Arizona Hearing Found Ample Election Fraud: Mathematically Improbable That Biden Won

In a 1 December 2020 article, LifeNews pointed out the fraud across Arizona.

On the same day that Arizona certified former Vice President Joe Biden as the winner of the state’s 11 electoral votes, state lawmakers held a fact-finding meeting Monday on allegations of voter fraud that might have tilted the closely contested state.

Biden appears to have won the traditionally Republican-leaning state by just over 10,000 votes. However, witnesses told state lawmakers that mail-in voting fraud and problems with the Dominion Voting Systems machines could have skewed the results.

Dominion has vigorously defended its machines, stating on its website:

According to a Joint Statement by the federal government agency that oversees U.S. election security, the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency: “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”  The government & private sector councils that support this mission called the 2020 election “the most secure in American history.”

The event was not a formal legislative hearing, since the Legislature is out of session, but Republican members of both the state Senate and the state House of Representatives participated in the panel, asking questions of witnesses.

The event, which began in late morning and ran well into the evening, wasn’t held at the state Capitol, but rather off-site at a Hyatt Regency hotel in Phoenix, with a “Stop the Steal” rally of supporters of President Donald Trump going on outside.

“The purpose of this public hearing, an inquiry into the integrity of the election that just passed, is to provide a forum where no others have been permitted for the president’s litigation team to present the evidence and testimony,” said Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem, a Republican, who organized the hearing, adding:

We are caught between the desire to trust the process and the suspicion that it has failed the people of Arizona, and potentially the people of our sister states. If there is voter disenfranchisement, we must identify its source and eradicate it, as we would any disease.

The following are four highlights from the Arizona legislators’ hearing.

1) 35,000 Fraudulent Votes?

If the allegations are true, the biggest news to come out of the forum was the possible addition of 35,000 illegal Democratic votes.

Retired Army Col. Phil Waldron, a cybersecurity expert, testified that an anonymous email from a Pima County tech provider alleged that 35,000 votes were illegitimately given to Democratic candidates in that county.

“He wanted to remain anonymous, but had enough concern that he wanted to send this to the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice,” Waldron said. “He did not want to be included in the investigation, but the information they recorded is what we would like the opportunity to investigate on your behalf or a forensics team of your choosing. It doesn’t matter to us.”

If the allegation of illicit votes is true, the 35,000 votes would be more than three times enough votes to flip Arizona to Trump. However, the anonymous individual is apparently thus far unwilling to provide a name or sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury.

“So, this coincides with the data analytics at that spike. We weren’t aware of this email until after the fact. So, there were approximately 35,000 fraud votes added to each Democratic candidate’s vote totals,” Waldron told the lawmakers.

He read from the message that said, “The candidates impacted include county, state, and federal election candidates,” and talked about the alleged 35,000 votes added for Democrats.

The anonymous person also alleged Democratic Party members invited him or her to a meeting on Sept. 10 and outlined a plan to add those votes.

The message from the anonymous person, displayed on a screen, said:

When I asked how in the world will 35,000 votes be kept hidden from being discovered, it was stated that spread distribution will be embedded across the entire registered-voter range and will not exceed the registered-vote count, and the 35,000 was determined allowable in Pima County, based on our county registered-vote count.

It was also stated that total voter turnout versus total registered voters determine how many votes we can embed.

Maricopa [County]  embed totals would be substantially higher than Pima’s due to embeds being based upon the total number of registered voters.

When I asked if this has been tested and how do we know it works, the answer was yes, and has shown success in Arizona judicial-retention elections since 2014, even undetectable in post-audits because no candidate will spend the kind of funds needed to audit and contact voters to verify votes in the full potential of total registered voters, which is more than 500,000 registered voters.

Still, Waldron said he would prefer the person identify himself on the record and under oath.

“We hoped this individual would come forward and issue this as an affidavit, but this is significant, and we also noted that the reporting numbers from Pima and Maricopa counties merged Election Day votes with write-in votes, with absentee ballots,” Waldron said. “So, there is no way in the publicly available data to parse those votes into the segments.”

2) Certifying Biden

Top state officials, including Arizona’s Republican governor, Doug Ducey, announced the certification of Biden as the winner of the state’s 11 electoral votes.

