult of Obama.

  1. Biden says he doesn’t know Tara Reade

Lifezette repeats Biden’s claim that he doesn’t know Tara Reade.

Joe Biden is in trouble over the Tara Reade rape charges and the liberal mainstream media is serving as his publicity agent in trying to ignore the charges. Biden’s story has changed repeatedly from “I remember, It didn’t happen” to “I remember her, it was a misunderstanding” to now “I have no recollection of this person…Miss Reade…I did not have sex…or otherwise…with…never heard of…Miss Reade.” Granted, we may have taken liberties with the preceding quote.

Biden is facing a Democrat base and pros who are not happy with his performance so far as a de facto nominee and in answering these charges. So much so that many questions are floating around DC as to whether he will ever actually get the nomination. Pros wonder will somebody else make the case that he is too weak against Trump and snatch the prize from him?

His situation has become harder, as several people have come forth to confirm that Reade told them of the alleged sexual attack immediately after the event. These people, as opposed to associates and semi-witnesses during the Kavanaugh hearings, are not party activists and functionaries working for the Democrats. They are not political at all, but only average citizens trying to do their duty and tell the truth.

However, the truth is not something the press is interested in. Here is their attempt to cover it up for Joe Biden:

“Do you remember Tara Reade who worked there for about a year in 1992-1993?” MSNBC host Laurence O’Donnell asked Biden on Wednesday.

“Well, to be honest with you, I don’t,” Biden responded. “But let me get something clear, when a woman makes a claim that she has been harassed or abused, and this claim has changed… she should be taken seriously. She should come forward, share her story, she should be taken seriously and it should be thoroughly vetted. And in every case, what matters is the truth. The truth is what matters. And the truth of the case is nothing like this ever, ever happened… I give you my word. It never, ever happened.”

Ah, I see, his word is good enough. Funny, the word of every GOP candidate or nominee wasn’t good enough for Joe Biden or the press. Now, this is?

This sounds like an appeal to empathy for the senile old man

Unless Biden has set himself to proving himself unfit for the presidency, it seems that this last quote from Biden might be an appeal that he means to use to get us to empathize for the old man. However, it doesn’t work for me. I don’t want to forgive this old politician for doing what the playboy Trump only joked about during locker room banter.

What gets me is that the pink hats at the marches have seemed now to have disappeared. They cared for about four years now that someone said “grab them …,” but now they don’t want to protest someone who did grab a woman there.

  1. Joe Biden has seven other accusers beyond Tara Reade

Breitbart reports that Tara Reade is the eighth accuser of Joe Biden. Here is what they had on Reade and the first two of the other seven.

Tara Reade is Joe Biden’s eighth accuser, not his first, not his only. The fake news media want you to believe Reade is Biden’s only accuser, and that’s because there is no lie the media will not tell to protect the presumptive Democrat nominee.

But seven other women — seven! — none of them Republicans, have accused Joe Biden of everything from sexual assault to unwanted kissing to inappropriate touching.

  1. Tara Reade

Reade claims Biden sexually assaulted in a hallway while she was working for him in 1993. According to Reade, Biden pinned her against a wall, shoved his hands up her skirt, and his fingers into her vagina. Reade has no fewer than five contemporaneous witnesses who say Reade told them about the assault at or near the time it happened. There is also video of Reade’s anguished mother calling into a 1993 edition of CNN’s Larry King Live desperately seeking advice for her daughter’s problems with a “prominent senator. ”

Biden denies the allegation but is refusing to open his archives at the University of Delaware where a copy of Reade’s sexual harassment complaint might be filed.

Tara Reade is a lifelong Democrat.

  1. Lucy Flores

Last year, Flores, a former Nevada Assemblywoman, accused Biden touching and kissing her:

I felt two hands on my shoulders. I froze. “Why is the vice-president of the United States touching me?” I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified. I thought to myself, “I didn’t wash my hair today and the vice-president of the United States is smelling it. And also, what in the actual fuck? Why is the vice-president of the United States smelling my hair?” He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head.

Flores is a Democrat.

  1. Amy Lappos

Lappos claims Biden pawed at her during a 2009 fundraiser:

It wasn’t sexual, but he did grab me by the head. He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth.

Lappos is a Democrat.

(Read about the other of the total eight accusers at Breitbart)

Eight accusers when there were not that many (and were no solid witnesses against Kavanaugh) should bring out the #MeToo support for Reade

However, at least in Hollywood and the main stream left, most of the #MeToo crowd have either gone into hiding or shown their lack of logic. One rare exception would be Rose McGowan, who has stood behind Reade from the beginning.

  1. Sixteen reasons supporting a Joe Biden sexual assault on Tara Reade

Breitbart provides 16 reasons that Joe Biden may have sexually assaulted Tara Reade. Here are the first three reasons from John Nolte:

Primarily because I incorrectly believed her story had changed over the course of a year, had moved from unwanted touching to a flat-out sexual assault, I at first had trouble believing Tara Reade’s claim she was sexually assaulted by presumptive Democrat nominee Joe Biden in 1993.

When Reade originally came forward in April of 2019, she joined about a half-dozen women who have credibly accused Biden of unwanted touching. And I say “credibly” because Biden has serially committed acts of unwanted touching in public. We have countless videos of Biden making women and children uncomfortable with inappropriate hair-sniffing, nuzzling, kissing, and getting handsy.

