Harris County Republicans find rampant cheating in the election

First, listen to an interview with Texas Senator Paul Bettencourt on the shenanigans in Harris County elections

In order to get the lay of the land, please listen to the following interview. Since WordPress does not seem to allow SoundCloud controls to work, you will need to advance the recording to 22:31 in order to start the interview with Senator Paul Bettencourt.

In a 10 November 2022 Facebook post, Texas Senator Paul Bettencourt excoriates Harris County Election Administration

In a Facebook post uploaded to the Senator Paul Bettencourt campaign site on 10 November 2022, Paul Bettencourt lays out the largest part of the problem:

More election chaos from Harris County Elections!! Holly Hansen of The Texan, reports that on Wednesday Harris County Votes posted on Twitter at 10:26 a.m. saying they “released the final results from all 782 polling locations.” Then Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. Judge Dawn Rogers quietly granted Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ motion for an emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) allowing Harris County to continue counting votes after they already claimed they completed their count!!

This is a HUGE issue because Harris County is the only county in the State of Texas that did not finish counting their votes by the 7:00 p.m. statutory deadline and they’ve had this problem more than once. Now the NEXT BIG PROBLEM is that the Judge signed the order to extend the vote count in Harris County without the Harris County Republican Party even being notified of the Zoom call or much less being on it, or again notifying the Texas Attorney General

This new order is now the subject of multiple hearings. It looks like I’m going to have to write a bill that says, as an Elections Administrator if you have ballots in your warehouse you have to deliver it to polls that run out or be subject to a criminal penalty. REALLY?! Is this what we’ve fallen to? Also, every other County in Texas had completed their vote count by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (11/9) under law and notified the Office of the Texas Secretary of State of their numbers! This is in fact what they seem to have done Wednesday, plus, the same Judge issued a previous order Tuesday to extend voting hours till 8:00 p.m. which had to be stayed on a motion by the Attorney General at the Texas Supreme Court.

HUGE lack of transparency on election results as ALL parties should have been included on a court room hearing. The County Attorney Christian D. Menefee, EA Clifford Tatum and everyone involved should know better!!

More cheating unearthed in the forms

The preliminary election reconciliation form shows more votes than voters

In case a pre-Elon Musk Twitter employee gets ahold of the above tweet, here is a screen grab of the tweet:

So, this shows 3,394 more ballots than voters. If 3,000 Republicans were turned away from the 23 closed polling places and these 3,394 extra ballots all favored Democrats — that is well enough to take the 6,000 votes that Jack Cagle needed to get elected. That is more than enough to give Lina Hidalgo the 1% lead that she needed to “win” over her challenger. Heck, I am not sure what other races might be reversed if this is undone.

Other forms show 6,409 more ballots than voters. That will change the outcome of all races.

Legal action starts

The Harris County Republican Party has purportedly filed a lawsuit.

Additionally, people are being deposed by the Attorney General regarding how polling places were being refused ballots despite the election judges calling and remaining on hold for as long as 45 minutes (before being hung up on).

Harris County Democrats did not make the required notifications when they asked to continue counting ballots

Harris County Democrats did not notify the Texas Attorney General (as required) when asking for an order to continue the vote count.. Additionally, they put a dead link in the field requiring a hyperlink to their online input. Further, they did not notify the Harris County Republican Party of their intentions.

Here is the screen grab:

Reports confirm that all 23 polling stations that ran out of ballots were Republican

The Harris County polling places that ran out of ballots (some as early as 10:30 a.m.) were  all Republican strongholds according to the Harris County Republican Party.