The governor tweeted, “Today, we signed the canvass for the 2020 election in Arizona. I’m grateful to the voters, the county election offices, the county recorders’ offices, & the poll workers across the state for their dedication to the success of our election system.”

Arizona House Democrats mocked the hearing in a tweet as a “meaningless waste of time at a downtown Phoenix hotel” and called for state residents to focus on the certification of a Biden victory and other election results.

However, during the hearing, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, spoke out against efforts to certify the election with so many unanswered questions. A former federal prosecutor, he even suggested it might be illegal to certify the vote.

“The vote as it presently exists is false. It’s fraudulent. If they certify it, they are certifying a false statement to the United States of America. Gosh, when I was a prosecutor, that was a federal crime,” Giuliani said.

“It’s clear that the numbers are false. It’s clear that you have included ballots that aren’t properly inspected. It is clear that you are including ballots that are voted by other people,” Giuliani, a former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, continued, adding:

It’s clear that you are using machines that have been shown to be totally manipulated in other places, and you won’t give us the opportunity to examine those machines. I think anybody who puts their name on that is getting very close to committing a crime.

3) ‘It’s Your Power’

Moreover, Giuliani stressed to the Arizona legislators that what the governor and secretary of state say might be irrelevant.

constitutionHe said in 1892, the U.S. Supreme Court clarified that Article 2, Section 1 of the United States Constitution gives state legislatures the sole authority to select their representatives to the Electoral College as a means of providing a safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.

“It’s your constitutional power solely. That clause doesn’t say governors. It doesn’t say Congress. It doesn’t say newspapers. It says state legislatures,” Giuliani said. “The Supreme Court has said you can change that and take that power back anytime you want to, because it’s your power. It’s not theirs. Whatever power the governor or the secretary of state thinks they are exercising isn’t theirs; it’s the legislature’s. You can take it back.”

At that, those in attendance at the forum began to cheer.

“Based on evidence, you can make a determination. What is the right count? How can we get as close to the right count as possible? If we can, then have the courage to select that person to get the electors, because that person won the honest vote,” Giuliani said.

He told the assembled state legislators not to fear the media’s wrath and that if they determined the real, accurate vote, history would view them as heroes.

“I’m going to ask you to fight. I’m going to ask you to implore the other members of your Legislature to stand up to this,” Giuliani said. “Do not be bullied. Do not be frightened. Your political career is worth losing if you can save the right to vote in America.”

That also prompted applause from the audience.

Jenna Ellis, another of the president’s personal attorneys, stressed they weren’t asking lawmakers to reverse the election, but to investigate fraud and determine if the results are legitimate before appointing electors for Biden.

“We are going to ask you, as legislators, to reclaim that authority and to make sure that the people of Arizona and indeed the people of the United States of America as a whole are not disenfranchised by corruption,” Ellis told the panel.

She quoted Founding Father Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 68 noting that state legislatures are the safeguard against corruption.

“You are the last step to make sure that this election is not corrupted,” Ellis said. “We are not asking you to step up and overturn an election. We are asking you to step in to make sure that the corruption that occurred here does not stand.”

However, The Arizona Republic newspaper reported it would be highly unlikely for the Legislature—being out of session—to reconvene to appoint a new set of electors. That’s because it would require a supermajority to call the Legislature back into session. The GOP governor could also call the Legislature back, but he has already agreed the state should certify Biden as the winner.

4) Absentee Ballots, Duplicate Ballots, and 130%

The Trump legal team also presented information from the Voter Integrity Fund, playing audio of several calls to people recorded as having requested an absentee ballot. Each said they did not do so.

Another witness for the Trump team was Shiva Ayyadurai, a former Senate candidate from Massachusetts and entrepreneur and engineer offering expert testimony on technology and data.

He presented data asserting the only way for Biden to have statistically caught up with Trump after trailing him early on was if the registered Democratic votes were 130% in favor of Biden and negative 30% for Trump. He showed a chart on a screen to explain the findings.

“What’s extraordinary about this graph is, again, we went through many, many iterations, it matches perfectly, near perfectly,” Ayyadurai told the Arizona state legislators. “The slopes match, the curves match. The shapes match. So, what this tells us is that this demographic distribution of allocation of party affiliations is what can generate this.

“I find it highly implausible, because this means that Mr. Biden got 130% of Democrat voters, and Mr. Trump got negative 30%.”