Now, however, Reade tells a much more lurid and disturbing story of being sexually assaulted by Biden. While working for the then-Delaware Senator while in her mid-20s, she says he cornered her in a hallway, thrust his hands up her skirt, penetrated her vagina, and when she objected, he said something to the effect of, “Come on, I heard you like me.”

Reade further alleges that after she complained, there was retaliation. She lost her job.

So here are the reasons why I now believe Joe Biden sexually assaulted Tara Reade…

  1. Reade Did Not Change Her Story

The allegation Reade changed her story is false. She still claims Biden engaged in unwanted touching but that this was separate from the assault. She also says there’s a paper trail backing up this claim. She filed a complaint against Biden over the unwanted touching — something I will address below.

  1. Experts Say Assault Victims Frequently Don’t Tell the Full Story All at Once

Rich McHugh, one of the investigative reporters who worked with Ronan Farrow to break the Harvey Weinstein story and who says he finds Reade’s allegation “credible,” also says he has seen this before:

“A number of [Weinstein’s victims] didn’t come out with their full story to us at the time,” he states. “For obvious reasons they are wrestling with whether they trust you as a reporter, whether they want to go out with the full horrific story that’s going to be Google-able for the rest of their life.” He asserts many survivors have told him they did not tell their “full story at the time because they didn’t feel comfortable” and that he does not see this as an issue.

And again, Reade did not change her story, she simply added more details.

  1. Reade is a Lifelong Democrat

Reade did support Bernie Sanders during the primary, but why would she risk a second Donald Trump term by continuing to push the issue now that Bernie’s dropped out?

(Read the rest of the 16 reasons at Breitbart)

Sixteen reasons will not sway the normal New York Times reader or TDS sufferer (who are usually one in the same)

Nonetheless, my favorite out of this list is the video clip of Tara’s mother calling Larry King (a clip that has now been found despite the best efforts of Google).

  1. Poll shows Joe Biden damaged by Tara Reade assault allegation

John Nolte at Breitbart points to a recent poll that showed how Joe Biden has been damaged by the assault allegations by Tara Reade.

The increasingly credible allegation Joe Biden sexually assaulted Tara Reade in 1993 has taken a toll on the former vice president’s poll numbers.

“Voters Sour on Biden as Reade Allegations Find Higher Platform,” reports Morning Consult.

The numbers show Biden’s favorability rating with this specific pollster is now upside-down by five points. Only 43 percent view Biden favorably (a dip of two points since the end of April), while 48 percent view him unfavorably (an increase of three points).

“The slide resulted in Biden’s net favorability among women falling underwater for the first time since the nadir of his primary campaign in February, with 46 percent viewing him unfavorably and 44 viewing him favorably,” the pollster says; and that slide, they believe, is a direct result of the Reade allegation finally penetrating the news cycle.

Biden has lost a net of six points with women since this same poll was last taken at the end of April.

Donald Trump is viewed more favorably by voters, but only by a single point — 44 percent compared to Biden’s 43 percent. Trump’s unfavorable rating, however, is five points higher than Biden’s: 53 percent compared to Biden’s 48 percent.

If the election were held today, Biden would beat Trump by only three points, 42 percent to 45 percent.

A full 13 percent remain undecided.

The poll was conducted between May 4 and May 10 with 27,754 registered voters. The margin of error is one percent.

As hard as the corporate media are trying to protect Biden from Reade’s credible allegation, it is obviously not working. An earlier poll found that 64 percent said they had heard something about Reade story, a story that has been either dismissed in the establishment media or lied about as a means to protect Rapey Joe.

(Read more at Breitbart)

Naturally, this is a poll you have never heard mentioned on the news

Furthermore, unless Bernie starts another push for the White House before or during the Democrat Convention, you will never hear a cross word about Joe Biden until after the election (if even then).

  1. Seven pieces of corroboration that back up claim Joe Biden assaulted Tara Reade

Breitbart also reports seven corroborating pieces of information around the Tara Reade assault. Here are the first four bits of corroborating information:

Tara Reade is Joe Biden’s eighth accuser and has something Christine Blasey Ford never had: actual corroboration backing up her claim the former vice president engaged in sexual misconduct with her in 1993, including the allegation of a violent sexual assault.

According to Reade, while she was working in Biden’s Senate office in 1993, the presumptive Democrat nominee sexually harassed her and then sexually assaulted her. Reade says the assault occurred when Biden pinned her against a wall, shoved his hands under her skirt, and then forced his fingers into her vagina.

Biden denies all wrongdoing.

Reade, a lifelong Democrat, further claims she filed a complaint about the harassment and was fired in retaliation.

While the establishment media have done everything in their corrupt power to dismiss and demean Reade,  local media and independent investigative reporters like Rich McHugh have not only taken Reade’s allegation seriously, they have come up with a convincing amount of corroboration.

Here’s the corroboration that has so far been uncovered…

  1. Corroborating Witness Lynda LaCasse

LaCasse told McHugh that in 1995 or 1996, Reade told her about Biden’s alleged assault.

“I remember her saying, here was this person that she was working for and she idolized him,” LaCasse told McHugh. “And he kind of put her up against a wall. And he put his hand up her skirt and he put his fingers inside her. She felt like she was assaulted, and she really didn’t feel there was anything she could do.”

“She was crying. She was upset. And the more she talked about it, the more she started crying. I remember saying that she needed to file a police report.” “I don’t remember all the details,” LaCasse added. “I remember the skirt. I remember the fingers. I remember she was devastated.”

LaCasse is a Biden supporter.

  1. Corroborating Witness Lorraine Sanchez

Sometime between 1994 and 1996, Sanchez say Reade told her “she had been sexually harassed by her former boss while she was in D.C., and as a result of her voicing her concerns to her supervisors, she was let go, fired.”

Sanchez doesn’t recall if Reade mentioned Biden specifically.

  1. Corroborating Witness Collin Moulton

Moulton is Reade’s younger brother. McHugh says he spoke at length to Moulton and drilled down into his story that Reade told him about Biden’s alleged assault at the time. McHugh found him “extremely credible.”

  1. Corroborating Witness Anonymous

McHugh spoke to a friend of Reade’s who wishes to remain anonymous. She confirmed Reade told her about the alleged assault at the time. McHugh also found her “extremely credible.”

(Read the other three pieces of corroborating evidence at Breitbart)

Except for these links in Breitbart, I have never heard the opposing side

Is this the working of a healthy debate in a balanced democracy? Or is this the ranting of those who generate propaganda for the Democrat-Socialist state?

  1. If Biden were a true woman’s advocate, wouldn’t he stop supporters from harassing Tara Reade?

Breitbart pointed out how Tara Reade has been the focus of online harassment since making sexual assault claims against Joe Biden.

Tara Reade, the former Senate aide to former Vice President Joe Biden who alleges that the presumptive 2020 Democrat president nominee sexually assaulted her in the 1990s, is facing a barrage of online harassment, according to a Fox News interview with Reade on Saturday.

“I find it astounding — the hypocrisy that Democrats are talking about women being able to tell their story safely,” Reade said. “I’m a Democrat, a lifelong Democrat, but yet here I am trying to talk about my history with Joe Biden and I’m just the target of online harassment.”

Fox News reported on the harassment, including fake social media accounts in Reade’s name:

Reade told Fox News that the home address of a family member was plastered online and that person received four “creepy” calls on Friday night, all within 30 minutes, from an unknown number.

In two voice messages obtained by Fox News, a caller appeared to have posed as a journalist seeking to speak with Reade.

“Hi Ms. Reade, this is Dave Johnson from the Observer, a small New York newspaper,” the voice says before laughing uncontrollably, later saying “Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself” and “Trump 2020.”

In the second voice message, which was the third attempt at calling Reade’s family member, the caller says: “Hey Tara, this is Dave Johnson with the Observer and I would really love, I’d really appreciate a call back so we can discuss your new powerful allegation against Vice President Biden. I think you’re setting a tone and underscoring a double standard put forth by the Me Too movement, so I’d really appreciate it if you could just call me back, give me a couple of quick questions.”

Fox News also obtained an email sent to Reade from someone using the name Linda Dubois who called Reade a “f—king whore” and a “disgrace to womanhood” for speaking out against Biden.

“You are a rip-roaring b—h and the great majority of Americans don’t believe you anyhow… I hope you drop dead,” the email said.

Fox News reported that Jon Cooper, a former chair of the Democratic Coalition, questioned if Reade was “unbalanced” or “was driven by malicious motives” on Twitter.

Other than Biden’s willingness to support the murder of women in the womb, what qualifies him as a woman’s advocate?

This is a question that I would like to have answered and, because of my current leanings, may not be able to see. Therefore, if you can answer it, please do.

  1. Court Documents from Tara Reade’s 1996 divorce mentions the alleged sexual assault by Biden

Breitbart reported how court documents backed up Tara Reade’s claims of sexual assault.

Court documents from Tara Reade’s 1996 divorce proceedings indicate that she told her ex-husband about the alleged sexual harassment she faced while working for Joe Biden’s Senate office in the early 1990s.

The San Luis Obispo Tribune reported on Thursday that it had obtained a 1996 declaration filed by Theodore Dronen, Reade’s ex-husband, contesting a restraining order she filed against him after he had begun divorce proceedings. Dronen’s filing was in response to claims Reade made about having been a victim of domestic violence and sexual harassment when initially seeking out the order.

At the time Dronen disputed a number of the statements Reade made about their relationship, according to the Tribune, claiming her “traumatic” experiences while working for Biden had colored her “perception and judgment.”

“At the early stages of our dating, [Reade] felt comfortable confiding in me as we both worked for members of Congress,” the declaration reads. “On several occasions [Reade] related a problem that she was having at work, in U.S. Senator Joe Biden’s office.”

“It was obvious that this event had a very traumatic effect on [Reade], and that she is still sensitive and effected [sic] by it today,” the declaration adds.

Reade, who worked for Biden’s congressional office between 1992 and 1993, had initially come forward last April to accuse the former vice president of unwanted touching. At the time, Reade told a local California news outlet that she had filed a complaint noting the misconduct with the Senate’s personnel office when it purportedly occurred. Her story, however, changed in March, with Reade claiming that Biden had pushed her up against a wall, forcibly kissed her, and digitally penetrated her sometime in 1993.