Anna Orth, a Pima County resident and Republican election worker, testified to the committee that she was denied the chance to observe about 2,000 duplicate ballots. Duplicate ballots are usually ballots that are somehow unclearly marked and require further inspection, typically by observers from both parties.

“I was specifically taken out of that room, ushered out, and brought into [another] room,” Orth told the state lawmakers.

For the most part, this is the first of several top-secret reports on voter integrity hearings

The press does not want you to hear about this information because it might lead you from the Democrat orthodoxy.

Much like the “Wizard” of the Wizard of Oz who was wildly cranking wheels, flipping switches, and pressing buttons — today’s press wants us to “ignore the man behind the curtain.” Never mind that there are multiple ways of manipulating votes using the DVS machines. Never mind that one of the ways to manipulate votes (transfer of votes across the Internet to a remote computer) was not only denied by DVS — it is also included in the user manual.

Never mind that, beside the problems accomplished through the DVS machines, Maricopa County didn’t validate signatures on 1.9 million ballots and did not follow chain-of-custody procedures to ensure that the good ballots would be known to be good.

Col. Phil Waldron testified regarding the actions of election workers with DVS machines in Arizona

With a hat-tip to the Nwo Report, we read how Fox News eventually got around to reporting part of the news on voter fraud and fallible DVS machines when they note the following:

Waldron warned of potential voter fraud in Arizona’s Maricopa and Pima Counties, the state’s two most populous counties, and said that Dominion’s voting machines are vulnerable to hackers or on-site manipulation.

Waldron claimed that a Maricopa County official said the county did not validate signatures on some ballots, creating a “1.9 million vote fraud potential.” That official has not produced an affidavit, he said. Waldron also claimed that a witness from Pima County said votes were “embedded” in various precincts to achieve a Biden win.

“What I take from your testimony, Colonel, is that 35,000 votes were embedded to each Democratic candidate in Pima County, the allegation by the gentleman who hasn’t given us an affidavit,” Giuliani said. “We don’t know if the gentleman is telling the truth or not.”

Oddly, the Fox (Faux?) report does not include the video that they normally included when they were a conservative outlet. Watch the following and see if you come to the same conclusions that Fox was leading us to in their piece.

Michigan Senate panel hears from many, including former Michigan Senator Patrick Colbeck

The state of Michigan held hearings on the integrity of the voting, during which former Michigan Senator Patrick Colbeck spoke. If you have about a little over an hour to listen, a number of witnesses came forward and were allowed 3 minutes of testimony.

Many liberal news sites derided Colbeck for his claim he saw the DVS machine connect to the Internet

Many liberal news sites (CNN, MSN, and others), claimed that Colbeck’s claim of the DVS machine attaching to the Internet to be false. Never mind the testimony of Phil Waldron in Arizona. Never mind the DVS user manuals. That is too pedestrian for them to look it up. Kind of like the way the “cool kids” were too cool to do their homework during high school.

Dominion-trained IT contractor Melissa Carone tells Michigan Senate panel she witnessed fraud in Detroit

A 2 December 2020 BizPacReview article outlines the fraud allegedly witnessed by DVS contractor Melissa Carone.

Melissa Carone, an IT worker contracted by Dominion Voting Systems, who worked at the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan, said Tuesday election workers were scanning the same ballots over and over, as many as eight to ten times.

Speaking at a Michigan Senate Oversight Committee hearing in Lansing, Carone also claimed election officials “were in on it.”

“What I witnessed at the TCF Center was complete fraud,” Carone told the panel. “The whole 27 hours I was there, there was batches of ballots being ran through the tabulating machines numerous times, being counted eight to ten times.”

“I watched this with my own eyes,” she added.

Explaining that she was there to assist with IT, Carone said the others working the night shift lacked training and “had no idea what they were doing.”

“Also, the adjudication process, I witnessed numerous people walking up claiming they were both Democrats saying they were sitting together judging ballots all night together,” she said. “All day together. I witnessed it all.”

Carone said Daniel Baxter, a former elections director for Detroit who was enlisted by the city to help with the election, “was in on the whole thing,” before estimating that at least 90% of the election workers were also in on it.