Few other proofs can be more solid than court documents

Therefore, what similar proof do you have, Mr. Biden? When Justice Kavanaugh underwent the hearings that included Christine Blasey-Ford, it seems that a certain Joe Biden suggested that the judge should have to prove himself.

Mr. Biden, why not accept your own former standard? Why not prove your innocence?

Joe Biden’s lack of a platform section

  1. Joe Biden Says He Won’t Pardon Trump if Elected

Breitbart says that, although Trump has not been convicted of anything, Joe Biden says he will not pardon Trump. Here is the kernel of the interchange between O’Donnell and Mr. Malaprop.

LAWRENCE O’DONNELL: And this is helping us get in all the more questions. So, that’s a commitment. Mr. Vice President, you’re saying that where ever the investigative trail might lead, whether that be an investigative trail pursued by the Justice Department against Trump officials, Trump associates, administration officials — whether those are congressional investigations — that’s hands-off for you, you’re not going to say, “Let’s just let bygones be bygones”?

BIDEN: It’s hands-off, completely. Look, the attorney general of the United States is not the president’s lawyer — it’s the people’s lawyer. And you remember when you were there with Pat Moynihan. We never saw anything like the prostitution of that office, like we see it today. It is not something the president is entitled to do, to direct a prosecution and/or decide to drop a case. That’s not the president’s role or responsibility. It’s a dereliction of his duty.

Since President Trump was not found linked to Russia, maybe Biden is projecting

Since Mueller and the “resistance” never were able to establish an untoward connection between the Trump campaign or administration that the resistance didn’t create, maybe Biden has started to project his own culpability into his view of President Trump.

  1. Biden’s VP search puts the spotlight on how long he’ll serve

Breitbart points to the defining nature of Biden’s VP search.

Seventy-seven-year-old Joe Biden says he would like to be a “transition” from President Donald Trump to younger, rising Democratic figures has longed to win the White House for more than three decades. If he finally makes it thereafter November’s election, he’s already talking about leaving.

In an effort to ease concerns the 77-year-old presumptive Democratic nominee has said he wouldn’t seek reelection if his mental or physical health declined. He has also referred to himself as a “transition candidate,” acting as a bridge to a of leadership.

Biden is rarely known for sticking to a script, and the comments are evidence of his candid style. But they’re also contributing to intense speculation about who is best positioned to lead the party after him.

“We do have a longer bench as Democrats, a younger bench in terms of elected leadership all across the country,” said Democratic strategist L. Joy Williams, chairwoman of Higher Heights PAC, which promotes and supports African American women as candidates and officeholders.

Biden has not ruled out running for a second term, in part because such an explicit pledge would immediately render him a lame duck in Washington, where political capital will be needed to manage the recovery.

Of course, the expectation is that you are electing the VP as President

The way Biden has been campaigning, it seems the Vice President could credibly enact Article 25 on 1 February, if Biden were elected.

  1. Biden: We don’t need Latinos to win

Townhall comments on Biden’s claim that he doesn’t need the Latino community to beat President Trump.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign is coming under fire for their Latino outreach efforts or rather lack thereof. As more than 32 million Latinos are expected to vote in November, Biden’s campaign has failed to rectify the Obama administration’s tough deportation policies for illegal aliens, POLITICO reported.

Instead of attempting to reach out and form a relationship with this group of voters, Biden’s campaign appears to be turning a blind eye to Latinos, at least that’s what Democratic operatives believe.

“I do not think that the Biden campaign thinks that Latinos are part of their path to victory,” Jess Morales Rocketto, the former digital organizing director for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, told POLITICO.

According to The Week, more than 20 Democratic operatives believe Hispanics are vital to Biden’s success this November, especially in states like Arizona and Texas that could be flipped. But the operatives don’t see outreach efforts or any kind of ground game from the Biden campaign. The Wuhan coronavirus pandemic has made that outreach even more difficult.

From POLITICO (emphasis mine):

The campaign has refused to release statistics on the diversity of its staff — details many of his former opponents shared early in the primary — and a majority of a dozen recent high-level hires were white. And Biden has neither spoken to nor been formally endorsed by one of the highest-profile Latino politicians in the country, Julián Castro, since he won.
Biden had a tense relationship with many Latino groups during the primary, stemming largely from his connection to the Obama administration’s aggressive deportation policy. The former vice president recently acknowledged that that policy was misguided and he has moved toward progressives on immigration.

But the campaign’s disconnect with Latinos appears to be based more on lack of execution than on policy. Cash-strapped coming out of the primary and hemmed in by the coronavirus, its efforts to reach Latino voters have been lackluster, critics in the community say. The fact that Latinos weren’t central to his primary strategy has meant Biden’s campaign has more ground to make up.

“Right now I can’t tell what their strategy is with the Latino community. I just don’t see it,” said one Latino lawmaker who requested anonymity to speak candidly. “They have a lot of people out there willing to help, but they’re not engaging many people outside of the ones who were part of their campaign originally.”

All of this will come down to whether or not Biden is able to win over Latinos who once supported progressive Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). As of now, Sanders enthusiasts are not thrilled with Biden as the presumptive nominee.

Obama disapproves of something he did

First, Obama did it

Obama pardons James Cartwright, a general who lied to the F.B.I. in a leak case

With a hat tip to the Chris Salcedo Show, we see the New York Times reported in a 27 January 2017 article how President Obama pardoned General Cartwright, who lied to the FBI.

GeneralCartwrightPresident Obama on Tuesday pardoned James E. Cartwright, a retired Marine Corps general and former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who pleaded guilty to lying to the F.B.I. about his discussions with reporters about Iran’s nuclear program, saving him from a possible prison sentence.

General Cartwright, who was a key member of Mr. Obama’s national security team in his first term and earned a reputation as the president’s favorite general, pleaded guilty late last year to misleading investigators looking into the leaking of classified information about cyberattacks against Iran.

He was due to be sentenced this month. His defense team had asked for a year of probation and 600 hours of community service, but prosecutors had asked the judge overseeing his case to send him to prison for two years.

Now, the retired general will be spared such punishment.

Both General Cartwright and his lawyer, Gregory Craig, a former White House counsel to Mr. Obama, thanked the president in statements. “The president’s decision is wise and just, and it achieves the right result,” Mr. Craig said. “It allows General Cartwright to continue his life’s work — to serve, protect and defend the nation he loves. It allows the nation to continue to benefit from his vast experience and knowledge.”

General Cartwright left government in 2011. The leak investigation that ensnared him began in June 2012, when David E. Sanger, a reporter for The New York Times, published a book, “Confront and Conceal,” and an article in The Times that described Operation Olympic Games, an American-Israeli covert effort to sabotage Iranian nuclear centrifuges with a computer virus. F.B.I. agents came to believe that General Cartwright had also been a source for a February 2012 Newsweek article that discussed cyberattacks against Iran.

But when F.B.I. agents interviewed the retired general about the book and articles, he initially lied about his discussions with the journalists, according to a government sentencing memo.

The memo said the agents showed the general emails that contradicted his account, and he passed out and was hospitalized. Several days later, when the interview resumed, he changed his account of the discussions.

General Cartwright’s defense team has argued that he spoke with the reporters in order to shape stories they had already reported and to try to prevent publication of more damaging information. Prosecutors had cast doubt on that theory, arguing that he did not articulate this approach when they interviewed him.

But in a background briefing with reporters, a senior White House official said Mr. Obama had made his decision in part because of General Cartwright’s description of his motive, as well as because of a letter by Mr. Sanger saying that he had already learned about the program before speaking to the general and that the conversation with the general informed his thinking about which information to withhold.

In a statement, Mr. Sanger said he was “happy to see that President Obama has taken this step,” reiterating that he had had “many sources, from around the world” and that General Cartwright had “showed concern that information damaging to U.S. interests not be made public.”

Mr. Sanger added: “The Times has frequently said that stories like this one are critical to helping Americans understand how decisions on vital national security matters are made. Leak investigations have the effect of making people less willing to talk, and the result is often a loss for our democracy.”

In November, General Cartwright agreed to a plea deal to bring an end to the four-year investigation in which he pleaded guilty to misleading the F.B.I., but not to the unauthorized disclosure of information. At his plea hearing, he said that it was “wrong” to have misled the F.B.I. and that he accepted full responsibility.

What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, and Obama’s goose is cooked

The best two summaries of the situation can be found in Tim Poole’s Timcast (refer to the video below), the commentary by Jonathan Turley, and the article by the Wall Street Journal.

Then the former President complained about about General Flynn being let off of the charge of lying to the FBI

Obama blasts DOJ’s decision to drop Flynn case

MSN reports in a 10 May 2020 article how the former President complained after General Flynn had the charges dropped due to prosecutorial misconduct.

Former President Obama in a private call with former members of his administration lambasted the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) decision this week to drop the charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

“The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed – about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn,” Obama said in an audio clip that was obtained and released by Yahoo News.

“And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic – not just institutional norms – but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk,” the former president said. “And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.”

Several people confirmed the comments made on the call obtained by Yahoo News to The New York Times, with one person telling the paper that Obama was in “quite the mood.”

Obama mislabeled Flynn’s charges; he wasn’t charged with perjury but rather with lying to the FBI. Flynn pleaded guilty in 2017 to lying to federal agents about conversations he’d had with a Russian diplomat during the presidential transition.

But on Thursday, the DOJ moved to drop the charges against Flynn.

“I’m doing the law’s bidding. I’m doing my duty under the law, as I see it,” Attorney General William Barr told CBS News in an interview Thursday. Barr dismissed the notion that he dropped the case at President Trump’s behest, though Trump called the attorney general “a man of unbelievable credibility and courage” following the decision.

Obama’s comments are some of the harshest he’s levied against the Trump administration, as the former president has for the most part remained tight-lipped about most of the administration’s decisions.

On the private call, Obama also went after the White House’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

“It would have been bad even with the best of governments,” Obama said, referring to the pandemic that has killed 75,000 people in the U.S.

“It has been an absolute chaotic disaster when that mindset of ‘what’s in it for me’ and ‘to heck with everybody else’ … is operationalized in our government,” he added.

These seem like the rants of a guilty person

For especially the reasons laid out by Professor Turley, these statements by Obama seem to be nothing less than an excuse for acts done in the dark.

Obama audio on General Flynn looks incriminating

The One America News Network reports on an audio tape purportedly revealing a conversation where Obama attacks the Trump presidency.

President Trump has sounded the alarm on what he’s referred to as “Obamagate.” The matter unraveled Sunday in a string of tweets re-posted by the president, which accuse former President Barack Obama of speaking against him.