“There was not a single ballot the whole night, the whole 27 hours I was there that I saw that was for Donald Trump,” she said. “Not one. Not a single ballot. That’s scary.”

The contractor turned whistleblower added that “clearly” there was something “very illegal that occurred there.”

She said she worked with Dominion vice president and co-owner Nick Ikonomakis, and a Dominion staffer named “Samuel,” explaining that Samuel “disappeared” for several hours and when she later asked him where he had been, Carone said he told her we went to the “Chicago warehouse” — she clarified that the warehouse was in Detroit.

“There was something very secretive that they were doing,” she insisted.

When asked about rescanning ballots, Carone explained that when a jam would occur in a tabulating machine, the entire batch being sent through was to be rescanned after discarding, or clearing, the ballots that were successfully scanned and counted from the total.

But she said they were not discarding the previously counted ballots before scanning the entire batch again — Carone noted that jams were common throughout the night.

Carone said in a sworn affidavit that she “witnessed nothing but fraudulent actions take place” while working at the TCF Center, according to Epoch Times.

In her previous statement, she referenced the rescanning of ballots.

“I confronted my manager, Nick Ikonornakis saying how big of a problem this was, Nick told me he didn’t want to hear that we have a big problem,” Carone said, “He told me we are here to do assist with IT work, not to run their election.”

Carone swore that she saw workers fill out blank ballots when they could not read a received ballot.

“They were supposed to be filling them out exactly like the one they had received but this was not the case at all,” she explained. “The workers would also sign the name of the person that the ballot belonged to-which is clearly illegal.”

The IT worker said she contacted the FBI about what she saw.

“I spoke with a woman for at least 40 minutes,” she said. “The phone disconnected. She had all my information. She never called me back … I haven’t been called back since.”

Melissa Carone, the same Information Technology woman who initially spilled the beans on DVS, now provides sworn testimony

As mentioned several weeks ago, Melissa Carone was the first to open up about the fraud in this election.

Now, with over a month to be ignored by the main stream press, she has provided testimony under oath.

A USPS driver testifies about hundreds of thousands of ballots taken from New York to Pennsylvania

With a hat-tip to Dinesh D’Souza at Rumble, One America News Network reports that a USPS contractor testified that the USPS did things that seem likely to:

  1. Hide the paper trail normally provided with mail
  2. Protect USPS officials from complicity in voter fraud
  3. Possibly invalidate hundreds of thousands of Republican votes from New York

To quote the One America News Network article:

Several whistleblowers were subcontractors with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and alleged they faced problems working with the department. One man from Wisconsin claimed he saw only one ballot go out on November 2 and none on Election Day. On November 4, however, the local USPS chapter declared there were at least 100,000 ballots missing.

Another subcontractor from New York said he experienced weird behavior at two Pennsylvania USPS locations. He explained that officials from the first location held him there for more than six-hours and didn’t allow him to unload his trailer. Then at the second location, USPS officials took his whole trailer when he went to pick-up his truck.

This comes as Republican lawmakers throughout the country are hearing the Trump campaign’s case for widespread voter fraud. Meanwhile, campaign officials are asking for a recount in Wisconsin and a signature audit from Georgia election officials.

Oddly, it seems that the main stream media has infiltrated One America News Network

You would think that OANN would be happy with gaining a greater portion of the viewing public, but they slip some of the views of the main stream liars with their reporting of things that can be found on video.

From the Way-Back-Machine (articles & videos from 2016)

CNN points out how DVS machines can be hacked (when Russia-Russia-Russia was all the rage)

Just like the New York Times article and video that had a University of Michigan professor demonstrate how a DVS machine could be hacked in 2016, CNN and the Obama crew got together to show how DVS could be hacked in 2016.

Previous warnings on hacking during the Russia-collusion hoax

HaldermanMaybe the answer to the second and third questions might be based on the fact that, back when the “Russia-Russia-Russia” hoax was in vogue in 2018 with the press and academia, one professor of Computer Science (J. Alex Halderman) at the University of Michigan felt obligated to show multiple media outlets how easily the Dominion Voting Systems computers can be hacked. In one New York Times article, he produced a video demonstration that ended up on YouTube.

This video showed one of five methods of hacking a Dominion Voting System (the emailed-virus method). Of course, there are other resources illustrating

  1. The hardware key method of hacking the system,
  2. The local memory stick method of hacking the system,
  3. The secondary computer with a memory stick method of hacking the computer, and
  4. The local computer method of hacking the system.