The allegations stem from leaked audio files circulated online, which allegedly capture Obama during a private phone call with former White House staffers.

In the audio you can hear what’s believed to be Obama criticizing the Trump administration and then vowing to rally behind Joe Biden.

Obamagate will be the thing that ties Russia, Ukraine, Obama, and Biden

Breitbart outlines some of the problems that come up with Obamagate.

President Donald Trump on Sunday repeatedly challenged former President Barack Obama for investigating him and his winning campaign before leaving office.

The president shared several messages on Twitter that criticized the ex-president.

“He got caught, OBAMAGATE!” Trump wrote.

Trump was triumphant after the Justice Department decided to drop the prosecution of his former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. But the president was also angered at his predecessor.

Other anti-Obama memes the president shared noted “Watergate will look like a parking ticket!”

Jonathan Turley points out the problems with Obama’s arguments in the leaked recording

With a hat tip to the NWO Report and the Chris Salcedo Show, Jonathan Turley pointed out the logical and legal fallacies hidden in Obama’s reasoning.

The Obama statement is curious on various levels. First, the exhaustive search may have been hampered by the fact that Flynn was never charged with perjury. He was charged with a single count of false statements to a federal investigator under 18 U.S.C. 1001. I previously wrote that the Justice Department should move to dismiss the case due to recently disclosed evidence and thus I was supportive of the decision of Attorney General Bill Barr.

Second, there is ample precedent for this motion even though, as I noted in the column calling for this action, such dismissals are rare. There is a specific rule created for this purpose. Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a) states the government may dismiss an indictment, information or complaint “with leave of the court.” Moreover, such dismissals are tied to other rules mandating such action when there is evidence of prosecutorial misconduct or fundamental questions about the underlying case from the view of the prosecutors. I wrote recently about the serious concerns over the violation of Brady and standing court orders in the production and statements of the prosecutors in the case.

Third, there is also case law. In Rinaldi v. United States, 434 U.S. 22 (1977) which addressed precedent under Petite v. United States, 361 U.S. 529 (1960) dealing with the dangers of multiple prosecutions. There are also related cases in Bartkus v. Illinois, 359 U. S. 121 (1959), and Abbate v. United States, 359 U. S. 187 (1959). The Rinaldi decision involved a petitioner convicted of state offenses arising out of a robbery, who believed that the government should have moved to dismiss a federal offense arising out of the same robbery under the Department’s Petite policy. The Court laid out the standard for such motions. The thrust of that controversy concerned double jeopardy and dual jurisdictions. However, the point was that the rule is key in protecting such constitutional principles and that courts should be deferential in such moves by the Department: “In light of the parallel purposes of the Government’s Petite policy and the fundamental constitutional guarantee against double jeopardy, the federal courts should be receptive, not circumspect, when the Government seeks leave to implement that policy.”

There are also lower court decisions on this inherent authority. For example, in the D.C. Circuit (where the Flynn case was brought), the ruling in United States v. Fokker Servs. B.V., No. 15-3016 (D.C. Cir. 2016) reaffirms the deference to prosecutors on such questions.

The legal opinions of Professor Turley seem not to be affected for his preference for left-leaning candidates like Hillary Clinton; rather, they display only the affects of history and logic.

Tim Poole outlines the case for Obamagate in Timcast

The Wall Street Journal points to the mistakes in Obama’s references to Flynn

The Wall Street Journal points out how Obama made several mistakes in his reference to the Flynn case.

Barack Obama is a lawyer, so it was stunning to read that he ventured into the Michael Flynn case in a way that misstated the supposed crime and ignored the history of his own Administration in targeting Mr. Flynn. Since the former President chose to offer his legal views when he didn’t need to, we wonder what he’s really worried about.

“There is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free,” Mr. Obama said in the Friday call to about 3,000 members of the Obama Alumni Association. The comments were leaked to Yahoo News and confirmed by Mr. Obama’s spokeswoman to the Washington Post and other outlets. Mr. Obama added: “That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic—not just institutional norms—but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.”

Even discounting for Mr. Obama’s partisan audience, this gets the case willfully wrong. Mr. Flynn was never charged with perjury, which is lying under oath in a legal proceeding. Mr. Flynn pleaded guilty to a single count of lying to the FBI in a meeting at the White House on Jan. 24, 2017 that he was led to believe was a friendly chat among colleagues.

As for “scot-free,” that better applies to former President Bill Clinton who lied under oath in a civil case and was impeached for perjury but was acquitted by the Senate. We understand why Mr. Obama wouldn’t bring that up.

This will not be the last of this, no matter how the press tries to cover it up

As much as the press will work to cover this up (and, considering how Chuck Todd deceptively edited the video of Bill Barr to make him sound like he was not applying the rule of law against Flynn, they will try to obfuscate and lie about the truth of Obama and his sedition.

Six stories on Biden idiocy

  1. Joe Biden Links President Donald Trump to KKK in Sermon to Black Church

Breitbart reports in a 19 January 2020 article that, when speaking at a Black church, Joe Biden associated Donald Trump to the KKK.

BidenLiesToChurchFormer Vice President Joe Biden linked President Donald Trump to the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) in a sermon on Sunday in a black church in South Carolina on the eve of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

“We can defeat this moment of hate. … This president and his — the Ku Klux Klans and the rest of them, they think they’ve beaten us again. But they have no idea — we’re just coming back. God love you all,” Biden told the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina.

In a halting speech, Biden also repeated the false claim that President Donald Trump had referred to white supremacists and neo-Nazis in Charlottesville as “very fine people” in August 2017.

“They asked the president what he thought, and he said, ‘There are very fine people on both sides’,” Biden claimed.

In fact, Trump specifically condemned those groups, as the transcript of his remarks reveals.

Trump had praised non-violent protesters on either side of the removal of a Confederate statue as “very fine people,” contrasting them with violent rioters, and saying neo-Nazis and white nationalists should be “condemned totally.”

This causes me to ask two questions. Biden, why smear President Trump with lies? Christians, why applaud pandering?

Why should a former Vice President stoop to lying about his competition? Unless his accomplishments are so dubious, why lie and smear?

Additionally, to the Christians in the audience at that church, why did you clap? Didn’t you realize that Joe Biden was lying to you?

  1. Biden Campaign Video Features Ukrainian Activist Who Said Hunter ‘Did A Very Bad Thing’

The Daily Caller fills us in on the Biden campaign video that shows a Ukrainian activist who implicated Hunter Biden.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign released a video Tuesday that quoted a Ukrainian anti-corruption activist who said in 2019 that Hunter Biden “did a very bad thing” by working for Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings.

The campaign released the video, narrated by rapid response director Andrew Bates, in order to push back on Trump allies’ allegations that Biden pressured the Ukrainian government in 2016 to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin in order to shut down an investigation of Burisma, where Hunter Biden was a director.

The video quoted Daria Kaleniuk, an activist with the Anti-Corruption Action Centre, criticizing Shokin as maintaining a “Soviet system of prosecution which intimidates people.”

But the Biden campaign appears to have overlooked another target of Kaleniuk’s scrutiny.

“I think Hunter Biden did a very bad thing and he was very wrong. He allowed his name to be abused,” she told ABC News in an interview that aired June 20, 2019.

(Read more at the Daily Caller)

Maybe this constitutes an attempt to get in front of the Burisma accusations

If Joe Biden has decided to use this as his means of answering the Burisma problem, he has some additional problems coming. As you will see by reading the articles on Frank Biden, James Biden, and others — greed ran rife in Biden circles (but, experience, not so much).

  1. Joe Biden Says ICE Shouldn’t Deport Drunk-Driving Illegal Aliens

The Daily Caller details how Uncle Joe wants to coddle drunk illegals rather than hold them to the law non-politicians must obey.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said Monday that he would not allow Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to deport illegal aliens who get caught drunk driving.

Biden said during a 2020 election forum with Vice News that if he wins the presidency he will issue an executive order that only allows ICE agents to deport individuals who have committed felonies — “and I don’t consider drunk driving a felony,” Biden clarified.

“I would hold ICE agents accountable if in fact they stepped over my executive orders, which is no arrest of any kind outside of the schools,” Biden said. “You know, look at the — one of the things that’s happening is, particularly for the latino and hispanic kids, is the incredible pressure on them in terms of their sense of security.”

“You change the culture by saying, ‘you’re gonna get fired.’ ‘You’re fired,’ if in fact you do that,” the Democratic presidential candidate explained. “You only arrest for the purpose of dealing with a felony that’s committed, and I don’t consider drunk driving as a felony.”

10,497 people died in drunk driving related car accidents in 2016, according to the Center for Disease Control, which accounts for 28% of all traffic-related deaths in the U.S. States issue a variety of different penalties for drunk driving, ranging from fines to jail time to license suspension.

This should not come as a surprise. Democrats support criminals, not American victims

Considering that angel parents have never been able to get an audience with Democrats, this desire of Joe to decriminalize drunk driving should come as no surprise. Additionally, considering the fact that Trump (not Obama) created the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement office, nobody should expect Democrats to start supporting Americans over criminals.

As previously blogged at this site, Pelosi and other Democrat representatives have refused to see angel moms and angel dads who came to first Ms. Pelosi’s office and then to other offices. Since the Democrats have laser-focused their gaze on impeachment, they will not consider concepts that could be considered Republican (even through they are really just topics of common concern).

Joe Biden spreads money to Frank Biden, Hunter Biden, James Biden, and others

  1. NY Post: ‘Profiles in Corruption’ Reveals How the ‘Biden Five’ Made Millions Off Joe Biden Connections

Breitbart summarizes a report by the New York Post where we find that the “Biden Five” made millions from the connections created by Joe Biden’s political position.

BidenProfilesInCorruptionFive family members of former Vice President Joe Biden have scored “sweetheart deals” and “favorable access” thanks to their connection to the 2020 Democrat White House candidate, reveals the forthcoming investigative book Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite by five-time New York Times bestselling author and Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer.

The New York Post reports:

The Biden family’s apparent self-enrichment involves no less than five family members: Joe’s son Hunter, son-in-law Howard, brothers James and Frank, and sister Valerie.

When this subject came up in 2019, Biden declared, “I never talked with my son or my brother or anyone else — even distant family — about their business interests. Period.”