Of course, that was 2018. If you pull up any current videos of this professor, he will be singing the praises of the Dominion Voting System.

Articles exposing the lie that the FBI has completed its investigation and found no voter fraud

A lawyer from The Amistad Project tells NewsMax that FBI agents collected voter fraud evidence

NewsMax reports that Project Director Philip Kline of The Amistad Project mentioned the collection of data by FBI agents.

The FBI is using voter fraud information collected by the Amistad Project, the project’s director, Phillip Kline, said Monday on Newsmax TV.

Kline, who is the former attorney general of Kansas, tweeted the news on Sunday.

Appearing on “Stinchfield,” Kline said the group’s investigations show “what we call the blood in the street. It’s after the crime is committed. And what evidence is there to show that a crime has been committed.”

The FBI is looking at evidence uncovered by Amistad investigators who have crunched data from the government and reached out to actual voters to see if how they voted actually matches the government’s data.

“And we’ve come up with tens of thousands of Republican ballots that were not counted,” Kline told host Grant Stinchfield. “We’ve come up with hundreds of thousands of Republicans who say they never requested a ballot, but they voted absentee by somebody else. We’ve identified people outside of the state who voted within the state. And all of this occurred in the key swing states that we’re speaking about.”

Kline said all of the areas investigated “had hundreds of millions of dollars poured into their election offices by Mark Zuckerberg.”

The Facebook CEO, Kline said, poured in $400 million into the election, matching the federal government expenditures, through his charities.

“They paid the election judges, they paid the people who boarded up the windows, they bought the machines and America was kicked out of the counting room, and a billionaire invited in, in all of the swing state urban core cities, and that is a violation the law.”

Of course, the media’s claim that FBI investigation of the fraud was over was based on their editing

The people in the press rooms knew that Bill Barr had said, “We have not found any evidence of fraud that would turn the election, yet.” And they knew that they had cut the word “yet” from every quote in every broadcast and article.

Does it bother them that they lie? These boardroom geniuses are the ones who argue with epidemiologists and virologists over the best drugs to apply against a virus. They’ve convinced even dimmer politicians to restrict the use of drugs that (in other countries) have an excellent track record against the coronavirus. However, have they recanted from their hate of a drug that is based on their TDS? No and no.

Resolutions

Pennsylvania GOP introduces resolution to dispute election

NewsMax reports in a 30 November 2020 article that the Pennsylvania Republicans have passed a resolution to dispute the election.

Republicans in the Pennsylvania General Assembly formally introduced a joint resolution Monday declaring the general elections results in dispute and reserving the power to designate presidential electors for the Electoral College.

The introduction was the latest step in a process begun last week by state Sen. Doug Mastriano to reclaim the authority granted in the U.S. Constitution to appoint the electors to the Electoral College.

The six-page resolution outlined the reasons for contesting the results, specifically accusing the officials in the executive branch of changing election law by allowing for absentee ballots that arrived after 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted and the “partisan majority” on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court of allowing it.

It also said mail-in ballots were allowed to be corrected in heavily Democrat counties and were permitted to be counted without signature verification.

“A number of compromises of Pennsylvania’s election laws took place during the 2020 General Election,” the General Assembly said in a statement quoted by The Epoch Times. “The documented irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing have undermined our elector process and, as a result, we cannot accept certification of the results in statewide races.”

Despite numerous lawsuits and challenges, Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar formally certified Pennsylvania’s results last week declaring Joe Biden the winner of the state’s election for president by more than 80,000 votes.

The resolution calls on Boockvar and Gov. Tom Wolf, both Democrats, to withdraw or vacate its certification of election results and declares “the General Assembly takes back and reserves the power to designate presidential electors for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the December 2020 meeting of the Electoral College.”

It also called on the U.S. Congress to recognize and count only electors’ votes as certified by the Pennsylvania House and Senate.

The certification of the election by states when fraud stands evident is itself a reason for the US Congress to reject the electors

Our representatives in the House need to stand up for us and defend our constitution against this cheating. They need to reject the electors, debate, and vote for the President. Likewise, the Senate needs to do the same for the Vice President (all as laid out in the 12th Amendment).