As we will see, this is far from the case…

Joe Biden’s younger brother, James, has been an integral part of the family political machine from the earliest days when he served as finance chair of Joe’s 1972 Senate campaign, and the two have remained quite close. After Joe joined the U.S. Senate, he would bring his brother James along on congressional delegation trips to places like Ireland, Rome and Africa.

When Joe became vice president, James was a welcomed guest at the White House, securing invitations to such important functions as a state dinner in 2011 and the visit of Pope Francis in 2015. Sometimes, James’ White House visits dovetailed with his overseas business dealings, and his commercial opportunities flourished during his brother’s tenure as vice president.

When I first heard that Hunter Biden earned millions per year without experience, I wondered what percent went to his dad

The first time that I heard of the millions Hunter made without experience, I wondered what percentage of the money was going from the drug-addled son to the power-hungry dad. When I heard of the threats Joe made against the Ukrainian government, I was sure of the money flow.

How much better it is to get wisdom than gold

Solomon reminds us of the central importance of a knowledge of God when he worked as the conduit for God’s Word and the book of Proverbs.

How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen above silver. (Proverbs 16:16 NASB)

  1. Joe Biden’s brother Frank linked to projects receiving $54,000,000 in taxpayer loans from the Obama administration—despite no experience

Breitbart reports in a 20 January 2020 article that Frank Biden received $54 million in loans from the Obama administration (despite a total lack of experience.

Frank Biden

Frank Biden, the youngest brother of former Vice President Joe Biden, saw his business interests benefit from millions of dollars in taxpayer loans to Caribbean nations during the Obama years.

The extensive overlap in Frank Biden’s dealings and Obama-Biden foreign policy in Central America is exposed in Peter Schweizer’s new book—Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite.

Frank Biden first set his sights on the region in 2009, as the Obama administration began to repair the U.S. relationship with Costa Rica. Tensions between the two countries flared under President George W. Bush, most notably on how to deal with drug trafficking.

When President Barack Obama entered the White House, he set out to mend fences in the region in hopes of inaugurating a new era of global cooperation. Leading the charge on that front was Joe Biden, who had long standing ties to the region from his tenure leading the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Shortly after the new administration took office, Frank Biden began scouting real estate opportunities in Costa Rica. A lawyer by training, Frank was undeterred by his lack of background in international development and decades old legal troubles at home.

As Schweizer notes, despite the professional and personal handicaps, business opportunities were plentiful for Frank, especially after his brother paid a visit to the country.

“Just months after Vice President [Joe] Biden’s visit, in August, Costa Rica News announced a new multilateral partnership “to reform Real Estate in Latin America” between Frank Biden, a developer named Craig Williamson, and the Guanacaste Country Club, a newly planned resort,” Schweizer writes in his book, a copy of which was exclusively obtained by Breitbart News.

The venture—officially sold to investors and the public as an opportunity to protect Costa Rica’s “breathtaking beauty”—amounted to little more than decimating the country’s natural wilderness to build a luxurious resort for wealthy foreigners.

(Read more at Breitbart)

In the second out of the series of five, there are many commonalities with the Hunter/Burisma case

Just as with Hunter’s case, Frank Biden got this high-paying position because Joe Biden was the Vice President of the United States. Never mind that Frank had no experience in development. Never mind that Costa Rica was pushing to get on the good side of the United States government.

So, based on nothing but the Biden name (and Joe’s link to the Obama administration), Frank was able rake in $54 million in U.S. taxpayer-financed loans.

  1. James Biden’s Firm Got $1.5 Billion in Government Contracts Despite Zero Experience

Breitbart reports in a 20 January 2020 article on how James Biden got $1.5 million in government contracts without any experience.

James Biden

A firm employing James Biden, the younger brother of former Vice President Joe Biden, received more than $1.5 billion in government-backed contracts during the Obama administration.

The dovetailing of James Biden’s professional life with his brother’s political influence is extensively detailed in Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elitea new book by Peter Schweizer, senior contributor at Breitbart News and president of the Government Accountability Institute (GAI).

In 2010, shortly after a disastrous attempt at running a hedge fund with his nephew Hunter, James Biden entered the construction and international development industry. Even though he lacked background in either, James secured a position as executive vice president at the newly formed HillStone International, LLC. The firm, which was a subsidiary of the long struggling Hill International, was unique for a multitude of reasons.

“The president of HillStone International was Kevin Justice, who grew up in Delaware and was a longtime Biden family friend,” Schweizer writes in his book. “He was friends with lots of Bidens, especially Joe’s sons Hunter and Beau.”

Under Justice’s leadership, the company was setting out to pursue technology and construction projects in the Middle East. Of particular interest to the company were the millions being given to government contractors for the rebuilding of war-torn Iraq—an endeavor Joe Biden was tasked to oversee by President Barack Obama.

It was likely with such projects in mind that Justice headed to the White House in November 2010. During the visit, the HillStone executive met with Michele Smith, a top aide to then-Vice President Joe Biden. Smith, a fellow Delaware native, was serving as the vice president’s liaison to “global government officials and business executives.”

The broken record skips to the same old few tracks again – Biden, no experience, money

In geometry, we only need two points to draw a line. These three points (out of a claimed five) point toward corruption in the Biden family.

If Hunter, Frank, and James Biden all benefited financially when Joe Biden came into a high governmental job, then we might have good reason to think that Joe Biden and the rest have become corrupted.
